Wow this place is the premier head shop in Madison for sure. The selection of items was so large I was overwhelmed. I was helped by Lauren who was incredibly nice and patient with me while I was trying to figure out which piece of glass was the right choice. I would 10/10 recommend this place to people who are looking for options. A bit on the expensive side, but well worth the money. Im looking forward to my next visit!

I can tell anyone looking for a vape store to make it their personal go-to vape store and smoke shop. The customers service is always really good.The staff all seem more like Friends and I think it’s because the people like working there so it shows because they’ll help you and carry ion a conversation with you while helping you!

The employees are so friendly and helpful. Theres a huge selection of items, at a wide price range to meet most anyones budget and aesthetic purposes. I love 420 and 710 sales, of course! Absolutely worth checking out :) ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Very cool shop. Great inventory, great atmosphere, great customer service. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone that might be interested. I know this sounds kinda fake or something but I do not know the owner/s. I just really liked this place.

Employee said our buy one get one free coupon for a delta cartridge would still work on the day it expired (July 11th). Apparently it didn’t, and we found this out after my friend bought a battery and we were unable to return it less than 2 minutes after buying it. The employee responded argumentatively when we simply asked him to check with his manager about the sale, stating that “they didn’t write the text message.” Overall poor customer service.

I have been coming here for years! While there have been some amazing staff through the years. The Manager and staff right now, each and everyone one of them is five star. Professional, funny, knowlegable and a part of the State St community. Kudos to whoever hired this staff!

Went to this store to put a new coil into my Mag Baby tank and the kind woman working there knew exactly what I needed and i had my vape working good as new in no time. Very reasonable prices and very experienced personnel at work. 5 stars.

1 star because the dude basically told me to get out because I had my 7 year old with me. I have brought him in literally 20+ times in the past. Just lost a loyal customer.

Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help anyone, even the vaping rookies like myself. They also have tons of beautiful glass pieces, too. Best head shop in Madison!

Terrible store. I got a vape the pod started to leak after a fee hours i left the store. When I turned back to the store the employee said something is wrong with the pod so you have to buy a new pod. All these happened within hours. They don’t refund or they don’t even change in case of any problem with the product from the moment on you leave the store. Are you guys serious?? Your pod is defective and you want me to buy a new one. What a cunning store...

Skip this place, they don’t know enough about the products (neither do I!!- why I went 😂) and then dont return them 4 minutes later when what they sold you for top dollar isn’t right & doesn’t work. But mostly skip this place because when you’re a tad perturbed and question their practices, suggest an exchange- they yell at you and embarrass you in front of other customers. Zero stars

On Monday I went to Azara specifically because I’ve been waiting to visit them (I’m from Ohio) so I could see what their options were for dry leaf vaporizers.  I was helped and picked out the $80 “Chill” vaporizer, after talking to the girl at the front (I really wish I could remember her name, I think she was new, only because her co-worker was confused why the sale was still going under her name and not her own - either way she was really helpful and informative).  I was told about the return policy.The friend I brought with me decided he wanted to get some stuff too, but he had to wait til he was paid the next day.  After reveling at all the cool glass pieces, we chatted with the girl at the front a little longer before I paid and we headed out - we emphasized we were excited to be coming back the next day.So, the next day, as I was there with my friend who was picking some things out, I told the girl working the counter that I had been in the day before and that I was happy with the Chill I got, and would recommend it to others.  She said, “Wait.  How much did you pay for it?”  I said, “$80.”  Then she showed me the boxes she was putting out.  They were the Chill, the product I had just bought, but it was marked down to $30…I had told the girl at the front we were coming back the very next day.  It would have been crucial to me, to know that the exact vape I was getting would be on sale for over 50% off if I had just waited a day.  I would have waited.I literally saved for weeks to spend that $80 *AT* Azara.  I wanted to wait til I was in Wisconsin, in Azara, to get my vape to I could spend my money at a store I care about and have always believed in.  Many of my friends shop there because of recommendations I’ve made.The $50 I could have spared could have gone back into my pocket for food, or for the bed I’m saving for.  Or I even could have just spent it on something else there!!  $50 is a huge amount of money for me.  This hurts, and I’m really upset.

The staff is super knowledgeable and always steers me in the right direction. They throw these awesome events too, the most epic is always their 420 party where they have DJs outside, tie-dying, a huge canvas to paint, and of course a great crowd. Theyve had after parties down the street at local bars and those are always a gas. They have glass blowers in house for you to observe and the most unique glass Ive seen in Wisconsin! The owner is also super rad and heir management is exceptional. Theres another location in Madison on State Street to definitely check out if youre in that area!

Excellent staff, solid selection/variety, and great deals (BOGO etc ) pop up every now and then. My choice of all the various shops on State Street. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this place, they sell flimsy products that break and have a terrible return/ refund policy. You’re better off going to knuckleheads or sunshine daydream.

Had some issues with my vape battery. Provided great service over the phone. Found what I needed with 0 issues. For all vape needs, this is the place to go to. Call with any questions.

Not nearly as good as the azara in rice lake. Stock for delta 8 and 10 items is dwarfed by the vaping/glass items. Went in to get a gas mask and they had either camo (ew) or red white and blue (EW) so ended up just getting the thc syrup and a cart that wasnt so good taste wise. Will probably pass azara in madison up for Herbal aspect

They dont know anything about vape pens they sold me wrong product and were the ones that suggested it. Go to classy glassy.

I love coming here, the staff is wonderful and friendly, my only complaint is they only sell coils for the Smok Nord and not the pod/mouthpiece that needs to also be replaced every few weeks, which is very inconvenient.

Excellent selection of heady glass. Tons of water pipes to choose from, and lots of accessories. Definitely a cool shop.
