Usually have great customer service. However, bought an accessory and when I got it home it didnt work. Took it back, explained it wasnt working. Manager gave me tips and sent me on my way. Watched a utube video on the product and it CERTAINLY didnt do what it should. Took it back again to exchange it. Didnt have any in stock. So I have a 80 dollar item that doesnt work. No good

Third time in and all times would be a 1 star experience. First time the employee seemed unknowledgeable about their inventory, second time I saved all my points to get something with my rewards only to be told they would not honor it even though it was on the website. This last 3rd and final visit...walked in trying to find something yesterday. There was a barista helping customers with a line up for coffee. I stood at the counter and looked (even had time to call my husband) and no one ever once acknowledged me. This place is primarily a coffee shop. They lost a $500 sale over a $4 cup of coffee, very bad business if you ask me if the owner happens to read this... Found a LOT better inventory, prices and not to mention way better customer service. To yall... I Would not recommend this place for your bongs, rigs, pipes...go somewhere else.

I went to look for a replacement mouthpiece for my vape I bought from them 3 months prior, and all of the employees were laying on top of one another on the couch in the middle of the room when I walked in. I asked for a new mouthpiece and the employees looked at me as if I asked to buy a lizard.After a handful of failed attempts trying to communicate to the employees what I was looking for, I ended up leaving and heading to Vapor Lounge to get the piece.I understand employees being a little high while on the clock, especially at a place connected to a dispensary, but when it’s to the point where I have to go elsewhere to complete a transaction, it’s a little too much.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was 10/10. They have everything you’d need and then some, prices are reasonable, and I will definitely be back to try some goodies. 🫶

I have to say I love this shop and used to frequently visit . The deals and the staff are worth driving from the other side of town. However I work graveyards shifts most days so having a 8pm close time doesnt allow me the time I need when most other places are until 11pm . That being said I understand businesses have to make decisions like that based on sales in those hours , labor , etc. So this is a great place and if you havent, you should visit soon. My only hope is they will extend their hours to better match there growing list of competitors hours, if so I would choose locals first always.

I was on a waiting list for a product to come in stock. They called said they changed the rewards program (points system) so just come in and pick what I want. Thats not how it works at all what I would have got for free for less than 800 points I can now get 1/2 off for 2500 points. Needless to say I will sick with the $5 freebie tell the mess that up also. Truly disappointed and messed up. Girl trying tell me its some great thing. Guess she got in to the supply, acting like thats a good deal lmao.

The budtenders have to hate their jobs based on their knowledge, customer service, overall attitudes and the blatant lack of respect for online orders/customers. This place was great 3 years ago but they lost it whatever it was. You can get weed anywhere around here but it’s not worth coming to a shop where the vibes are not just off, but wrong. Go somewhere else.

This is my go to for pipes, glass, and MJ vapes! Everyone who works there is super professional, super nice, and extremely knowledgeable about their products! I’ve purchased 4 Glass pieces, a Puffco Peak Pro, glass blunt, and now a G Pen Flower Vape. The glass pieces are soft glass and can take quite a few bumps (I know, I’m clumsy sometimes). I also buy the cleaning solution and all my accessories. It’s a wonderful store!

This place sells marijuana smokers accessories. Pipes bongs papers DAB rigs and such. Its the typical 90s Headshop with an update to modern times. Friendly staff and a coffee bar that rocks. They always great me happily and make my drinks as I like them. Coffee and snacks plus accessories for a lifestyle.

This isnt a restaurant people! Its a glass shop and coffee house. Ive constantly told myself I need to go in there every time I go to the canna house. They have a decent selection of glass and accessories. Anything from cheap mass produced glass to the high quality namebrand pieces. The white coffee they have isnt the greatest, but far from the worst ive had. Im going to make it a point to try to come here more.

Coffee is best in town imo. I miss Bigelow Gulp, but these guys are closer and sooo good.Main store has top quality products, and great staff as well, but this review is specific for culture house.They have amazing options for glass, so many options! Recently purchased a piece with my girlfriend, the Worker that helped us was absolutely amazing, and was excited to show us different options in our $300 price range. Ive purchased a lot of glass from a lot of places but wasnt helped as well as Megan helped us today! They are an amazing employee for sure!Huge shout out to Megan, but also all of the staff here are great at what they do and know how to make people happy, and provide excellent service.Best in Spokane!

Not really sure how the best pot shop in the area has the WORST glass shop in the area. Everything on the shelves is Chinese except for one small spot for “local blown.” The person working in the store has never even heard of borosilicate glass and even though they apparently had some, couldn’t show them to me because they didn’t know where they were or which ones were actually made of the material. I came in to spend 2-300 on a piece of glass and walked out empty handed.Save your money and time and just buy what you want online.

Ive been in twice in the past week and have yet to be helped or even acknowledged that Im in the store. Staff is too busy chatting with customers who have already purchased items or already have their coffee. I found what I wanted by buy. Was prepared to spend $300. Guess Ill take my business yo Apex.

My favorite place to get disposable vapes. Just wish you were open a little later. Always just a few minutes late to get here after work and then I have to buy a over priced sketchy gas station vape every day lol.

Theyre not the cheapest But usually they have high qualityI just happened to pick Some up from there yesterday They are the only ones that I know of that have both glue by premiere And Metavers By lifted In my opinion to the best growers I have a new favorite from lifted of quit buying glue And the cheese pretzels are amazing

As a 5 year CBD customer of Locals in Spokane Valley, Thousands of dollars spent in the last 6 months, after my experience with their attitude towards their customers, I will never step foot in there again. Extremely disappointing.Vent over. ☮️
