Today was my first time shopping here. The store is very clean and organized. As soon as I walked in my fiancé and I were immediately greeted and offered assistance. I deal with chronic pain on a daily basis and was looking to buy some Kratom. They had a very large selection and I was a little overwhelmed because I wasn’t expecting so many options to choose from. I told the sales woman what I needed it for and she helped me narrow it down a bit. I am very pleased with my purchase. Price was fair and customer service was excellent. Glad I found this place!

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly but the return policy sucks. I bought a water pipe and it started leaking out of the bottom two weeks later and then the excuse game starts. Now Im out $40 and have a defective bong and a water stain on my coffee table.

One of our favorite local shops. We never have a bad experience here and are always finding the latest products on the market. They also sell a wide variety of products made in their own studio :)

Just left and the kid with long hair was a peaceful experience considering the one I had with Mercedes . I dont have to demean her character anymore then she already does. But I guess its the owners sons gf who thinks she has a chip on her shoulder. Hope she finds her happiness or at least a better attitude.

Went in to Peace Ave to inquire about products and the clerk was very snappy, and seemed to be upset that I had questions. Clearly didnt want to make a sell. It was as if answering a customers questions was a big inconvenience for her. I think that she wasnt very informed of the products either. Unfortunate to say the least .

I got a pen from there for my cart, never used nothing called today cause I got a cart to put into the pen and it didn’t fit so I asked if I could get a new pen or my money back and the lady said sorry we don’t do refunds... so now I’m stuck with a broken pen that they sold to me.

Just discovered this smoke shop. The prices are good on some stuff..The employees are very pleasant..I will spend my money here no problem.

Sold me parts that are not compatible and spent $70 on a set up that doesn’t work and they refused to give a refund for the $10 e stick that doesn’t work even though I still bought other products.
