Had such a a good experience shopping here. They didnt have the glass for my vape that I came in for but they are trying to get it in soon. They were really friendly and had such good sales on their hooka stuff that I grabbed some of that while I was there.

The overbearing drunk old guy that is always in here is pretty annoying. Usually always have a good experience in here, but that dude is weird.

Overpriced, faulty merchandise, good return policy (not enough to make up for the rest), some staff is chill (not their fault).Been going here for a while. In the past month I’ve had to return multiple products. I’m not one to return or exchange things or cause problems with businesses. In the past week I bought a $30 vape. Clearly the juice had expired, tasted awful (guy working there agreed when I returned it). They have a good return policy so I just exchanged it. New one tasted good, but wouldn’t hold charge because again it had been sitting in the store too long. I didn’t want to return 3 products in a month and seem like I was trying to scam them. So I decided I’d just charge it everyday and deal with it.Took it on a plane today and it basically exploded while in my pocket. It had been having a problem and hitting randomly on its own. So now I’m short $30, I gotta get a different vape from somewhere else and I got hot vape juice all over my leg and damn near got placed on the no fly list. Smh.Somebody might think this is a manufacturer problem and not the stores fault. Not true. These products have SHELF LIVES. If the product has been sitting there too long the juice expires, the batteries can be prone to malfunctioning, etc.This is a stocking and inventory problem.A good return policy does not absolve them of this. If they’re wise they’re writing off their inventory losses on taxes and using customers to cycle through old inventory rather than just trashing it.This product is sold at $30 + tax at this store. You can get this same product for $15 online and 5 for $50. One time I jokingly brought this up to the staff and they tried to say it’s because they buy them wholesale. When you buy things whole sale they generally cost less, this is the entire concept of wholesale.Conclusion: buy your products online. Stores around here have absurd prices relative to the larger market which is why this place feels comfortable doing so. Cut out the middle man and buy from the same wholesaler they do. There’s nothing stopping you.

Called in to get info. Was told that they do not discuss prices over the phone, which is a huge dissatisfaction for me, who is needing a quick decision on where to shop. Also, while I specifically said what I was looking for, I was given information on products that I would absolutely not be interested in, considering what I asked for. I only do reviews to provide feed back, so, I could not neglect to remark on my experience. The other reviews sound great, but, my extensive past retail work experience has me requiring a certain bare minimum of consistency between retailers.

Without a doubt, the best smoke shop in the area. They’re the only shop I’ve found nearby that sells 1836 kratom (a Texas based gmp certified manufacturer) at $28 for 4oz. Other local shops charge 50c a gram or over $10 an oz.

This has been the best store I have ever been to. The owner came out and talked to me and was so awesome and great to talk to. The cashier was amazing she will sit and talk with you. Very down to earth and amazing. As an over the road truck driver the owner and cashier I worked with today will get more of my business and know how to treat their customers with the utmost respect and treated me like I was a king. I will definitely be stopping in more and spending more money even though I dont need more stuff lol

Without question, hands down the best vape shop in New Braunfels. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to help with any needs or questions you may have. They have everything you could possibly want or need, such a HUGE variety of items. My favorite things about this shop is the amazing staff, awesome prices/sales, the ability to sample disposable vapes and they let you take your time selecting your items you never feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Definitely check them out if you havent been you wont regret it and it will quickly become your favorite smoke shop!

Hand down my favorite vape shop in New Braunfels. The owner is customer oriented and friendly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can go in there and theyre not trying to get you out right away. Huge selection to choose from. They offer a rewards program. If you dont like something or have problems with your purchase they offer returns, which is not something other places offer. Im a forever customer for as long as I continue to use the products.

I highly recommend thoroughly verifying ALL the products your purchase from this store. They sold us faulty merchandise and when attempting to check if they worked while in store were brushed off saying they did.When we called to ask about swapping out the product, they remembered the encounter but said we had to of contacted them immediately.This was definitely NOT a good experience.Buyer Beware!

Best in the area. I went in to get a gift for an older family member who has cancer for pain relief. I am not knowledgeable about CBD or Delta 8-9 the lady was SO patient and helpful. She had such compassion about herbal med and her knowledge base was impressive. As well they had considerably better prices and specials then the shops I had checked out. I could not recommend them enough. My friend had suggested them based on price bc he gets kratom there and says they are best deal in town. And im super thankful I went there.

Mr Ateek is a great owner and really takes care of his customers. This is by far the best smoke shop in new Braunfels hands down. Hello Mr Ateek its your favorite Spurs fan lol. This place is by far the best smoke shop in town!! Ateeq is the best owner/manager and will bring whatever you need if it is not in stock into his store. Great vape selection, Kratom and CBD selection. Also by far best disposable vape prices in town too, buy 1 get 1 frees and cheaper than any other price in town. Also the disposable selection is huge. Cant say enough about awesome the customer service is.

Why wouldnt you allow dogs? The laws that make delivering vape products using services like USPS and UPS illegal will be changed soon! When that happens people will have acsess to a massive inventory for around half the price you charge and get thier order within a few days, and when this happens most vape shops will go out of businesses!! Curranty the average shipping time is around 10-days, but thats fine for people who purchase large orders

It’s still pretty New. The Rep was Nice, Friendly and Welcoming. She was a bit inexperienced helping me find the right Coil Replacement. But, this inexperience on her part led me to be adventurous and try something new. I found a Different type of Coil I had never seen at other Vape Shops. This Mesh Coil produced More Flavor and Larger Clouds. The Coil also came in a 5 Pack like Normal but the Price for this pack was Very Reasonably Priced. The Vape Juice was Exceptionally Priced and comes with Nicotine. (I dislike having to try and be a chemist with Adding Nicotine to “Virgin” Vape Juice.) Normally Vape Stores in New Braunfels are Overpriced, Underwhelming and Inconvenient. This New Vape Store now gives New Braunfels another chance to “take my money.” Thank you.

They were nice. Great place for juice, but the Texaco by bill millers has the best disposables.

Gruene Vape and Smoke has everything I needed and more. I could not believe the amount of disposables they have and most of them have a buy one get one option. Then they told me if I follow them on social media I would get 10 percent off. All staff were friendly and very helpful! I will definitely be back and you should check it out.

Nice selection and reasonable prices. The only drawback was inability to sample anything before purchasing so it’s kind of a shot in the dark. Still though, I’ll be back and take a chance.

So went in to get a replacement. Ask the guy working to set it up for me and he had no clue as to how. Who employs someone to man their business that knows nothing about the products. Then got home to set it up just to find out it didn’t come with a battery. Thanks a bunch Gruene Vape! Let’s just say I’m returning it and then never stepping foot back in that establishment!

This is in my opinion the best place to get your vape needs..large selection of disposable vapes, liquids and vape devices plus more. The gentleman that owns the place is really nice and helpful with any questions you may have . Its a great shop overall and definitely should go by and see for yourself..

Luckee is a bad brand. Its a Vape that keeps firing after drawing. Only way to stop it is blow back in the box. Vape went bad within a few hours.
