Molly Malones Pub

The first time I came here back in 2012 I had a great experience and always continued to until my last two times here in 2024. Never had an issue and never had a problem, and I would even drag a lot of my friends out here when they didnt want to come. However, the last two times I came they refused service to me because my breath smelled like alcohol. I dont recall leaving a bad review before and also, news flash: everybody there has breath that smells like alcohol and people like to bar hop as well. Again, I have been coming here for 12 years and also again have never had an issue here with anyone but Im not giving this place my business anymore.

We live in Shannon Forest and come here on every date night, always get great service and have a great time. Service is great and everyone is friendly.

Every bartender there is amazing! I have a great time anytime I go in there. Ever since Kayla has been gone it has been alot more pleasant!!!

Is this store part of the drinkery farm operation and caddy shankif your not white they all stare til u leave quite weird place with simar hours to operations in there other bars in areavery interesting..

We ran out of the farm drinkery and came to this gem of a pub! Great welcoming atmosphere and karaoke, and pool for 1.50 a game! Drinks and service was great! Clean people had a blast with the family!

We were kicked out because I brought my child with me. The manager said “this is not a family bar”

$6.50 for a bottle of Angry Orchard cider? Thats high. Also, why not just include the tax into the price and make things simple for folks? I get the impression this may be one of those places that tries to inflate the tabs.Otherwise, not a bad spot. I enjoyed myself. You can consider my rating a 3.8.

Great people and good bar burgers. Only thing is the bar stool could be little better on the behind. But after a few beers who cares.

Really laid back place. The Thursday special of the $9 Pub burger and fries was EVERYTHING!!!! *chefs kiss* The bartender Mike makes a hell of a drink!!! Will definitely return soon!!

Wife and I as well as a couple friends have enjoyed this little spot for over a decade. The Bartenders have always treated us well, and deserve props. Even when I was shocked by the tab one night, because I ended up with the bulk of it after friends left. The young man behind the bar showed me my itemized ticket, without attitude, and he was right! Ha...my buddy skipped out! The place is not uptight at all, has a decent Shuffleboard table, and is relaxed. You can go here and chill, although you still get the occasional, obnoxious drunk loud clown, or the lurker guy who simplemindedly flirts with your gf or wife whenever your back is turned or you go to the mens room, thinking he is slick. All bars get those types and they cant help it. If you treat it as entertainment though, its all good. Overall a nice little hideaway, tucked into the corner of a strip mall. Great Neighborhood pub for folks of all ages.

Saturday night March 2nd 2019: there was a band playing live. They were very good and kept the place fun and lively. However, it was a bit loud and difficult for all our friends to hear each other converse unless we shouted within 15 inches of each others ear. The wait staff is very friendly and good. My only discomfort was the indoor smoking. This is a wonderful bar to go to if you enjoy smoking inside bars, which yes I do see the fun in it. But since I dont smoke anymore Im sensitive to smoke and it irritated my eyes. Theres a few games I noticed, a golf video game, a classy long wooden shuffle board table, and a few others that I cant remember. I ordered a few Shiner Bock beers, they came in very clean and super chilled (frosty) beer glasses. The beer was exactly how it shouldve been, I highly recommend it if you like dark beers with great flavour.

Great neighborhood place for games and laughs and outstanding service! Just dont waste any money on the buck hunter game its been abused and doesnt function well at all.

This sports pub is rarely too crowded and it always has the friendly familiar feel of home. This Cheers like establishment is full of familiar friends and family, home to the local citizens of the neighborhood, and always feels welcome to those who breech the threshold to saddle up to its bar to enjoy a refreshing beer or a favorite cocktail. The establishment also features shuffleboard, 2 pool tables, dart boards, karaoke, Golden Tee, a variety of TVs showing all popular sports games of the season, internet juke box, daily drink and food specials, and free pool on two nights, Monday being one of them. Not sure if the other night is Sunday or Tuesday. To find out is just another reason to come check it out. As if you didnt have enough reasons already. See you there.

