I have been coming here for years and they have always been very accommodating to me and have the cheapest cost for coils that Ive found in the valley!! Thanks for always being open when I need to come and late night trips . You guys are the best!

This used to be my fav shop but now I won’t go back. The guy behind the counter always has an attitude when I go in there and he’s pretty new. When Emily was there she was very personable and friendly. Since she’s transferred the store is never stocked in anything and the newer guy just seems like he hates his job and I’ve been going to this location for years and sad to say I won’t go back.

I didn’t want to make a review in hopes that things would change but they haven’t. I come in about 2-3 times a month and I drive out here from paradise valley because of the service and the prices that they have. The past few times I have came in a blonde girl has helped me and each time I feel rushed, the door is locked for 20-30 minutes with a “be back in 15 minute sign up”, and when I got a faulty vape she looked annoyed at the fact that we had to keep swapping it out because I wanted to get my moneys worth. I will definitely avoid coming in on the weekend from now on.

I just left and the girl that was there long dark hair had horrible customer service. Boxes and boxes of stuff and I asked for tobacco flavor and she said here is where it says what flavor it is . I said there are hundreds on boxes all behind glass and I couldnt read it . She then said here.. I bout 2 disposable ones for $20, at the register it says free disposable for 5 star review in store, makes you wonder, anyway no refunds etc and she said test it before you leave, and I tested it and horrible flavor and I asked if I could get another flavor for the unopened one I bought 2mins prior and she refused , I also got no receipt. This is worst vape shop I have ever been to and will never return. Basically they are paying you some disposable for the reviews .

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s no wonder this store is never busy, nobody wants to be treated like that. Did the review while still sitting in the parking lot, couldn’t even wait til I got home. What a joke of a store. LOL

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Went in to buy coils and the guy sold me the incorrect kind that I needed. Went back within 20 minutes. The minimum wage vaping expert then informed me that he won’t exchange for the correct size. Great customer service Vaporice lol. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nick is one of the most sincere workers I have ever met. You walk into this store and you immediately feel welcomed in this relaxing environment. You can come in and find all the most popular flavors like Reds or propaganda. They even have a wide range of clearance juices if you feel like saving a couple of bucks. I have been coming here every week since I’ve found this place. Due the the wonderful customer service and wonderful products I will continue to come here for all my vaping needs😗💨

Found this place about a 2 weeks ago. Amazing pricing on juices and go like every other day now. The lady their is very personal she kinda tells it how it is. Seen her everytime but once and she is the greatest! Think Ill turn around from here on out if I dont see her. The guy was a little pushy it seemed like.

I come in very often, there are always awesome deals going and the customer service is great. This former vape shop worker gives you 5 stars.

Called for a specific coil because I have running around driving and its getting expensive. The girl answers and I tell her the coil name and she takes about 3 seconds and says nope do not have them. Now I know I go into the other store to buy my juice and there are a ton of coils there. No way she looked at all she just did not feel like checking to see if she had them. Not a good way to add to your customer base or sell items you may have in stock.

So I went into this place not knowing anything the other day. Nick was very helpful and this guy named Jim was also nice. it was a nice environment and I didnt feel stupid asking so many questions. They made sure that I got what I wanted and needed, no up-selling or selling me things that can be very expensive. I will come back to this location again.

I was refused service because I was asked to have my $500 electric scooter left outside. I was not greeted or even said hello to, local money not spent here. Bummer...

Staff was friendly. But I asked for something with a lot of fruity flavor and they gave me the most bland juice Ive ever tasted. Literally no flavor. Dont get the tears of Zeus juice its horrible. Waste of money.

The best prices and products

About as good as any place that sells vaping supplies. Much better staff and products that a lot of the stores around. You can get more here for your money than others around. Ive yet to leave here feeling scammed, which is important as I have had some places to through a lot to get an extra 30 for things you didnt need at all. Sometimes you have to wait while they help others but not that long. Ive always been recommended juice that is actually good.

Went to this shop was not impressed at all... they don’t let you try any of the juice before you buy so I was super reluctant and against my better judgement I went ahead and bought a house juice something called strawberry rancher, was the absolute worse juice I’ve ever bought has no flavor other than burnt will not recommend or go back here ever again!!!!!😡👎🏻 And the only reason I gave it a one star is because it won’t let me post my review unless I did it’s a big fat zero stars for me!!!!

It could use some color than all white or better light fixture. For the most part there is a huge selection on oils. Tons of coils. I come here when I dont have certain coils for smok or freemax. Overall not bad prices or bad place. Just wish it was a little bit more inviting.

Used to go to a handful of other stores for certain things here and there. This shop has it all under one roof and Nick is coolest guy Ive met. He seems like he knows everything there is to know about vaping. This is definitely the only store I go to for everything now.

Best vape shop in phx they have a few locations. Nick is like a vape Jesus if you have any issues questions or anything thats the man with the plan. Juices been coming here for years. Also the juices are top end quality, the house juices started out as garage a 2 years ago they just revamped them. I am a propaganda guy, the new house juice gives them a run for their money.
