Called for a foot reflexology and was able to get an appointment almost immediately! The lady who did my reflexology was Anna. She did a fabulous job! I will definitely be back. The spa was clean and very relaxing. She did take one phone call for an appointment, but continued to work on my foot. I understand this is necessary sometimes, so that they can keep costs down.

I have lived in Port St. Lucie for seven years and have been looking for a massage shop that suits me. This time I finally found it. First of all, this shop is very well decorated, the interior is very clean, and the massage techniques are very good. The masseurs are very professional. The attitude is very good, trust me, you will not be disappointed when you come here for a massage. The girls here are very young, beautiful, and very skilled. You will be sorry if you dont come.

This massage shop is the most professional in Port St. Lucie. I have been suffering from long-term back pain and have been looking for a good masseuse. Coco is really great. She knows that my cervical spine and shoulders are not in good condition, so she did a good job of healing them. Their environment is good and very clean. They operate in a formal and legal manner. I hope people who want to get a massage will find it. Trust my judgment, you wont miss it.

I would have given 5 stars based on the massage itself. He is why I chose only 3. My deep tissue massage was intense to say the least. The pain was intense, actually the most painful massage I’ve ever had. Even with my cursing she never let up on intensity. Now for my complaint. Upon leaving I handed the therapist a $20 cash tip on a 60 min $79 massage. I then confirmed with her what my bill was. She said $80. Fine I guess she is rounding up? Then I saw her credit card machine and said you take credit cards? After handing her the $20 tip. She saw I had hundred dollar bills. She why you have cash? I said ok here is $100 hand me my $20 back and keep the change from the hundred. She now had my $100 bill in one hand and my $20 in the other. She then informed me “I gave you ver good massage “ . I said, $20 tip is not good? She shook her head No! I said fine keep it all. So enjoy your extra $20 I will not be back. I would have gone there every 2 weeks! ☹️

Excellent massaging skills. I got the deep tissue massage and I am very satisfied with my experience. I had so many knots in my upper back and was having neck pain but after my deep tissue massage at Peacock I found relief from my pain and knots. I highly recommend this place! You will get your money’s worth!

Let me tell you. It’s been a very long time since I have enjoyed a massage. It was the point I was actually bummed out. I did not have enough money for it to keep going. Not sure what the woman’s name was,but man was she great. definitely coming back again when I have a lot more money lol thank you so much

I went in for a massage today, and the massage was good, BUT I wish I would have read the reviews first about the forced tip. I was forced to give a 20% tip, and it’s absolutely the policy because the woman pulled out a laminated sheet with the 20% tip policy on it. I will not be back after that. It’s just not professional. I can understand if that information is given up front, but it’s not!

I went in for a 90 minute massage. I think her name was Kim. I asked for a massage and for sciatica help. She did nothing for sciatica . Her technique was really light and I asked her to use more strength for deep tissue but instead she said she would walk on my back. That was actually the best part of the whole thing. After she was finished ,I went to pay and it was 110 bucks. I gave her 140 dollars and she wasnt happy. Thats a 30 dollar tip. She asked for more money. I had 20 bucks in my pocket and I thought maybe I was misunderstanding what the price was or something so I just have her another 20. So I gave her 160 bucks. Thats a 50 dollar tip for a massge that wasnt that great. Very pushy. I wont be coming back and Im a top 10 percent google reviewer and alot of people will see this. I wish I would have read the review before I booked it.

UPDATE: After returning for a second visit I had an entirely different experience than the first. My husband and I went back for another couples massage and the lady, who I believe also claimed to be the Manager, accepted three phone calls during our massage. Not one, not two, but three phone calls from clients asking about rates and services. I understand providing good customer service, but not at the expense of a paying customers experience. If she would have accepted one more phone call during my massage I would have lost it. I also seen her harass two woman as they were leaving because they didnt leave a tip. This should have been handled very differently. I will be changing my 5 star review to a 1 star review. I will not be returning and I would not recommend.

Cindy was fantastic for a Swedish massage. I booked deep tissue though. I was OK with my upper body Swedish massage yet I explained I needed deep tissue on my IT bands and my quadriceps which I did not receive. If 28% tip is not enough I’m sorry. She actually asked for more tip money which is why it’s only a three. Very clean facility. Very nice massage therapist Yet like some of the lower ratings, not professional to ask for a bigger tip when my tip was significant.

My husband and I booked for a couples massage. It was a really good one and I was going to write a 5 star review up until we were paying and we were gonna leave a 20% tip however the lady was so pushy and ungrateful and said she wanted around a 30% tip and kept pushing my husband to pay more. This is so unprofessional and we will not return although we loved the massage and thought that the place was clean.

I had severe back pain, and I went to many masseuses, and finally I got a very good massage in this massage shop, and my back pain was cured. I am very grateful to Anna, her massage was very professional.

