Family Reflexology provides excellent services and care, including full body and chair massages, especially foot reflexology!I was introduced to this fine establishment the end of January 2024, and my first foot reflexology. I also like theyre walk-in, and their hours available. I had no idea they were nearby, and theyve been in business here for eight years! If I only knew of them sooner! Ive been back several times for their foot reflexology treatments and have found them most beneficial and soothing in my continual efforts of needed self-care! I find the staff cordial, very skilled, and accommodating! The establishment is clean, relaxing, and aesthetically appealingly, including relaxing music! The reclining chairs are very comfortable! The whole experience at Family Reflexology, each time I go, has been very good! I look forward to my next visit! An amazing much needed massage, I have been real stiff lately, stiffer then your grandpa on a Saturday night with a fresh bottle of little blue pills. The staff here were amazing and so nice. The best massage Ive had, they are very affordable and they adjust to the level of care you want, whether its soft or firm.They also are very patient and professional with Karens, felt bad as I was leaving and old batty Karen was giving a guy a hard time but he was calm patient and respectful. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning weekly.

I called ahead and asked if my wife could have a maternity massage. The lady on the phone said yes. We showed up and they would not do the maternity massage. They proceeded to rub her foot with oil and not even massage it for an hour. And the lady gave my wife a dirty look after she gave her a tip commiserate with the service she received upon leaving.

The massage was okay. The staff was completely unprofessional and made fun of my pedicure. Next time, make sure the customer doesnt speak your language before you talk bad about them.I only wanted a foot massage. The man insisted on trying to pop my back for whatever reason. You can hurt some by doing that and it definitely didnt feel great. I doubt he was a chiropractor.Wont be going back.

I have had MANY massages and have only had 3 masseuse that felt like they were could sense my body-needs. One guy was in Utah . One lady Kilmney then there is Kenny at Family Reflexology. Such a professional and obviously dedicated to his craft. It is a blessing any time you feel like you got better a deal than what you paid for 👍

Very pleased with my experience. I have never been to any place to have a massage. It was clean...peaceful and staff was great. I honestly dont know if I got my full hour, but didnt check my clock either. All I know is it felt great and if youve never done anything like this...you should go at least once in your life.

Unfortunately this wasn’t a good experience. The staff literally pulled my hair and did not follow with the request I written down for it to be a more gentle approach. The chair they did my massage wasn’t clean as I could see lent and hair. When I left I didn’t see them clean the hair either. Unfortunately not a great experience my second time coming.

The massage was good but what happened afterwards was the shadiest thing that I have ever had happen to me. The woman scanned my Groupon and I added a tip on my card. I wrote $10 on the slip for a tip and she pointed to the $1 surcharge which was fine. When the receipt printed out it showed $21. When I brought the issue up there was an obvious language barrier. I asked for a copy of my receipt she wouldn’t provide one and folded up the original receipt that they keep for their records so I couldn’t see it. I pulled up my bank app which showed she charged me $21 instead of $11. She then gave me $9 in cash. I won’t be going to this location again and if you do please make sure to double check that they charged you the correct amount.

Ive been here several times and always had a good experience until this week. I think she was new but she was rough, and raised my shirt up exposing my bare back and bra. They have never done this before. They have always been professional.I have a bruise on my back. I wont be going back

Ii went in Sunday .. Me and my daughter both asked for the combo and neither of us got it.. when we were leaving the guy asked for a tip ..which I would have left one anyways ... Not going back
