I’ve never been happier than I am at bulls. And I’m not embarrassed to say that. Therapy is hundreds of dollars each week—but a moose membership is only $40 each month. Dishes I highly recommend: the blueberry muffin (shots) and key lime pie (shots). It’s the most fun I’ve ever had and the most well run bar (even when it’s crazy busy on Thursdays!!!) love you all 🫶

The security guards need proper training on how to treat paying customers. Training should somehow teach that it is not okay to scream in a patrons face and physically lay hands on them. This is distasteful and disappointing coming from a place that seems to hold integrity to a high standard. It is April 2024. Whoever the female security “staff” in this establishment is, (she was located at the top of the stairs leading to the outside area of this bar) will have legal action working against her as of now and the future for choosing to make the wrong decision due to poor judgement and lack of respect and training.

I’ve spent 99% of my greatest nights at Bullwinkles. It is the most enjoyable bar in Tallahassee. The staff are kind and attentive, the drinks are delicious, and the vibes are absolutely immaculate. I’ve never felt love like my love for bulls (and bulls’ love for me). Xoxoxo

Finally decided to check out bull’s with high hopes, as friends praise this place and go to AYCD thursdays every week. my partner and i, after waiting for half an hour in line, spent two hours at this establishment, only receiving a drink after 1 hour of waiting. we politely held our cups and watched as bartenders served those around us, and served those who came after us.a particular bartender on the rooftop served people who held their wet, dripping cups above my head and around me, as if i was nonexistent in their periphery. in addition to this, during our hour wait at the bar, one of the managers (wearing a shirt with “manager” on it lol) was present for its entirety. it felt as if staff were encouraged & trained to behave this way towards patrons.moreover, apparently there are around 12 bartenders staffed at a time, but it did not seem like there were even 6 (as busy as graduation weekend is). it felt as if we were wasting our time, and do not believe we will be returning to this establishment. however, i’m certain that other people have had much better experiences than us.

Olivia must be a new hire. Disgusting attitude and horrible service, it’s truly sad they pool tips. Some people in the service industry need to stop brining their colleagues down and learn how to give good service

Bullwinkles is by far the most outstanding and fun bars in Tallahassee. Guaranteed amazing time. Great music, multiples bars, fast service, great drinks and immaculate vibes.

My friend had me go with her even though I’ve heard rumors about this business from other friends. It’s 20$ aycd and I rarely go out so I figured I’d see it for myself and not judge. I guess the main part of the building was closed when I attended so I can only review the back part I was in. There was a pile of empty pizza boxes in front of the DJ booth. And by pile I mean at least 30-35 boxes. The appearance looked like a very run down place which I can understand it’d be run down since they have college kids tearing it up in there and having a good time. I only got 2 tiny plastic cups of drinks for my aycd as the bartenders will ignore you if you aren’t a regular. They were doing it not to just me, but several patrons. I gave two stars as I liked the patio on top. It was a neat aesthetic similar to the bars I do attend when I’m out. I liked being able to sit outside and enjoy my 4 oz cup of cranberry vodka and chat with my friend. I wouldn’t go again, but it definitely was an experience. And judging by how the owner responds to reviews, you can tell they don’t handle criticism well which is unfortunate as they are in a prime location and could benefit from cleaning up the place and hiring more staff that have bartender backgrounds to serve patrons that do want to attend.

Great bar. Always have had the rudest bouncers in town, no clue why the owners want that for their bar. Beyond that the top shelf AYCD Is the best AYCD special in town. College night is super fun and I would recommend this bar to anyone. I love coming here and my review would change to a 5 star experience if the bouncers attitudes changed

I normally have a great time here but would like to complain about an experience with a blonde bartender with glasses that wore a green flannel with white embroidery on the back. I stood at the bar waiting for her wanting to buy shots for me and my friends and she blatantly ignored me many times. I would speak to her and she wouldn’t respond and roll her eyes. She took everyone around me and then another round of people all around me. She then started asking for people in the crowd if they needed cup refills which I didn’t get as I had my card out and was really nice to her before and tipped. And then after that started asking for people in the crowd if they wanted cup upgrades. It wasn’t until I sent my guy friend she immediately got perky and took our order from him and would still not look at me.She was not a girls girl and I will never go to her again.

Small place for drinks but really good vibes with frienda or significant other! There was a table for beer pong as well. The drinks were surprisingly cheap and there was a cover to get in but the cover also pays for 1 drink for free so I thought that was cool.

