May and Coco provide exceptional service with professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. I highly recommend them for a full-body massage if youre in the Staten Island area. This was my first experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will certainly return on my next visit to New York. Appreciate you guys, especially May.

After going to so many parlors from Manhattan to Brooklyn, this remains my absolute favorite! I usually work with May. She has the perfect amount of pressure and listens to your concerns. Sometimes I want more focus on my back, other times, I prefer legs. No matter what I ask for she nails it. Highly recommend

I went for a full body couples massage for $240. I did not get a full body massage. Before we bargain I asked them to please stay away from my lower back due to surgery and spend extra time on my legs. - I was amazed when the timer went off and my thighs were never touched- she must have spent 60 minutes in my upper back- 10 on my face and head and 20 on my lower legs and feet..now I see why they make you pay first due to people not paying after- a full body massage should have been 45 minutes in the upper body and 45 minutes on the lower. This was a back massage nobody needs- both our backs hurt today from being rubbed so long they are on knots!! Do not go here, find a massage therapists. These woman are far from that and from looking online a real masssge therapist is even cheaper!! Lesson learned for us.

I went here for the first time today and fell in love! The masseuse was extremely kind and didn’t rush my service 10/10!! ☺️ I feel refreshed!

Just moved to Staten Island and wanted to try a new place. As soon as we walked in, they are trying to shove extra services down our throat which we politely declined. I don’t know where this is normal, but they asked for payment before the massage. Payment for services such as nails, hair, and massage should be done AFTER the service is done. They then told us we couldn’t be serviced unless we paid first. This is my first experience like this at a spa and I’ve been to many. Very shady place beware.

Went with my sister for my birthday and was so disappointed by the aggressive demands for more tip. The audacity to act entitled enough to make clients feel uncomfortable when you already got a tip and demanded more. Unprofessional and rude for asking us to pay upfront and use their broken atm machine. Made my birthday experience awful and embarrassing.Grifters and snake oils saleswomen work there is more like it.

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience. I was excited to have a relaxing Sunday and ended up traumatized. They made me wait 30 minutes for my massage. Once they got there they were very aggressive and kept leaving the room. By the way, if no one‘s ever said this, in these reviews, there are no walls so you can see and hear everything. This lady commented on my butt. Highly disappointed! And they also forced us to pay in the beginning, middle and end. Try being relaxed under those circumstances.

This place is one of the best spas I’ve ever been to. It’s super convenient that it’s on Staten Island too. Coco gave me a massage today and truly does an amazing job at making sure you’re comfortable and is insanely good at what she does! Check this place out

Bought a Groupon of this place, reservation were easy to make and there was no waiting when I arrived. The room was clean, the massage was great, the selection of essential oil was big and there was an explanation of their benefits. My wife got a prenatal massage that she really enjoyed as well.

Jenny is the best! Her work is amazing , she makes sure you are comfortable and caters to your needs. Even after a 90 min massage I wanted to book another 90 mins she’s just that great!

My sister got this for me and my husband. They told us to come early, so we came about 8 minutes early. They made us wait for 40 minutes then asked for tip at the end of the massage. Im sorry but if the clients before us was late then they should have deducted time from them, not have us wait for 40 minutes. I had a baby at home and time was very important to us. The massage was not that great either.

Booked a last minute 60-minute couples full body massage, and they were super accommodating. The massage by Jenny and Coco was super relaxing. The space was clean and organized and they offer a wide range of spa services. Highly recommend.

Worst massage I ever had. I really think this are not professional and I am a physical therapist. First they told me to place my belongings in a cut out cardboard box. I recieved a million pressure on my back with an oil that was place on a cooking bottle. I specifically asked for medium pressure , all i got was pain. I couldnt wait to finish. At the end she demanded I tip her more after I gave her 8 dollas . I will never come back, no even for free. I really think those 5 start reviews are false.

Came here for the 1st time because my girlfriend bought me a certificate as a birthday present for a deep tissue massage and man was I impressed!!! Very professional!! Took their time!! Extremely clean!! And just 1 of the best massages ever!

So my husband and I were there on this Saturday and we received a 50 minute couples aromatherapy hot stone massage. Jason and Tina really take the pain out so just let them know how you would like your massage and if you prefer a female or male therapist. He had the CBD and I had ginger.Its very hidden the business you need to not come early they will not take you earlier than your appointment. They require vaccination card and temperature taken. Prices are reasonable according to what your interested. The entrance is a small waiting area. There is parking. I was given at least six cards to refer my friends already one friend of mine called made appt so I hope Im able to get an incentive for promoting their business

It was a great experience. The massage I received was a bit different, but its only my second time getting a massage in life. Excellent customer service, and a great place to get the kinks worked out. Lol. I will be going back.

Great experience. Deep tissue massage was very good.Staff is very accommodating and friendly. They paid close attention to our needs and requests. They werent robotic and lifeless like my other experiences and well definately be back.

Super accommodating! I had a 80 mn massage at 10 but I arrived at 10:30 due to traffic and still received 75 mns 🙏🏼5 minutes less but with reason 🙌🏼 They are amazing with massages and yummy snacks on the way out 🙌🏼

Couple massage Tina was pretty good but whomever this guy was massaging my wife had no clue, didnt know a word of English so couldnt understand any questions or directions. Doesnt NY require massage therapists to be licensed? Just wondering.

I’m not sure what happened, this place was great when they first opened but now it seems they’re not as professional. At one point the “masseuse” was slapping my face, not sure what that was about. Also they demand how much tip to give them which just leaves a sour taste in my mouth, tip shouldn’t be demanded. Not coming here again.

Ive been to this place at least 4 times I always tip $20 so this last time I tips $11 and the lady called me back to tell me that $11 is too small I will never ever go back

The technicians technique is very good, and the ginger oil works very well, giving me a different experience. The muscles all over the body are no longer tense, which is something that other massage parlors don’t have.
