I have been a Skin 101 customer for many years and have never had a bad experience. They offer a variety of services, and the staff is highly professional and trained. Most recently I had the derma-planing procedure and was very happy with the results and price. I really like that they do not push products or services on you, but can answer questions and recommend them if needed.

Been a customer at SKIN 101 for the past year and it’s been a great experience. I just finished my 4th session of laser hair removal with Ally (she’s awesome), it’s been an easy smooth process all around, and have had no complaints or complications! Professional & Refreshing!I visited Skin 101 for a new year’s skin refresh as my acne was flaring up post-holidays. I was evaluated, given a cleansing acne facial with steam treatment, extractions, & ended with a cryogenic seal. My esthetician gave me some recommendations for lifestyle and product adjustments, but didn’t push anything on me. I was a little nervous because I tend to pick at my skin, but she was very professional & kind. The owner, Roxie, even personally checked me out & she was very nice!The suite was clean, the people were friendly, & there’s a bunch more services I’ll have to check out. Overall, I’d definitely recommend & will be back!

After several years to trying almost everything to clear my skin, I finally considered seeing an esthetician. I had tried medications, topicals, supplements, dietary changes, and had even gotten facials from other places, but did not see any notable results. My esthetician at SKIN 101, Alex, is amazing and so sweet. She cleared my skin and provided me with useful tips to maintain my skin between sessions. I now have noticeably less breakouts and painful cystic acne. I can wash my face without feeling pain and feel comfortable whether I wear makeup or not. I am so grateful for her and SKIN 101’s kind and cheerful office staff. I would 110% recommend SKIN 101 to anyone who has had difficulty clearing their skin!

As a woman in my 50’s, I needed help that my GYN simply refuses to provide, hormone replacement therapy or HRT. As such, I looked elsewhere, and found Skin 101.I am very new, just had my initial visit on Saturday… yes, I saw a medical professional in office on a Saturday and it didn’t break the bank, bonus!! Seriously, $175, which is less than other places I have since checked. Another bonus!I spoke, at length, with Laura Stevens, APRN. We had a candid discussion about my symptoms, goals, and treatment. She understood everything! All the things! It is so refreshing to have a provider that understood from her own experiences. I needed that!Skin 101 has their own lab (bonus), I went in this morning for bloodwork, I was in and out within minutes, and the staff is super nice. I will return once my lab results are in for HRT placement and I cannot wait!My insurance does not cover HRT, because I’m not a man with man issues, yep, that… and your insurance might not cover it either, but HRT isn’t as costly as I expected and I can use FSA card. It is a small price to pay to get back to me again.I’m already loving Skin 101 after two visits, and I am look forward to booking a spa service.If you are on the fence about HRT, I strongly encourage you to call Skin 101 and talk to Laura or another medical professional on staff. HRT might not be for you or it just might make you, you again. Call them to find out.

Love coming to Skin 101! Since the first visit everyone was so welcoming, like they had known me forever. I get Botox and Jincy is amazing in listening to my imput, combining it with her expert recommendations and ending up with a fabulous result!

I went in for the kybella shots and I am super pleased with the service and care that Skin 101 provided. NP Ms.Jincy did an excellent job in explaining the procedure to me from start to finish. She was very nice and asks if you have questions/concerns before injecting the vials. She put numbing cream on me before and had me relax in the room with calming music and dimmed lighting. After 20-30min passed she came back to start the procedure and it was so quick! She has a very good hand for injecting. The pain I would say is a little painful like a 7/10 but it dies down quickly and your given an ice pack to help things calm down. Whole procedure from start to finish was about an hour. So very convenient. I hope to return for more services. Definitely recommend this place 🙂

I got the 60-Minute Med-Spa Facial today and LOVED IT. I had never had a facial done before so this was my first time. My facial was done by Allison and it was amazing. She was very personable and easy to talk to. I didn’t have many questions but she seemed knowledgeable about what she was doing to where she could’ve answered any questions I had. Ive done routine botox injections for over 6 years and a few fillers. Overall, this is probably up there with my top 2 destinations to get treatments. Jincy took care of me. She was knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I have never had any injector in past experiences who actually went out of their way to show me the box in which the filler/botox came from. Not only that, but after the injections were completed, she showed me the empty syringes. I never asked either so that meant a lot to me for the peace of mind. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that most places would hopefully never give you less than the desired dose you purchased, but as a customer it’s difficult to truly know.With a staff that is not only knowledgeable, but trustworthy means I will definitely come back as a returning customer

I have been going to Skin 101 for years and I absolutely love it there! The staff is always very friendly and professional and the facility is very clean. I have had various services performed from acne treatment, facials and laser hair removal, I have never been disappointed. I also buy my makeup and skincare products from Skin 101. They have a large selection of Glo Minerals makeup and the skincare products are awesome. I highly recommend checking them out!

