Been to this location several times and got a great massage. But, this last time wasn’t anything to brag about. Asked for a 5 but it felt more like a 3. He spent the majority of the time on my neck and right shoulder. Nothing on my arms, hands, legs, or feet. In the past, I would roll over to allow my face and temples to be massaged.... but that didn’t happen at all. I even looked at the sheet again when I was checking out to see if I had marked it wrong, but that was not the case. My husband went at the same time with another masseuse. After we left, he said it was pretty much the same for him as it was for me. 🙁

They asked for more tip when said I dont have enough money,they add more dollar on my credit card plus whatever tips I wrote it down on the paper that I want to give them.

Been coming here for more than a year. they were always good but i was so disappointed today! they were rushed, skipped steps, and didn’t understand what i want! they were dishonest about the process. even tho i explained and complained afterwards to a manager, but they didn’t even say sorry. they used to be good but turned out so bad this time!

Best place to get a massage! Quiet, relaxing & so convenient that they close @10! We use the same two people & they are always so sweet to us!
