Don’t have a big selection of good quality cigars but they have a few. Cashier was very helpful and informational about other smoke and vape products they have.

Only good thing is the price of my cigarettes. An obviously drunk individual was in here and the cashier still sold him more alcohol. And then I decided to grab a couple scratchers and one of them was completely ripped in half and loosely taped back together.

Manager is super nice and friendly they have great prices and wide selection of all different things for tobacco use

Hardly ever post a bad review. Im giving 3 stars because this is typically a good smoke shop with friendly staff and a great selection. But tonight on 1/28/18 I went in at 4:55pm and the lady rudely said hurry up and get what I need and I asked her what time they closed and she said 5pm. I said well thats another 5 min and she said she didnt care. Thats when I walked out and said Id just go somewhere else.

I can always find the tobacco and tubes I need for a reasonable price. The employees are all really nice and will take the time to chat if no one is waiting. The only place I go for my smoking needs!

Is now very large and in amore noticeable place,in mall on east north by the Papa Murphys Pizza !! Great variety of tobacco,cigars,smokers needs!! Reasonable prices!! Friendly service a plus!! And u can go there while your pizza order is being made to take and bake at home!! As I just re-read my first review here today (6-3-19 ) I realized I did the wrong smoke shop, lol,as mine is on East North St.so...I do like the Omaha St.smoke shop also..go there if Im on that side of town! Is a nice shop ,can get various items as well as booze too!

Gave one star because there wasnt a zero. Until today Ive done my business here but because of the worst service Ive ever encountered shopping for anything I will not return here. Cheaper prices at Safeway....yay

I wont pay for cigerettes the prices are high. Thrifty has a great selection and prices on cigarellos and roll your own supplies. People who work there very friendly

Even as a smoker it’s hard to walk into this place with the smoke so thick in the air you can hardly breathe And if you’re lucky the lady at the cash register won’t be in the middle of a story with someone standing there who is not even a customer they are just hanging out for the day and will have time to serve you Once she’s done filling her friend in on how her day went. Stood there for a couple minutes and only once I made my way to the door did she interrupt her incredibly boring story to ask if I needed some help Well I wasn’t standing at your counter to hear your stupid story I can tell you that much Don’t worry I’ll go somewhere else and waste my money on cigarettes

The Budweiser beer cooler has been broke for around 3 months and they have been selling warm beer.