Ive had several treatments done her over the years -- most recently the dermal infusion facial -- and I am never disappointed. They are always a treat that leave me feeling pampered and refreshed. They offer several decadent, proven skincare lines for every skin type (but no annoying hard sell,) and they feature great monthly specials that make self care easy!

First off I wanna say my experience was FANTASTIC from front desk staff to when I received my service. I got some lip filler & Paige Savage was so gentle & informative. I absolutely love the outcome, so much so that I would definitely return for a second session!

This review is for the perfect derma peel treatment that I got. I don’t think this clinic have the expertise on doing this treatment. I didn’t peel at all and its because how they did the application they don’t have the skills or maybe didn’t attend the seminar on how to apply it. (I had this treatment before and it works wonders) Reasons why I think the peel didn’t work.1) They instructed me to wash my face after 6 hours. When I looked at the proper protocol on the perfect derma website it says to leave the peel overnight and you’re supposed to clean it the next day.2) She didn’t wash or clean my face before treatment just straight up put acetone on my face.3) She applied sunblock after the solution4) She only did one application or one pass.5) My take home kit that comes with the package is missing a sunblock.Pros. Their office is clean and nice and great receptionist.CONS. I wouldn’t get/recommend the perfect derma peel treatment 👎👎👎👎

Great first time experience! Karen was pleasantly great at extracting my clogged pores and getting out the core of a cystic acne pimple caused by hormones--Which dried up totally the next day. My face is looking more radiant now ;) I will be back God willing. Friendly atmosphere!!! Would highly recommend.

This is a full service and fabulous place. I’ve been coming here since 2015 for products, injections, facials, laser - the works. Everyone is extremely professional, the service is excellent and prices are fair. There’s no sales pressure. The staff cares as much about my beauty as I do, and no one has ever tried to up-sell or pressure me to spend beyond my comfort. I now drive from downtown to go here because it is THAT good. I went to Skin101 for my first experience with Restylane-L filler in my nasolabial folds. Jincy was amazing! She explained the whole process beforehand and gave me clear instructions for after-care. The pain level was minimal, and I love how my skin looks!

Great Experience! I was not sure what to expect when using the Groupon for the facial, but Crystal exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to future visits. I would recommend an introduction or tour of the business with a list of different services provided. Crystal did recommend another service and suggested I watch my emails for specials.

I recently visited SKIN 101 Medical Spa on Spring Cypress Road for a consolation for lip fillers . I had received other treatments in the past such as skin tag removal , facials and microdermabrasion treatment. I always had a great experience and have been wanting fillers for some time . During my consultation, we discussed the desired look I was wanting to achieve and what product would be best for me. I choose the Juvéderm Plus and scheduled my procedure to be done the following day . I was nervous about having the procedure, because obviously your lips or full of nerves and being poked with a needle didn’t sound fun . Once the topical numbing cream was applied, we began and to my surprise it wasn’t close to what I believed the pain would be . At some points, I felt nothing at all and others I felt a small stinging sensation . Overall , I am so happy with my results and my experience.

Suffered from a medical condition for years, saw many doctors and began to think it could never be fixed, until I came to SKIN and the super understanding and incredibly educated staff were able to 100% treat my skin condition without breaking the bank for me. 10/10 SKIN is the place to go!

I have been wanting to have my eyebrows mico-bladed for several years. I looked on line and read reviews about Candace and made an appointment at Skin 101. When I arrived Candace drew an outline on my brow and said she was going to be doing the markings inside those lines. She never showed me eyebrow shapes or even asked what I really wanted or expected. It is really hard to tell by looking at those lines what you are going to end up with. During the process I was never once given a mirror to see any progress or to give my feedback. When she was done she handed me a mirror. All she had really done was place markings under the hair I already had. I have pencil thin eyebrows because I grew up in the 60s and 70s and that was the style. Remember, I Love Lucy? Then I was scheduled for a touch-up. I got home and the first thing my husband said was, it does not look like you got anything done. When I arrived for my touch-up, I told Candace that I wore eyebrow pencil, so she could see how I wear my eyebrows. She said, that is a whole lot more than a touch-up, You will need to reschedule because I do not have enough time to do that. Then Candace sent me to the salon manager. The manager said, I would have to pay another $350.00 to have any more done. Later the same day Candace contacted me and said that I could go to the other salon she worked at and that she would fix them at no additional cost to me. So I booked another appointment at Tranquil Salon. The day of the appointment Candace texted me canceling. She said her child was sick and that she was picking her up from school. She never contacted me again to reschedule. In the end; I never even got a touch-up (which is included in the original price). That might have helped my eyebrows look a little more like what I wanted. I was very disappointed and unhappy with the results and the shabby way this was managed. I am not sure I would even let her touch them up for free. I think I am going to someone else that was recommended and simply get them tattooed. Ladies: SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO TO SKIN 101 OR CANDACE.

