I love this place! Ive been here a few times over the last few years, and my mother-in-law has a package with them. I usually do their facials, and Ive also done massages. Every person Ive encountered is very friendly, and the services are great as well. Theyre very reasonably priced compared to other places. Their waiting area has comfortable seating, as well as tea and hot water. Their bathroom is also very clean.I read some other reviews where they felt like the products were pushed on to them. I was there two days ago and no one even asked if I was interested in a product. However, another customer asked a few questions about one product, and the employee went through a few products and their purposes / ingredients so the customer could make an educated purchase. I assume thats what the other reviews are talking about, and maybe they didnt enjoy receiving more information than they asked for.

Fantastic place ! Highly recommend. Really impressed with the full spectrum of services they offered. All the ladies here super nice and sweet. Karen manages things honestly and looked out for me in terms of what they had available.

I have been coming to Skin Station for at least 15 years. I LOVE this place. The staff is nice and the place is always very clean and safe, even right after the virus I felt super safe with their precautions and everything set up. I regularly go for facials every month or so and have had various staff members, all who did a wonderful job. I go for massage bi-weekly and for this Sandy is my go to! She is WONDERFUL!!! I have chronic pain and she always uses the right pressure and brings my muscles and body more relief than any pill can. I have tried probably hundreds of massage therapists in my life and she is the best!! I also appreciate the fact there are specials and packages to make services more affordable!

I have been a customer of SkinStation in Staten Island for quite some time now, maybe 3-4 years at this point. I’ve seen many of the ladies there for my facials. For the last year I have been receiving my facials from Jenny. She is amazing. Jenny is extremely professional, knowledgeable in her art and above all kind. As soon as I leave, I already can’t wait for my next appointment. I feel so relaxed during my facial, I can melt on the table. I leave feeling even better. Big improvements in my skin since going to Jenny. Book your next appointment with her!

Ive been going here for many years. They have increased the prices exponentially AND decreasing the customer experience. They are now pushing the hard sell on the skincare they carry. Very annoying.

Decent place, courteous staff; good massage by Icy. Chinese massage and facial place. They have good machines. Prices are high. You get lured by Groupon then asked to select a package. Classic, but at least I enjoyed the massage and will go back because I purchased the package of course.

Sandy was the best! I had a facial here during the evening and she gave me great tips for my skin and provided the most relaxing experience. Karen was also very helpful with the products for post treatment. Worth every penny spent !

I’ve been coming to this place and this location for about 7 years. Every single time I come the facials and massages are amazing. I leave feeling refreshed. I always buy the packages it’s so worth it and all the women are kind and know their stuff. I’m sorry it took so long for me to write a review. I highly recommend this place. And I probably always will.

Great prices, great service BUT i already bought a package, stop trying to sell me products while getting a service I already paid for.

I want to start off by saying I am an extremely satisfied customer. I started going in February when my husband gave me a massage for Valentine’s Day. I have never had a bad experience LiYa gives me a massage as often as I can get in and she pays attention to where my trouble areas are and relieves the pain! I thought I was going to have to live with the pain because nothing was helping me, she is absolutely amazing!! Karen at the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly!! I never feel pressured into signing up for a package. Wish I could go there daily!

I have been a customer for over 16 years. The staff and estheticians are amazing. Karen is so accommodating and friendly as soon as you walk in the door! They take time to care for your skin and provide proper care. I am a forever customer!

This is my second time coming here for micro dermabrasion with Icy, she is absolutely amazing! She is professional, welcoming, calming, and she does such a good job with my facials and massages.I am a hair salon owner in Park Slope, Brooklyn so being in the beauty service industry I would say that I am pretty hard to please and I know exactly what I’m looking for when I go to get beauty services done. This location is also very clean and they practice high sanitization processes.I would 1000% recommend her as well as this location is truly a hidden gem!

My experiences here have never been less than wonderful. Karen is always incredibly helpful and accommodating. All of the technicians I have seen have yielded fantastic results with my skin while making me feel relaxed and refreshed. The packages are the way to go!

Firstly, Karen (the receptionist) is amazing! She spent a lot of time coordinating with me to help me find a suitable appointment and informing me about how to redeem my Groupon. She’s also a very friendly and honest social butterfly! I got a PCA Sensi Peel with Sandy and she was phenomenal! She was very careful and gentle with my skin and made sure to ask how I was feeling throughout. She also shared recommendations for aftercare and was super helpful. I’m very wary of where I go for my skin care (especially because I have dark skin that’s prone to hyperpigmentation if not taken care of) and I would definitely come here again and again! If your looking for a deep tissue massage, see her! I have chronic neck and back pain, she provides deep therapeutic massage that loosen and relieve my pain. Their packages are very reasonable!

