2nd day they have been open....excelltn service from everyone there. Katie H was amazing and great care and IV cath skills. Super comfortable chair. Quiet happy clean atmosphere. I got the glow package, I feel great!!! I recommend totally!!!

I absolutely love this place. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, kind, and make you feel very comfortable and cared for. It’s very clean and relaxing. I’m so happy we have a place like this. I tried it in a whim and now look forward to my monthly visit. The membership is definitely worth it! Also, the massage chairs? Heavenly! There isn’t one thing I would change about this place.

My husband and I went to Prime IV yesterday afternoon. I was amazed by this place! Super clean environment, great/friendly staff, and I especially loved how safe this IV spa is (I’ve been to a lot of IV places before and not very many are practicing safe guidelines). This place is the real deal!I felt very welcomed when I got there. I don’t have very good veins, but the nurse was able to get it on the first try! I was SO impressed with her skills! I even got to meet the owners, Dr. Brandon Smallwood and his wife, Melanie. What great people!I’m always looking for natural things to do for my health and IV hydration therapy is something I will definitely keep in my routine! And they have the most immaculate massage chairs you sit in while you get your IV drip. I’d go there just to sit in those a few times a month lol! They even put together a customized plan to help me reach my health goals! Love that personalized touch. No other IV places have offered a plan to help me reach my goals - I’ve always just been given a menu and asked what I wanted. Not here at Prime IV!If you’re wanting to get an IV drip and be in the best hands, I highly recommend Prime IV Wilmington! 12/10!!

Went for the 1st time on Monday, and I absolutely fell in love! Katie, the nurse, was great and knowledgeable about all the IV infusion options! The massage chairs are awesome! Theres nothing like getting an infusion and massage at the same time!! 10 of out 10 recommend going!

These best experience ever, Mel and Kate did a very excellent job at informing me and my family about the treatments and thoroughly explaining the process. They gave us the best coconut water Ive ever had in my life. Definitely a must try!!! Cant wait to come back.

I absolutely love this place. First time there. The staff Mel and Lana were super friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They explained what was going to happen and the memberships that were available. Mel was an excellent*stick. She had mad skills sticking my wonder woman vein as she called it. It looks like a W. The office was extremely nice and the massage chairs were to die for. It was an incredible experience. I will be back. If you are curious about getting IV fluids go there. Hands down best place. They cant get any better.

Absolutely amazing experience. From the beautiful environment, to best IV I’ve ever had started (as I’m a hard stick)from Katie, to the incredible massage chair to keep to a complete relaxation state, had the Meyers cocktail with a vit D shot, and was checked in on by Katie and Melanie through out the whole process. Best experience ever and feel great after my infusion. Highly recommend and so grateful this clinic exists. Highly recommend for best customer experience and results.

From start to finish the infusion experience was AHHH-mazing! Katie and Dr Smallwood (as well as the rest of the staff!) are very professional, caring, understanding and knowledgeable! First, they are not pushy, they will guide you with your drip/injection selections and then get you set up in the massage chairs (which are phenomenal!), and get you started on your infusion. It is very relaxing and a great time to decompress! I slept great the night after my infusion (I selected The Glow infusion) and woke up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day! So happy to have PrimeIV nearby, but above all, happy the staff and owners are faithful, dedicated, kind and professional! Can’t wait to go back!

I was fortunate to be client zero this morning at the new Prime IV location in Porters Neck. Dr. Smallwood, his wife, Melanie and their associates were absolutely amazing.Full disclosure, it was my first IV experience and they made the visit very informative and comforting. You MUST experience their state of the art massage chairs!!!! Feeling amazingly relaxed and re-energized.Highly recommend checking this spot out….we are fortunate to have this health and wellness service available in our area!!! Thank you Prime IV staff!!!

So happy to see Prime IV Hydration opened in Ogden! I’ve randomly searched for a good IV hydration location over the last several years, and there have been options but not conveniently located.It was a welcome surprise to say the least!As for the services, and facility…. Absolutely top notch. Wonderful spa like atmosphere, super helpful and professional staff, and the massage chairs you get to enjoy while getting your IV are incredible.Highly recommend and I will be back.
