Everyone at both locations on College Rd are very nice, helpful & knowledgeable. I couldnt spend much & found a great 1 for me! I must say the store on 26th Ave (College Rd) is set up beautifully by the manager Tim.

I bought a pyne box yesterday from this place.I get home its leaking juice i call the store today.Because the associate said to come back tomorrow and call the manager...Which i called today for her to tell me she can do nothing.Only 14 hours later..infact she said i should of came back that night :/Ive bought over 13 devices from this store needless to say i wont be returning...Stay away from this place.

Hey great spot, very helpful, very simple process of finding what I need, there were so options but Brennon was great at helping me pick out what I need, very attentive and very friendly. It was very clean and can tell very knowledgeable.

They would not return my ooze vape pen even though they have a lifetime warranty Ive worked at vape shops any other shop Ive been too would just take the pen with the recipte and give me a new one the guy was not knowledgeable at all and shrugged his shoulders as a solution, avoid this smoke shop if you value your hard earned money

So I’m from out of state and was looking for a few different items, had been to several shops previous that didn’t seem to have a whole lot worth much and several items I had never even heard of, plus the employee were unable to answer any questions I had. However once I found Vapor Spot and Smoke Shop I found everything I was looking for plus more, for a very reasonable price. Austin the employee assisting me was beyond patient with me and my 1000 questions. He was also very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend this shop. Always helpful service generally knowledgeable on most products. However, can or is a bit pricey on products. At least the ones that I generally purchase. They have added some deals to certain products. Like OPMS gold 8.8 ml liquid for 2 for $30. Which saves about 10 dollars, which is nice.

Liz and Hershel are absolutely amazing!! They are wondering employees and help out so much!!! They are wondering human beings and have great souls. They deserve a raise for how amazing they are with people and how hard they work. I absolutely love this shop and the employees make it everything it is and has become. We had a bad experience here. We asked about the price of an item, and he responded with a price that was over $100 more than the list price on the companys web site. We asked the owner why it was so much more, and he became rude and said if he charged it at the normal price he couldnt make any money. Then, as we were leaving, he started bringing the price down significantly, to the price we had seen it listed as on the companys site! We went to another shop that was much more helpful, knowledgeable about the item, and sold it at the expected price. Disappointed in the poor customer service...

This is our go to vape spot. Service here is awesome as opposed to smocala which is abysmally bad. Good selection great prices but, yeah, its nice when the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and not some barely coherent burn out.Shout outs to hershall and stormy!

If I could give minus stars I would… I usually don’t ever leave bad reviews. Sold me a vape that they don’t carry refills for. Won’t order cartridges. No where else sales these vapes. They also won’t take a return for the vape they sold me that they won’t even order cartridges for. I was told that if they didn’t have any, they would take one from a mod box… but that was a lie. So I wasted a ton of money. It’s been weeks and they have had time to order cartridges. Thanks.

Decent products arent worth the significant upcharge, and a rude owner that will sit and watch you on the security cameras and call the nice employees to kick you out for spending any length of time in the store, even while actively making your purchase.

This was my first time coming here Im quite satisfied with my purchase. I called earlier to see if they had a 510 battery, came in later to purchase it. The staff come off as friendly & knowledgeable. The store is clean with plenty of products to choose from.

This shop is located in a very convenient location . They had moderate selection of products to choose from but their prices were shockingly steep. The clerks were very polite and friendly and the store clean inside and out. I did find what i was looking for here but paid more than double for it than I pay at other shops..

Went looking to replace my mod and although they didnt have what I was looking for specifically they were more than willing to try and find something that would fit my purposes. Which they did. Would have given five stars but the store was a little messy as product had not been put away.

Im not sure if I should give them a 5-star off of 1 visit to their store. However my visit was pleasant, shop was very clean and it was cheaper than other smoke shops that Ive been to in the past. so having said all that what little time I spent there I did have a pleasant experience.

Nice young lady sold me my first vape pen, it was over priced, I found it online after for 1/2 the price but with shipping would have still been $10. Less than there. But she also gave me a bottle of e-juice so in all I guess theyre fair, friendly, informative and better than saving online or thinking your saving.... cause your actually not.

I have bought several units from them pricing is higher than others. In addition to this they either are out of replacement parts, they do not carry them or tell you that SMOK does not carry parts. I went online found what I needed ordered and received in 2 days. Dont waste your ⛽ gas.

My wife actually went in for a friend. She described what she was looking for to the clerk and within minutes was back out in the truck, happy satisfied and pleased with her purchase. I understand that here friend was also quite pleased with the gift.

Opens at 9.. but when you show up the guy says he has no idea about the products and you have to wait until 9:30 for the employee to show up. So even if you just need coils, he cant help you..In other words call first to see if someone there can actually help you. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come here on the way to a job. Complete waste of time and I could have chosen another location that could have sold me a product.

Just came from there and the young dude helping me was freaking awesome got me a new coil and fixed my alien vapor I recommend go visit their variety of selections of things neat and clean everything is fully stocked and visible and I will be going there from now on service was prompt as soon as I walked in the door even though he was with another customer I recommend go check it out

Ive been shopping here about twice a month for a few months. I considered myself a regular until they hired a young guy that seemed frustrated whenever you ask a question and simply didnt want to answer questions. He recently sold me a $20 bottle of juice that was so thin that it was burning my coils and just not working. I tried to exchange the full bottle (minus one tank) of the thin juice because it wasnt working with my vape. No asking g to REFUND just to exchngee so he said no. I asked him to call hiss boss and explain the situation which he rolled his eyes and called him and the OWNER of the store refused to exchange. Guess what Vapor Spot? You lost me, my family and friends that I used to recommend your store too. Congrats on horrible customer service youll be out of business soon.

Wont do business with again! Went and purchased a vape. Vape was over priced even after discount because of missing pieces. (Found a new one online that wasnt missing parts for less from the manf.)... The coils are impossible to replace. Took it to other stores closer to me and no one even had anything close. My vape is now a paperweight until I can afford another one that wont be so restrictive.

I have bought 1000 mg of CBD Gummies on a few different occasions and was charged by the younger employees only 53.00 after tax and gave me the receipt and my friend who recently bought the same product was ripped off and was charged 60 dollars along with not being handed a receipt by the owner who is the Indian man. Just ridiculous, I REPEAT, OWNER WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I like this place. But I dont understand why its more expensive than the location on sr 200. Something that I paid $20 for at the 200 location, guy tried to sell for $42.. Why?

There are no returns on the CBD products. Wish someone would’ve made that clear before I spent $160 on some stupid oil that I never used