My favorite bar of all time. Hands down. Thursday through Saturday are the best times to go. I really enjoy the live bands there regardless of the weather. Nice, spacious area so even if it gets packed honestly it doesnt feel like it. Theres always a drink special. Its definitely a great experience.

Bulls offers a surprisingly interesting variety of experiences. Every day of the week it feels like a completely different place, which is pretty cool. Mondays and Wednesdays are pretty lax, Sundays and Saturdays are a bit more hype, and Thursday is always packed. Their membership is definitely worth getting, but their website is wrong, its $60/$50 for men/women. Even with that bring them into account, its still a great deal.

Haven’t been for quite a few years now... but before I moved there to attend FSU, a previous patron suggested Bull’s Bar and as a college student, I LOVED it. As previous reviews stated, it’s an all in one package. Cheap drinks that get you buzzed, atmosphere to accommodate all, and mostly friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and give it a chance...especially if you’re in your early to mid twenties.

Was one of my favorite places to go a few yeard ago, but now Id rather not. I dont enjoy Bulls like i used to, but it is definitely a good place to go for the 21-24 crowd. One price to drink til 1am, but the college discount isnt always applicable.

I believe Bullwinkles saloon and Poor Pauls are one of the oldest party spots in town. GREAT place to visit . With a parking lot safe to park in. Best friendly staff they watch out for you, for you to have the best time.

Bulls is one of my favorite bars around. If you want a packed club feel go on Thursday’s. I prefer fridays and Saturday’s myself they are still busy butIt’s more laid back and they’ll set up the beer pong tables

Hands down, best bar in Tallahassee. Best of both worlds in terms of atmosphere! Inside bar for dancing and outside bar where the band plays!! Also it has a top deck to get away from the crowd if you arent feeling it!! Not to mention $10 all you can drink TOPSHELF

I have had many great times at Bulls. My only complaint is that they need to be better organized when they are busy. Waiting an hour for a drink is not worth it. But when theyre not busy - how can you go wrong with AYCD?

I was in town for work this weekend and decided to try this place out. Little did I know how rude the staff here was. They picked who they liked the most out of the crowd to serve first, while others waited for 20+ minutes for one drink. The outside area was pretty decent, but inside there was one blonde girl at a bar who literally slammed my AYCD cup in front of me and told me to go to another bartender bc she didn’t like how I noticed that she was serving people out of order at the bar. Then when I attempted to complain to another bartender, he refused to provide me with her name so that I could provide a formal complaint to management. Never again will I visit this bar.

Great place what an experience do not leave Tallahassee until youve been to bullwinkles. Trust me you will have enjoyed it especially their $10 all you can drink. If youre on a budget or just want to have fun and meet some of the finest people in Tallahassee and you need to stop in.

Best drink special in the Nation. $10 cover includes Bottomless Top Shelf drinks until 1am every Friday and Saturday. They even have live music outside and DJs inside. Theyre really strict on IDs and keep it 21 & up so its nice to get away from the kids at other night clubs. Its a Tallahassee tradition to come here when turning 21. And for those complaining about bartenders and tipping. The drinks are free! Learn to tip a buck here and there!!!

The DJ should play more up to date music throughout the night. The 80s is cool but not for 2 hours. The bathroom is not clean and should be attended to more. The drinks are watered down and the smoke is a bit much

Bouncers are idiots they bent my real id claiming it was fake and I had to call the police. It was proven real and they still refused service. Unprofessional and arrogant.

They could clean the place up a bit. There are always parts that smell like spilled stale beer and vomit. Overall its better than most places. Indoor and outdoor options with a 2nd floor outdoor patio. The All You Can Drink specials are beyond great. $7 w/StudentID $12 w/o. My advice, find a bartender at a secluded end, tip him/her $10 in the beginning. Its a thing they do where if you do this they will refill you near instantly every time. AYCD nights mean many kids think they dont have to tip, so they make it worth your while.

Pricing was good, drinks were okay though the issue I had was that the parking was not updated for maps. Should they update that then Id give it a 5 star rating, especially for my first actual club attending.

Bulls is probably the best spot to go out in Tallahassee. More of a dive-bar/cheap UG crowd, but worth going to at least once. Trashy and cheap in all the best ways. Pick out some clothes you dont mind getting alcohol on and go have a great time.

Dance floor playing hip hop and top 40, outside area with a live band, an upstairs area with big projector screens for watching sporting events...Bulls has pretty much everything you can want in a club. This is hands down the best venue for college students.