Great little local pub. Has lots of things to do and amenities, has pool tables, jukebox, decent draft choices, several dart boards, shuffleboard, and Golden Tee. Daily drink specials are not very good (uninspired, pricey, and gimmicky), monthly and weekly specials are better ($2 draft Ziegenbock). Good crowd of regulars and friendly helpful bartenders. Has food available till midnight, typical bar fare (burgers and fried snacks). Cigarette machine available, but costs $9/pack. Can be very crowded on Friday or Saturday night, but is usually not very busy and the service is typically good. Outdoor seating on the back patio and they have dominos for those who want to throw bones.

From the pics I had seen I certainly didnt expect this place to be so dark. The low ceiling makes it feel smaller than it probably is, giving kind of a claustrophobic sensation (btw Im not claustrophobic). Plus, I had no idea places where you can smoke inside a building still exist. In case youre a smoker, lucky you this is one of them, otherwise keep it in mind before you go in. They do have sports on TVs and pool tables.

First time here!And.... its was awesome!!Rita the Bartender was so nice and attentive.Will definitely come back w/my friends.I just wish they had happy hour or something.

It has enough games and TVs to satisfy bar patrons. Bartenders are sociable and quick to refill drinks. Food is good too.

Great service, friendly bartenders, and a welcoming environment. I would only suggest you avoid if youre sensitive to cigarette smoke. Other than that, great place and I would definitely go back!

It has a very cozy atmoshere and friendly staff. It has the feel of a real Irish pub with an eating area out in the back on nice evenings.it is located in a shopping center with a Dominos Pizza restaurant next door, some Asian cuisine place and a dry cleaner service right near by.

Food is very good. Bartender are respectful. Dont mess with them and they wont mess with you. Yes it is pricey but its worth it.

Having tried many places in this area after moving here from NOLA, this was the first and only place that made me feel like I was home. Love the eclectic atmosphere... young, old, country (ugh,) hardcore, and everybody in between!

One of my go tos when Im in Houston. Friendly service, good choice of beers and bar food - go with the wings l,they are for sure the what Ive had anywhere in Houston

We live close by and would like to come here more but every time we have been the service is not good. It seems if you get a table you dont get waited on. Constantly having to get up and walk to bar to get everyone a drink. My wife and I were hoping it would be better. Close to home and a quick run a way from kidos during a week night. Oh well...

Cops like to hangout outside in the parking lot occasionally. But overall good sports bar fun bartenders.

Shouldnt go here unless you like smokey over-priced drinks and a douchey bar tender. The taco shop next door has friendlier staff and a better bearded mantainer. I can get a cup of tequila full Rita for 5 bucks next door and awesome nachos or a single snack taco for the same price as one tap beer here... Why is that bearded bartended here so douchey and the guy next door is so friendly? Ill go back again and again for drinks, tacos and food next door, but Mollys is just a dirty, sleezy, over-priced bar

Love love love this place. The daily specials are unbeatable and offer something for everyone, and the service is on point. Bonus is the variety of games to play for happy hour!

Been coming here for 10+ years. Love the atmosphere love the pub feel, I got this feelin when I was in Ireland. Nice place to come drink a few beers and play some shuffle board.

The bartender was a friendly guy but the drinks were SO EXPENSIVE! One bottle of Angry Orchard and a small draft Guiness was $14.50. Definitely overpriced.

Sorry, but I literally walked in and turned around and walked out due to the crazy smoke in the bar. Only the actual bar was occupied based on what I saw but it was like hitting a wall. As a non-smoker, I actually dont mind some smoke but this was terrible.

Hole in the wall, but thats they way I like my bars...quaint and like home.

Mollys is a cozy go to bar. It has all the sports coverage and the full gamut of bar games if you want to play games and have a laugh with your buddies. They always have food nights and several theme nights

I love this place! Miss Reba rocks! The bar is cozy and welcoming with plenty of billiards and the food is delish! Prices are fair and the place is clean and welcoming. Ill be back!