I only have one concern i wish they had doors instead of curtains. i Have had someone come in my room twice cause they had the wrong room and once a person was snooping in on me which was strange for him to do that, lucky the the lady that was tending to me told him to close the curtains and go away. Other wise that i love this place. Will continue to good and let others know about this place.

While massage is okay, my masseuse “held me up” for a bigger tip and would not give me all my change. I had a one hour foot massage for $60 and gave her a $100 bill and asked for $15 back. That is a $25 tip! She brought me back $10 and said “i’ll give you 5 next time!” I said not acceptable and if you don’t give me the $5 I won’t be back. She didnt care. For $5 I wasn’t going to continue but know that this place is not upfront and is suspect with their practices in regard to payment/gratuities.

Coco went above and beyond! The most amazing massage I’ve ever had. I will most definitely be back. Such an affordable price as well. I didn’t mind leaving a very good tip.💙

The first time I went it was good. The second time the massage was terrible and on top of that they hound you for more tip even if the masseuse didn’t do what you asked for. They will continue to lose a lot of people due to their unprofessionalism!

I went for the first time just for reflexology however the lady who attended me convinced me to get a combo half back half feet. The massage was very good. I can’t complain,that she could speak less and let me enjoy and relax yes! Not a big deal,what the big deal was at the end when I went to pay and I gave her my credit card and I said I will give you the tip in cash so I proceeded and sign and gave her tip and she look at my tip like saying that’s it?!?, the she ask me for more money. 🤔🤔🤔 I said sure I’m going to have to put it on my card because I didn’t have more cash. However, that left me. With a bad taste in my mouth never again. This was my first and my last visit to this establishment. No matter what you never asked for more money it’s so unprofessional and disrespectful. Good luck.

I was there today for a couples massage with my girlfriend for her birthday and had the best experience ever. It was her first massage ever and she was made to feel comfortable and her first massage was great. My masseuse knew exactly how much pressure I needed and wanted and the same for my girl. All in all best experience ever and I highly recommend Peacock day spa to everyone.

Went in for a massage and facial. The massage was great. The facial was okay. I thought basic facial elements would be included that werent other than a mask. Echoing what many of the comments stated, she attempted to force me to tip extra than what I felt was fair and appropriate. Unprofessionalism exemplified. First and last time patronizing this establishment.

Best to go often. I do. The ladies learn your body that way. I work out daily and the massage is here is the best. 90 minutes. 👍🏼

This place is awesome everyone one here is great. The place is very clean and comfortable, and has a nice calm about it. Ana does a great job making sure your experience is a great one and does a awesome job managing and massaging. I have had massages from a few different ladies they all do a great job. My favorite is Tina she does such a awesome job, finds all the problem areas and works them out. Thank you Peacock Day Spa Team for you great work and professionalism. Keep up the great work.

Was my 1st time visiting and overall had a good experience. Atmosphere was clean, calming, and staff pleasant. Was having some minor back aches and muscle tension. I knew it was self care time! Massage went well. My only feedback is to be mindful when visiting there is requirement of minimum $25 tip. This is shared after services are rendered. No issue with the requirement. I would encourage you to share with customers on the front end out of consideration. It allows for transparency and doesnt put the employees & clients in an akward communication moment. Other than that, I would definitely like to visit again:)

Not good, walked in and barely got spoken to then….Was directed to the back room with no direction just shut the curtain and disappear for five minutes. Walked out of the room a couple of times to answer the phone and door. But what upset me the most is at the end she demanded that I tip $40 (me and my husband got the couple massage) that’s not right and a bad way to run businesses. Plus the massage wasn’t even that great.

Massage was great but when it came time to pay thats when the games started. I was told 15% tip. It was $80 for massage she took $20 for a 15% tip. Then told my sisters it was a 20% tip. Im not playing games. Therefore, we will not return.

I have been using massage therapy forlast 5 years or so to deal with muscletension and stress. I have tried manydifferent types of massages and alsodifferent masseuses as well. None ofthem hold a candle to the staff thisspa has. They have a variety ofdifferent techniques (I recommendbeing walked on and the hot stones!) that will leave you feeling completely relaxed and in a state of complete euphoria! I drive over a half an hour (price is way lower than in Palm Beach and twice as good) just to be massaged by this staff! I cant get a massage anywhere else ever again! Go see for yourself! The entire staff is top-flight!

What started off as a good experience for a message and facial quickly turned into a terrible experience when I checked out and was badgered about the $20 tip I was leaving. The woman kept stating “that’s too little you need to leave more” and demanded I got to the ATM to get more cash for a tip. This wasn’t a casual exchange this was her literally trying to shame me into leaving a larger tip. Tip culture is getting out of culture, either raise your prices or accept the tip that are generously given because TIPS AREN’T REQUIRED, I paid a significant amount for the service and felt $20 was a fair enough tip for those services. Again I didn’t have to tip at all but choose to. I will NEVER return or recommend this place to anybody to go thru that humiliating experience over a tip.Also look thru the reviews I should have read the reviews prior to going because it appears this has happened to MANY people as well and is not an isolated issue.