Dysport is amazing and so is the staff. Most ladies wont tell their spa day secrets, but I will. Skin101 staff welcomed me as I signed in for my appointment. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen and then was taken for my injections. The NP took before and after photos and explained the differences between Botox and Dysport. The injections were quick and didnt hurt.I noticed they have a weightloss program and laser hair removal too so i made sure to make another appointment to get those started.

Stephanie does great facials & is very knowledgeable. However, when I went for a consultation with Brooke she recommended products that did not do well with my skin. When I called to explain that my skin did not react well with the products, Brooke was very rude and unprofessional. I then spoke with Roxie about returning the products & she informed me that they do not take products back. Pease be aware that their products are not cheap & non refundable. I even requested store credit, & that was not an option. Now, Im out more than $100 & cant even use the product because it irritates my skin.

I have my lips injection done here and I love it!! The result is what I imagine it would be. She’s very nice, knowledgeable and very professional! I would definitely go back.

Went there for lip fillers I got on Groupon. She took her time. She kept saying there is no rush. She was knowledgeable. And my lips came out AMAZING. Definitely going back.

I tried several place around north Houston, but skin 101 is truly the best. I tried European facial care and this was the best time. The esthetician did really gentle and work well with ur skin. I definitely will go back.

Today was my first time in. Staff was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me understand whats the benefits of facials. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Skin 101 to my friends and family.

I did the eyebrow microblading with Jessica in May 2017. Jessica started out 20 minutes late for our appointment then seemed panicked that I was bleeding so much. She pulled all the hairs I had from both tips of my brows and then did a horrific job adding strokes as they call them to fill them in. She then colored them so dark brown they looked black and now 8 weeks later look ashy and blueish. I have an irish complexion with light brown hair so you can imagine how awful this looks. I have spent quite a bit of money on growth serums trying to get my own hairs to grow back in on the tips and pencils to color in my tips since they are completely missing now from her tweezing them out and doing an awful, uneven, blotchy microblading job. When they were healing, they did not flake off slowly as described in the healing information given but instead both tips fell off in one big chunk. I was in tears two days later and completely panicked the rest were going to fall out andJessica acted like it was such a major deal for her to come and take a look at my brows. She then accused me of coloring my hair darker since she did my brows because she admitted they were way too dark and said she would not charge me for the follow up. She was crazy if she thought I would let her touch my brows again. I am now set to pay a second time to have someone who knows what they are doing fix my brows. After looking at my brows I was told Jessica must have used cheap colors and since she said I was bleeding so much during the procedure, she must have cut too deep or used too large of a blade. All I know is Jessica needs more training and might be an artist in that she can draw on paper but she is by no means a brow shaping or brow color artist. Please do your research or you will spend months and double the money trying to fix your brows. I am mad at myself too for not leaving when Jessica was late and trusting my gut instinct. I was also telling her during my procedure the tips looked too pointy and she never got them to look like I wanted and now I realize it is because she tweezed out all my own hairs instead of adding to them. Please note Jessica also has a Facebook page by the name of Native Brows. She does microblading at Skin101 and will also go to your house. Just so you are aware the Jessica or Jess at Skin101 in Spring, Texas is the same person as Native Brows. Funny the owners response was she could not comment but my review was not factual. What would be my motivation to make up a story about my outcome if Jessica did a beautiful job? No motivation. IF you continue to respond my review is not accurate I am happy to post my before and after photos for all to see and decide for themselves who is being truthful. I am missing chunks from my brows that were not missing when I arrived and they are crazy dark.

Jamie is wonderful. She cares about your skin and how you feel about yourself. And KAREN is great as well! Highly recommend their facials and advice on your skin.

Jess DeLeon did my brows and touch up and I am so thrilled about the way that they came out. In fact I have already referred several people to her! Its funny because I can see people looking at me and kind of squinting to see, so Ill let them know that I have had my eyebrows microbladed. I actually started carrying Jesss cards with me because so many people ask me about my eyebrows. Not only was the result beyond what I was looking for, but Jess is such an awesome person Im better for knowing her! I cant say enough about how happy I am that I dont have to draw them on, and that they looks so natural! Shes a perfectionist and definitely an artist!
