LeBua Thai Massage & Spa - Los Altos (New Location)

Absolutely wonderful experience at this beautiful spa! The spa is beautiful, professional & relaxing. It was my first time at this location. I had a 90 min combo massage with May. She was able to work out tight knots in my shoulders as well as stretch my back & arms. May knows what she is doing! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Ill be back soon.

This place offers a great massage experience, with plenty of parking available in the back for added convenience.

It is not Thai massage... Chinese style....Were expecting original Thai massage, but we are enjoying the interior 😎 less than one star 🌟

So I didnt love the service this time again. Its not the first time I feel this way about the service from Lebua but it is the first time at this new location.Let me explain, I typically get the 60 minute massage but receive a 50 minimum massage service. Im not sure if my time starts as soon as I get to the front and check in or until Im under the blanket, prepared for the massage. Ideally, the time should start when the masseuse enters the room and gets started. And theres now an expectation to pay a minimum of $20 of tip for a 60-minute massage, which isnt fair to the client if they are at least not receiving a 60-minute massage. This has been the case for the past 3 times Ive been there consistently (including the new location). So I am no longer satisfied with the service from Lebua Thai massage but I have been in the past and that is why I give three stars.

Zero stars! I bought a couples massage gift certificate for $120.00 in February 2023 as a Valentine’s Day gift special, and had 1year to use it. I scheduled an appointment for Friday 8/3/23. At check in I presented the gift certificate, and I was told the prices went up, and that I had to pay an additional $20.00. Im extremely disappointed that they would not honor the gift certificate, and expected me to pay the additional $20.00. Instead I asked to be reimbursed, and they have lost Two great loyal customers! Please be aware of what you pay for and that they don’t value their customers.

We had a bad experience last time we were there. We talked to the owner about it and he offered us 30% off our next visit to make it right. When I made the appointment today it was not noted in my account for the discount, after they called the owner to confirm then he said it was only for one of us and not both of us which was not what was originally offered. Very disappointed and not going back.

We got massages a combo of Thai and Swedish. The staff was friendly and the environment was relaxing. Lisa did a great job. She was professional and friendly.

My husband and I like to try to relax in weekends and are visiting massage places to find a good spot locally. While we have a brother that is a licensed massage therapist, we don’t get to visit as much as we would like to.So we visited this place yesterday for a couples massage and left disappointed. I don’t really ask for much pressure when I get massages and often just opt for a Swedish while my husband likes Thai and deep tissue massages as he is fit and requires more pressure for relief. We both felt like there were points where it was ok but for the most part there was no pressure or effort at all applied, felt rushed for each section and when they worked on our head it was like scratching rather than massaging. The massages from this place were inconsistent and mostly felt like a back rub rather than a thoughtful and well crafted massage. Definitely not coming back again.

Some aspects were good, I had a good experience with one of the masseuses but one didnt really do a good job and at one point was scratching my head too hard and it just felt like she was angry with me as if it was personal or something. I may give this place a chance again if I get the masseuse that knows what she is doing.

Great massage therapists here and good service. Was not expensive at all like some other places.

First experience getting a massage was phenomenol. Staff here did just a great job. Super loved it. Will definitely return back soon.

I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. I had to literally ask if I was going to get massaged or just scratched? When she wasnt scratching she was just rubbing so hard on my body I most likely will be bruised tomorrow. Waste of $100. The therapist was friendly and nice but that doesnt make up for it.

The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY MASSAGE STUDIO!! I went in with my wife for a couples massage, I asked for deep tissue massage and received some oil and PAIN!! She didnt have a clue what she was doing and proceeded to hurt my spine, my shoulder blades, and my lower back by pushing so hard on my bones and not the tissue. Im in considerable pain now that its hard to even walk. Keep in mind I didnt go in like this. I also asked her to NOT use hot stones on me , and she proceeded to do so 4 TIMES!!! I had to finally give up!! They didnt even know we had asked for 90 minute massages and were rushed to turn over after only 10 minutes. I then asked to speak with the owner and was given the run around by some guy named van from there sister location on studebaker. I called back at least 10 times before he finally decided to answer after he knew I wasnt going to give up. I explained the situation and asked to speak with the owner, and he beat around the bush and would not give me his information. I also asked them to furnish there respective massage therapist licenses which i was told that they didnt havent to show me anything. By this time you can imagine how upset I was after them ruining my evening with my wife on top of leaving there in so much pain from them hurting me. They finally told me that they would relay the information to the owner but failed to ask for my information, so your guess is as good as mine as to how I would be called back by the owner without my information. Im shocked at how they can possibly still be in business by the way they treat there clientele. Absolutely appalling to patronize a place of well being and come out worse then you went in , not better. They wanted to try everything that they could do to not have the owner find out, however unfortunately for them I will not stop until I do. When you ask for someones credentials that are doing work by what only licensed professionals are allowed to do to you, and told to take a hike, beware!! If they were really licensed they should not have had any Problem with furnishing that information to me, as most respectable practices clearly display this information for the public to see. By telling me that they did not want or have to furnish me with licenses, is further confirmation that they simply do not have them, hence why I am in pain now. These type of places should not be able to operate like any other LICENSED practice by simply working under the owners umbrella and not there own. I have yet to speak to the owner so I dont know if they are even licensed themselves. If I do not hear from them soon , I will escalate the issue. I should not be in pain and can barley walk now because of there negligence and malpractice. I VERY RARELY post reviews, however in this instance I felt compelled to do so. I would feel horrible if someone else got hurt and it could have been avoided or prevented if I hadnt wrote this review. Bottom line, dont waste your time, or money with this place. You will be dissatisfied , disappointed, and possibly end up hurt like myself in a lot of pain and agony. I encourage the owner to call me and attempt to fix the situation, or they will have to eventually face me in court. That is not a threat , but a promise. A promise to not let them continue to hurt people and think they can get away with it and not face the music when they make a very real mistake. I unfortunately for them I am the one they made that mistake with. I will be relentless in my pursuit of justice and will do my very best to insure that no one else gets hurt. They can choose to either abide by the LAW, or not, thats up to them. I am sick and tired of people thinking they can get over on people because they own a business. Where has the customer service gone these days?? This is not the America I grew up in. There use to be rules , standards and morales... All of which are non existent these days. You dont owe anyone anything like most of these customer service people think now in days. The customer can still be RIGHT!

Fantastic new location with the same excellent prices and service. I highly recommend Pams 90 minute deep tissue for any injuries.Parking is abundant around the back and Covid-19 protocols are in place to stay safe.

Walk in off the busy street and youre transported to a place of relaxation, meditation and restoration. Beautiful decor. Wonderful ambience. Professional massage therapists!

Dont waste your money. Lady kept walking out of the massage. They try to charge you with hidden fees at the end.
