I was traveling to Wisconsin from out of state. I saw this store and decided to check out reviews. So I then stopped in and was amazed at the selection and size if the store. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

This place kind of has the vibe of a tattoo shop with the music they play. The price are a little high.

Good variety of products. Cashier was friendly and helpful

I have been in this store everyday for the past week. The entire staff are so helpful and amazing! They have gone above and beyond for me. They are knowledgeable and its comfortable, compared to other places Ive been. Highly recommend! Thank you guys for all of your help!

Horrible customer service, the people who work here will not educate you about anything they sell and will cause you to waste your money and refuse to give a return after. extremely rude staff that do not know anything about their job. huge waste of money and i would like contact info to someone because this is insane how uneducated they are and how you cannot make returns due to their staffs mistakes.

Its annoying that yall ask for ID ive been a customer for ten years. Its annoying, no underage or child will walk in here. Just saying

Absolutely horrible experience. Was sold something by a new employee that gave me incorrect information and the burden and blame was placed on me, the customer. Tried calling and couldnt truly explain anything because I was continually being interrupted and spoken over. Of course the manager was off duty. Seriously everyone, in Madison there are an abundance of glass shops run by people who have great customer service and truly appreciate their customers business, not to mention much better quality and prices. I wont make the mistake shopping here again and I urge anyone reading this to not even waste your time.

Cheap products that dont work. Ive bought 5 batteries from this place. None last longer than a week.Rude staff. Im from Virginia so maybe I just except to be happy spending my money. To make it worse the items didnt even work.

I had an awesome experience at this location and at the other one! One of the girls that works there, Im pretty sure Ive seen her at both locations, I think she said her name is Crissy. She is always helpful and keeps us laughing. She helped me pick out a vape and rig for my wifes birthday, even found one for us that was my wife and my favorite colors together, my wife loved it!

The late night clerk was so rude. She literally told us we were irritating her and I literally were asking questions. I was looking at a vape that was 279$ and was very interested but her attitude was way to much l. Wont be returning to this location

I really I recently made a purchase at this location with an accessory the sales associate told me was compatible only to find out when I got home that it wasnt I returned the next day explaining the situation asking if I could bring back the old one exchange it for one that did work. I was told by the staff working that I would have to eat the cost even though the sales associate misinformed me about the product I informed them that that was very bad business to make the customer eat the cost because the sales associate misinformed me I will never spend money at either location ever again and Ive been shopping there over 20 years

Worse store ever. They never know anything about the items they are selling, the manager is the worst. If you complain they curse you out. If you have a choice to shop anywhere please do so, you will be highly disappointed if you go here. To make a long story short, very unprofessional.

Havent had much of a problem there, granted it was years ago that I last visited. The clerk might have been a pinch impatient, and could have just let me look and tell me to ask for them if I needed something. Again though, this was years ago, and I was looking at pipes(which were right at the register, so that may have been the reason).

The only reason i ever went there for my smoking accessaries was cuz theyre open bfor other shops , butvnow they dont open til 10 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Do not buy from them unless you want defective products. Honestly the worst smoke shop in madison

West side locations a lot better, employees have no idea what there talking about.

Great selection of adult toys. Better than most in Madison and the surrounding areas.
