March 30th 2024 around 8pm.Got a couple things and an Indian worker took five dollars from my change are you kidding me wow never will pay cash there again!!!! Spent 35.17 and he gave a 50 and a ten back and some change out of a 100 dollar bill sad been coming here for awhile.

Everything is over priced trash. Ive been in a few times because they are right by my house, and regret it every time. Roll n Smoke, where is the love for west side

The first time I visited this store, the shelves were almost completely empty. It felt like this might be a new business, so I thought maybe check back later. It’s been about two months, and the store is still almost completely empty. What little they do have seems to be very over priced. Worth the drive to go to Roll n smoke. Sorry but $50 for a basic piece of glass is ridiculous.

Very nice clean store! Large selection of talor cigarettes and glass. Loose leaf tobacco leaves a lot to be desired along with the knowledge being provided to the customer. Counter service was honest and friendly just lacked the ability to answer common questions about products.

I usually pay less than 20$ for a particular adult beverage EVERYELSE. But It is 30.00 here. But I was offered a receipt!

Favorite smoke shop in town!! I love that the employees are personable and kind to everyone that walks in. It’s nice that when they are out of product they direct their customers to West Side Glass for anything they need that this store doesn’t have in stock.

Couldn’t get 10 packs of zig zags cuz “other people buy them too, I could sell you like 5”Maybe have some 20ea packs instead one the 6ea if it’s such a hot item you need to limit stock on. Also, isn’t the goal to sell me stuff? ✌️

Employees like to brag about how much the store makes a killing and charges more than other stores “because people are dumb and pay it”I won’t be returning after he pointed out the other stores that sell at a fair price.

Should change your hours to 11 or 1130 since nobody is ever there at that time. Several times I expected to be able to make a late run since my kids are busy, I get there at 1130 everytime closed nobody is ever there.

Walked in and was greeted right away with kindness and the guys were super cool! Definitely will be going here from now on

Honestly, this place was the biggest disappointment of a vape shop I’ve ever seen in my life. First things first, their employees are extremely rude. All they care about is getting done with their shift. Second, I showed up at 11:45 pm when they’re supposed to close at midnight but they already had shop closed and their employees would not let me in. The employees stood inside the shop and stared at me as I tried to enter their store. It wasn’t until I offered them extra money that they were willing to open their store to me. Worst experience ive ever had and will never go back. Pathetic.