Being told I need to tip before a get served after paying a cover is a great way to turn people away. After going to Bulls for 3 years I can say this is the worse I have ever been treated at any bar. They have hired some tool bartenders.You see this tip jar ladies? This is going to be your best friend through out the night. Then refused to make us drinks.Sorry bartender I tip when I know you are making my drinks right.

Was in Tallahassee for the first time for parents weekend Noles game and we went to Bullwinkles Friday and Saturday night. Friday you pay $10 and can drink from 6pm to 1am!! That is crazy. After that, and on Saturday, you can get a $5 TRIPLE in a tall cup; thats less than most places these days charge for a single drink. Live music, cheap booze, great atmosphere, what more do you want.

What more could you ask for from a local college bar? The Thursday night $7 all you can drink special is great, the bartenders are fast and nice (minus the tall grumpy one who works at the outside bar) (AJ is my favorite).

Its all you can drink with great music for just $10 on Thursdays or $7 if you are a student. Just make sure to tip your bartenders and youll be taken care of the rest of the night

Some nasty bartenders here. I arrived, bought the all you can drink big cup, when i went for a refill the blonde bartender girl threw it away in my face. When I told her that was messed up I paid for that she just started making a scene threatening to kick me out. wouldnt give these people another dollar not worth it.Edit: Not to mention the bartenders DEMAND tips. one bartender wouldnt fill my cup until I dropped a dollar in his bucket. bartenders are a joke here.

AYCD is a great deal here. I really enjoy the outside part as well, since I dont smoke and it allows me to enjoy a local band. I do think they let it get dangerously crowded sometimes though.

Unlimited drinks for 10 bucks, cant beat it. Only thing is the deal is so good, it tends to get crowded. Too crowded for my taste, so much so it feels like a club.

One night my friends and I went out to Bulls Thursday night. We stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged by the bar attendant. She blatantly ignored me and my friends and tended to the crowd of boys that kept rushing in. Eventually she started to look over at us because we wouldn’t leave, with a smirk on her face. My ancestors went through that so, that I couldn’t and for me to experience this in my own generation is very sad. I honestly hope no one support this place. When the matter got to a point where the bar attendant tried to grab my phone out of my hand (yes I recorded this foolishness) missing it and hitting my hand. The staff had no sympathy towards the issue and the lady still works here doing the SameThing to other people. I posted the incident on twitter and got almost five responses claiming the SAME issue! DO NOT SUPPORT ❗️

First time ever in a bar like this, great atmosphere and music was pumping! Bathrooms were a bit grimy and there was a bit of a wait, but that was too be expected. Will go again for sure.

The girl bartender upstairs was by far my favorite bartender I have ever had the experience buying drinks from. The atmosphere in Bullwinkles is amazing would recommend it to anyone.

As Ive grown up, Ive visited this place less and less. While in college it was a life saver. Moose-Card was clutch, but I have no idea how any of that works anymore. $10 AYCD Friday is always fun when Im visiting Tallahassee for game days.

I asked an FSU graduate which quintessential Tallahassee bar I should take in. Without hesitation, I was told to visit Bullwinkles, and I was not disappointed. Thrice the University of Alabama alum, I was a tad apprehensive, but seeing as I was en route to the Florida - Alabama game in Gainesville, I was greeted by many well wishers and heralded as a hero. This establishment features multiple stages, drink specials, friendly service, and a nice outdoor projector.

Dont forget your student ID for $7 AYCD on Thursdays! Great atmosphere, with two different rooms so you can choose your preferred vibe.

Its Bulls. An institution. Cheap drinks and a super young crowd. Like to still go and re-live my glory years. Must be 21 to enter. They dont play around.

Female bartender refused to serve me, and others around me, unless we tipped her. Even after I took out tip money, she still refused to serve me, and even screamed and disrespected me for no reason. Not worth the $7 aycd. Horrible experience.

Never go to Bullwinkle if you have foreign friends! The policy at Bullwinkles is to not let anybody in with a foreign ID. You have to have your passport!? Any smart traveler know not to bring your passport when going out, especially if you are in the United States where customs and immigrations authorities are so strict. On top of that the bouncers where very rude. I am never going to bring any of my friends to Bullwinkles again and definitely not if they are foreign There are better places to go to in Tallahassee!

The best day to go are Thursday’s. You can’t go wrong with $7 dollar (with student ID) all you can drink.

WTW and Friday nights are lit! The drinks are ok but the option to upgrade to bigcup ($8 extra) makes it better. Both famu & fsu students love it

Its one of those places you need to go to at least once... Its usually got a decent sized crowd, but its loud and it can be hard just to get a drink.