I hesitate to recommend this place because I don’t want it to be unavailable when I call for my weekly appointment. Absolutely a fantastic massage every time all of the therapists are equally great, it’s legit.

Edited review: My husband and I both chose the 1hr deep tissue massages, by Alice and Anna. This was our first time and the massages felt great. These ladies were very sweet. They made sure we were okay with the amount of pressure being applied, which was PERFECT. The ambiance was very relaxing, until they stopped to answer the phone while doing my husband’s massage. I had to update this review based on my husband’s experience, as we were planning to go again, and were reminded that this was a inconvenience we chose to ignore. The massages were so good and the ladies were sweet as I mentioned previously, that I opted to give four stars instead of three. I would hope this place now has a permanent receptionists to deal with the phone calls.

I got to say this was a really good massage. Unfortunately the lady took a few phone calls and answered the door a few times during my massage. This wasnt the biggest deal in the world to me... At the most..i got cheated out of maybe 5 mins of my massage..but this is pretty unprofessional for this line of business.. People expect 100% attentiveness and relaxation during a massage and those activities disrupt those expectations... so just be prepared that this may happen to you.

Be warned! I called asking if Peacock Spa had any availability at the moment, and they said yes. I arrived 5 minutes later and I was told I never called, but I confirmed the phone number. The woman working asked if I could come back in 40 minutes for a couples massage. I said okay. Before I left I asked if there was 2 female masseuses, and was told that yes. When I arrived again after the 40 minutes, my husband and I were guided to the room and after we undressed we waited there for about 10 minutes. Then, the masseuse started on my husband for about 10 minutes and no one was massaging me! I asked if anyone was coming to massage me, and the woman went to go find someone. Then, a man came in the room to massage me, and I asked the woman if there was a woman that could massage me because I did not feel comfortable, she said no. I told her that was the whole reason I asked if there were 2 female masseuses. I asked the woman to massage me and the man to switch and go massage my husband, the woman gave me attitude. Next, I ask for a deep tissue massage which was the whole reason I was getting a massage because of how tense my shoulders and neck was but the whole time all the woman did was rub my back :( I know the difference between a Swedish and deep tissue. So upsetting! Once my husband was done receiving his hour massage, she stopped my massage, I did not get the whole hour. On our way out my husband left a tip and the woman HARASSED us and said our tip was not good enough!! Quite frankly, my massage and experience at Peacock Spa was unpleasant. The woman said there is a minimum tip requirement, and that is unheard of!!! I explained to her that a tip is not mandatory (even though we left one) and is to be how left according to how we liked our service. The scene she mad was so unethical and when we finally left she had an attitude and did not say bye or anything.

Visiting from New Jersey. My friend and I had an appointment. Melinda was AMAZING! Best deep massage I ever had! She knew right away the areas to concentrate on and did a wonderful job. I will definitely come back!!

My best friend and I came here for a couples massage. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Everyone was nice, but during the massage she took several phone calls while still doing the massage. The massage itself was very rough, we were both in pain after. Even though I told her it was too rough, she wasnt more gentle. Then at the end she asked for more tip. It was honestly just an overall awkward and unprofessional experience

I had a great massage and the masseur was thorough. I enjoyed the deep tissue worked she applied on my back. I just loved the hot stones . However, I was expecting silences during my massage but she and her partner were in constant conversation.

I booked a couples massage for my daughter and I. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The woman masseuse seemed fine. That was my daughters first time. My masseuse I can guarantee had no license. It was the worst massage, he had no idea what he was doing, salt scrub was a joke, they talked and answered the door. I will be calling Better Business Bureau on Monday. Only stayed because I never would have got my money back due to Groupon. Shady business. 0 relaxation. What a joke!

Cindy is excellent, she is very busy so make sure you make an appointment early in the day. Very thorough and does a wonderful job. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will be back

I booked a couple full body massage for myself and my husband and it was our wedding anniversary. The front desk lady told us they have a special for 100.00 per couple then when we get there she said 120.00 so I said ok I’ll pay it. I ask her can we use the room with the tub that they advertised on their page she said they have no idea about it but I said that’s false advertisement. She basically rush us in and told us to get undressed. When it was all over and we were about to leave she said you have to tip 10.00 each person. I said you can’t tell how much to tip and she said that’s the amount we have to tip nothing less. They offered us nothing to drink at all . While other places are offering wine or champagne. Worst place to relax. Presentation is horrible I will never encourage anyone to go there. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife Purchased a couples massage for my birthday which is today. She made an appointment last week for 2 PM today, when we showed up they said we didn’t have an appointment. Turns out, they had given it away to a walk-in. The girl at the desk also lied and said my wife didn’t make an appointment. She showed her the phone number on her call log on her phone and the girl still insisted that wasn’t their number. My wife dialed the number and the phone rang right in the girls hand. Horrible place, stay far away

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of receiving a wonderful couples massage from Peacock Day Spa. We called the same day and were able to make an appointment and come in rather quickly. The staff was extremely nice and the massages were relaxing. Our masseuses continuously checked in to make sure that we remained comfortable. I will be sure to return again.

