This business will not ensure customer satisfaction. If you order online what you order is what you get and there is no refunds no exceptions. I have received expired juices and have proof. Didnt get a response about it. If you order online and your item isnt available you will not be notified and order will be unfulfilled until they either receive that particular item or you cancel. My order was held up for 2 weeks until I message them. They response with Oh sorry we reached out but we didnt hear back thats a lie Ive check everyday. They told me one of the juices I ordered is expired. I thought oh good looking out, right.They offer me a choice to select any other juice, I selected 19 dollar choice previous was 14. Within hours I received good news they recieved shipment of the 14 dollar juice I had ordered. So they shipped out my juices within next 2 days. What I received was THE expire juice. So basically since I selected a more expensive juice this business decides to poison me on purpose. Unfortunately a lot of young people purchase from this business because they dont know any better. This business believes we are addicts and will continue to buy from them no matter what. I dont think so. Buyer you are warned.

We came in late and had amazing service!! The guy that helped us explained everything since we were new to vape. Update: FAKE PRODUCT! Packaging reads 3ml and real pods are 2ml capacity! Id give a 0 star review if I could. Most of the reviews on reading pertain to the physical location but I had the worst experience with the online store. Ordered 4 mesh pods for my Orion Lost Vape and every single one leaked. I received them on Saturday and had every tank of juice I filled leak out of the bottom costing me money in my high quality juice. I couldnt have 4 leaking pods sitting in my house all weekend for children and pets to get into, so as a responsible consumer I had to throw them away. Contacted the company and they want their leaking pods back and for me to pay return shipping from Ohio to California to even make this matter right. Im sorry, but thats not awesome customer service and I will not be purchasing from your company again even with your measly 10% discount code.

I wouldnt recommend to use this store. I got defective scratched mod from them. I contacted them within hour of opening the package and asked for exchange. They asked for video proof of the defect which was provided to them. They agreed to exchange but after they got the mod back they said that they repaired the issue. They lied. When I asked what was wrong and how they fixed it they replied back that they didnt fix anything and want me to take defective item back. They refused both exchange or to give me a refund. They are dishonest and dont stand behind products they sell.

Ordered mine 2 weeks ago. I received a confirmation Email, but nothing after that. No tracking number, and nothing has come in the mail. I have sent 3 emails to ecig city, and I have had no response. just sent them another email. hopefully I get my order soon. its almost too late to even want now.

The guys in here are incredibly helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I was spending about $15 every 3 days on Blu pods. I came in here last month and got set up with a device comparable to the Blu e cigs and a large bottle that was better tasting and cheaper then what I was using before. I also got a bottle of CBD. I ended spending around $60 for everything. Today I came in for a refill. A bottle and 2 replacement pods was well under $30. If you are using Juul or Blu then I know you are paying an arm and a leg to vape. You have to come and check this place out. I wish I would have done this a long time ago.

Where I went to buy a vape, but my first choice of vape they did not have in stock. The alien smok they did have & offered it to me for $60 I said Ill take it, the employee looked confused, and he never got it for me. I stood looking at him for several minutes in confusion. Eventually the other employee got it for me then I asked for instructions on how to use it. He showed me how to set it up, & it was a mediocre job of explaining. I had to wait for my friend to get it to work properly later when I got home. One thing that was great about the place was the $60 price tag. Thats six packs of cigarettes and last much longer.

This company has RIPPED ME OFF and STOLEN MY MONEY.I purchased a item from a sale they had on July 20th from their online store and as of this day (Sept 3rd) I still dont have what I paid for and contacting technical support only led to lies about when they will ship my item. The last time I reached out to them to figure out what is up with shipping, I was told its up to me to find out where my package it by contacting USPS. How am I supposed to do that with no notification of the package ever being shipped and because of that I dont have a tracking number so how am I supposed to trace my package? They basically just kept stalling me out for the last month for some reason before finally just putting it all on me and thats why I am writing this review. I would give zero stars if I could post this without having to give a star I would have.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My boyfriend and I Ordered 2 Kado Stealth Vaping pods from ecig-city. Not ONLY do both devices NOT work, straight out of the box! One auto fired as SOON as the pod was inserted, no juice, nothing. The other keeps flashing a red and blue light and wont fire at all! Does that sound safe to you?!Im not willing to be blown up, over faulty devices THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR!!!! NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO AFRAID OF ANY VAPE DEVICE I HAVE RECEIVED!!!! Because THEY WERE TOO LAZY TO RESPOND TO CORRISPONDANCES. We are stuck with potentially dangerous smoking pods...after trying to contact them since we received the devices, they dont respond or answer UNTIL AFTER, their so called policy expired to be able to properly assist us. My boyfriend called and emailed, and yesterday he finally got a reply, stating there was nothing that could be done. That they would only refund unopened, unused devices No care that the devices we received are faulty from the START....I finally get through today on the phone number, and I stated that BOTH devices DID NOT WORK DIRECTLY OUT OF THE BOX, after He kept rudly interrupting me, Guy looks up order, and then states that it is past their date as their so called policy states.... Nevermind, we had tried to get ahold of this company for weeks!!! I still try to explain my situation, and he starts talking to me like I am dumb... Very rude!I didnt even ask for a refund, I just asked for devices that worked and wouldnt blow me up. I thought that was reasonable. I will take my business elsewhere. This is appalling! This is an interesting place. They offer a large variety of vape juice and even have testers so you can test and taste the vape juices before making an investment. Its nice to walk out with a product I know I like instead of playing the guessing game.
