No matter who is working whether they have been there for a while or just started, they are ALWAYS so amazing at providing the best customer service around. Including the owner. Starts from the top! It is also so clean and always has product. If not, they will order it for you. Love this place!

Sarah and Carly are the nicest most helpful people Ive ever come across . I needed a new vape and juice , and they were able to help me pick a new device and juice by showing me all the available options and helped me pick what was right for me . I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone !!

I ran all over town looking for a particular model vape. I know, I should use my phone to make phone calls, but here we are. This was my third stop, and they had what I was looking for! The young woman at the counter was super friendly, but not weird (you know how sometimes super friendly people are also super weird?). I was texting with my wife, trying to figure out whether to buy something in the store, or wait and order it online. While waiting for a text reply, she asked me about my day, which I guess doesnt happen to me much, because it struck me as extra polite. I left and returned a few minutes later after deciding to go ahead and get it.I had a few questions about products, which she knowledgeably answered. I was looking for something in particular, and she determined they didnt have anything like that which is fine, because she could have steered me towards something that was close just to make a sale. Nice little shop!

The best Smoke shop in St Augustine. Wide variety of Vapes, Wraps, Glass, E-rigs, dab pens, edibles, Tons of Delta 8 and other hemp products. Been my go too spot for almost 2 years now, Prices are competitive and often cheaper than online. The owner is great constantly bringing new products into the store and the customer service is excellent Lexi and Carley are wonderful and always ready to help even when slammed.

This is one of the best smoke shops I have gone to. Carli is working anytime I am in there and she has the absolute best customer service I have experienced. My item was defective (which usually is never an issue for me) and she did everything to make sure I got my moneys worth. Always a good experience when I go into this store!

Absolutely one of the best experiences ever shopping at smoke/vapor shop. I didnt know this place existed until a few months ago. The guy that runs the place is one cool dude. So friendly and accommodating. Prices cant be beat by anyone else in town. This is a growing store so it doesnt have 1000s of options of every single item, but anything I have inquired about this guy has ordered on the spot for me. Needless to say this is pretty much the only store I spend my money at. If you want a good atmosphere and a place where youre treated right as a customer and also as a person, you found your place.

I always get the same girl when I go in (can’t remember her name) but she’s always a pleasure to deal with. This place has one of the biggest selections for everything across the board of any I’ve been to. Always clean and staff is super friendly.

Friendly service however the products are defective. Have had 5 out 12 elf bars not charge and die out after 1 and a half days or two after purchase. Make sure disposables work and charge! Brought it up that there were issues with the elf bar but the lady helping me said “ nobody has mentioned that issue, maybe you’re just getting dead ones (unlucky). Will be shopping here again , will make sure to charge the vape in the store before leaving! if the light doesn’t come on to indicate it’s connected; don’t buy it.

Convenient location, great product selection. The store was very clean and spaced out nicely making it easy to find anything youre looking for. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best smoke/vape shop I’ve been to in Florida. The prices of most items are way cheaper than any other smoke/vape shop making it easier to spend less and get more. The owner is the patient and easy to talk to, making your search for the right item a lot easier. The location is great and hours of operation make it easy for me to swing by regardless of how my day is looking. It’s a newer place so when I’ve been by the shop I dont see many customers but this place has EVERYTHING. Just swing by and you won’t be disappointed

I asked a few questions, but the young lady wasnt very helpful. I was given short, one word answers. I could tell she didnt want to be there, and my questions were bothering her. The product I bought doesnt even work, and it costed me almost $40. I dont live very close, so I am just stuck with it. Very disappointing experience.