I really should be giving this place zero stars but I will give 1 star for potential. The massage could’ve actually turned out fairly decent had the woman not stopped....ready for this....8 TIMES. Yes 8 times during my massage she abruptly walked away to answer the phone, door and tend to a matter with another worker. I received a gift card from Groupon by one of my friends for my birthday so I figured I’d try it out but I will never be back. Typically most places respectfully ask for boundaries with where they may or may not massage . Not this place. Before I knew it the woman ripped my underwear down and begin to aggressively massage my butt. The other gentleman is not lying about where they stick their fingers. I was mortified. These people just don’t get it . They may have great deals on Groupon but try to avoid them if you can.

Tiffany was super friendly & gave a great deep tissue massage. Although deep tissue on a very tense back often means pain, she kept it light by reminding me frequently no pain, no gain! She was super nice and the spa was very clean and simple. Awesome spot for a massage.

After paying for massage, took the girl 15 min just to come to room. After she enters spends another 20 min doing a rub over sheets. I asked when does the massage start. Few seconds later she leaves room to answer phone and greet another customer walking in door (gone for another 10 min. After a brief massage I got dressed and attempted to leave. Out of guilt I leave a $20.00 tip( lucky she even got that) and she demanded more $ for tip. I told her she barely massages me for for 30 min after paying for 60 min.I will never go back...Bunch of greedy Asians

I have had many more visits to Peacock this past year to work on my stiff back. Each time the staff have been very professional and the place is very clean. I have noticed that they do many couples massages when I have had my appointments. I also have had the foot massage which is very relaxing and soothing to my sore feet. Great relaxing experience.

First time I tried out the establishment and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and the shop was clean and inviting. The walking on back massage was great most places cannot get the pressure right for me but here they were spot on. Will definitely be back often.

Wow! All I can say is I had a great experience. The people working there were extra friendly and the place was very clean. I am for sure going to be coming back. Highly recommended for great massage and relaxation. A+++

We made an appointment on Monday at 3:30 for 10 AM on Saturday. When we checked in the person told us our appointment was at 11:00 not 10. So we left and came back at 11:00 and the person said we did Not have an appointment and they did not have our number in file that we called even though we had proof from our call log.

They tell you one price and charge you more when you go to pay. Then demand more tip $30 -$50 more than you give. Ended up paying almost $200 for 1 hour massage regular massage.

They are very nice, they work hard to help you get better, she explained it will hurt in the massage and the day after, but 2 days latter will feel relief. The pain was due to my body being under long prolonged stress. I was in so much pain and she explaned what I needed. I felt much better after

Great place. Very attentive to my needs. Cleanliness is important as I get massages all the time. I was here on a vacation and I saw the reviews and decided, why not. Was not disappointed at all. But obviously dont expect the Ritz Carlton. For the price its great and Ill even come back

Masseuse made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept telling me to relax, over and over. I was laying on a table getting massaged, not sure how I can relax more. Then things got weird. She poked me in the butt cheek and told me to relax again. Then jiggled my thigh. I said “I am relaxed. I am not tensing up.” Her response was to huff and puff, and say “oh my god” three times in a row, then huff and puff some more. At that point I was just waiting for it to end. Made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I will never go back.

Made an appointment but when i walked in, they said they didnt have one. I guess they triple booked 11am slot? They still took me right away, but the woman doing my massage kept answering the phone (3-4 times it rang and she answered it twice and talked for several minutes) she apologized and explained they were busy, but it still kinda sucked Wont go again, but you get what you pay for.

This is a good place for vacations. The environment is beautiful. I came here with my sister today. Two masseuses serve both of us. During my six months of work, my back muscles were sore. I came here today to help me resolve my back muscles. I really like the pain here, and I highly recommend it.

I went with my friend for a much needed spa day. It was my first time there, but I was plesently surprised. The day spa is very clean and it is renovated very nicely. The people are very nice and professional. I recommend this day spa for anyone who is looking for relaxing and professional massages. I will definetly be back

This is a very good massage parlor. My back pain has improved after receiving massage here. The environment is very good and the staff are very welcoming. I will come here for massage every week.