I just had the most relaxing facial!! My skin is glowing. Liya, the esthetician is amazing! Karen at the front desk is welcoming and always helps me choose the best products to follow up with my skin care. On Saturday I had a massage and Soe was excellent! I’m ready for the new semester and my students! Loving Skin Station!

I was being told about this place by a friend so last week I booked an appointment for gentleman’s facial treatment and waxing but to be honest was very disappointed from the service.The eyebrows waxing was done very poorly, uneven shape of the browsThen even though I mentioned several times that the purpose of my visit was to get skin cleansing and exfoliating, I received very little to none of that.Mostly what I received was some hand rubbing with bunch of lotions on my face and a shoulders massage that definitely felt more on the tense side then a comfortable, relaxing massage.Not to mention that the lady wasn’t communicating/explaining what she is about to do. Also for a great part of the time she was leaving the room for several times that at the end it lead to letting me to lay down for 15min just with a mask.The only reason I’m giving two stars is because it was very easy to book an appointment, within 45min of the phone call.I would say for the money definitely there’s other places where you will get far better quality of this kind of service.

Skin station on forest ave on Staten island is a day spa offering many services. I have had facials, laser hair removal and microoblading on my eyebrows. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Skin Station. I was greeted by Karen, the manager, who is welcoming and very acomodatimg. She was a pleasure to work with. Liya did my facial and hair removal.. She did a great job and was very informative, I received an excellent facial and I would highly recommend her. Daren did my microblading . I have received many compliments on the shape and color of my brows and was told how natural they look. The staff is experienced, friendly and professional. I was very pleased. BARBARA I

I came her a few years ago to get permanent makeup done. I did my eyebrows and eyeliner. I called today to set an appointment to get a touch up and was told that they cant find me in the system that I would have to pay full price as if I never did it at this location before.. this is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had to deal with. Winnie who answered the phone if thats her real name was very rude. I would never recommend anyone to ever come here to do permanent makeup ever!! Please save your money!!!!

In the 1990s, I went here several times for facials, but we moved. The service was great and the people very appreciative. Very clean place.Highly recommend this place.

I never feel welcome here. The technicians are skilled and fairly pleasant. Yet the atmosphere is not welcoming or soothing.I always feel I’m being pressured to add more services.

I’ve been a frequent customer over the past several years. However after my last visit I will not be returning. I booked my appointment online after receiving a promotion e-mail with discounted prices. On the website it tells you how much you will be spending for your visit. Based on the price shown when booking I planned ahead to leave a $30 tip. Once I had my message and went to pay the price totaled $10 extra than what the online total amounted too. I budget my money so unfortunately that meant I would only be leaving a $20 tip. Which in my opinion was still a fair tip. A tip is a tip, which is completely left up to the customer to even leave one. (It even says this on their service packet). It is not mandatory. Upon receiving the tip given my masseuse and the woman at the counter told me it wasn’t good enough and I should base my tip according to the price before the promotion discount? They even proceeded to take a calculator and told me what my tip should total.I can not believe a company tells their customer what the tip should be. What should have been a relaxing afternoon turned into an embarrassing and stressful event.

I had the best facial from here by Jenny. My face is clear and glowing! I highly recommend this place. Good ambience and quality of service is phenomenal!

Please be careful when u buy products from this location. I bought the eminence serum from them today after my facial not knowing that I was given an empty bottle with not a single drop of serum. The bottle was handed off to me without the box. So please check your products if you are buying it from this place.

Go for massages frequently. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Cecilia is the one who I get massages from and is very helpful with my back issues. Highly recommend

Love it here. Been coming here for years. Basic facial is awesome. I’ve done the microdermabrasion treatment and it’s also very good. Normally go to Wendy or Elaine but all the girls are good.

Came here for a facial. Was pleasantly surprised that the exfoliation facial was on special price, only $50. My aesthetician was very good and I was very relaxed. My skin felt great after.

I went for a facial on Thursday the 29th. It seemed like a new beautician named Zhang had good skills and good service. He was also very kind and easy-going. The environment inside the store is very clean, elegant and very comfortable, but I dont live on the island. If I have the opportunity to come back in the future, I will return to her service! !
