Smoke Art Tobacco, Vape & CBD - West Allen

I went to three smoke shops looking for Juicy Bar for the same price of 19.00 where I originally brought it. Either they had it or if they did it was way too much. I didn’t want to go way on the other side of town on Dallas Parkway. The young man was nice enough to match my price for the juicy bar. Thanks so much.

Bought a medusa vape and got charged 92 dollars. Kinda thought it was high but he then also kept the receipt in a suspious way. Now i see in the comments other people got double charged. Just drive a little further to another vape store..

Update: Ever since Gio sold this place to Smoke Art the customer service is non existent. Product selection and availability has been rough with ETAs. Fast forward to Monday 4/08/24. Girlfriend was double charged for things she didnt want and employee had zero customer relation skills. She called me and was very upset over being out 80 dollars. I showed up and employee had zero respect and wanted to just talk about good deals and he wasnt wrong. I verified his account of the story and verified my girlfriends account separately. Walked back into the store and was told refunds werent possible. Then Zelle was an option. (We dont have zelle). Then suddenly after arguing cash was made available and employee complained the whole time about how it was money out of his pocket. Havent seen this employee once since the smoke art revamp. So Im not sure his logic there. Unless you are dealing with Shawn just leave. Customer service is non existent, place always smells like weed. Went from some class to trash.

I was impressed by the stores selection of vaporizers and accessories, as well as their knowledgeable staff who were able to answer all of my questions. I was particularly impressed by the stores pricing, which was very competitive compared to other vaporizer stores Ive visited. Overall, I had a great experience at Better Vapors Allen delta 8 and CBD Shop, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality vaporizers and accessories.

Ive been visiting this store for several years. The store always maintains an amazing selection of disposables and they always have my flavor in stock. They are now opening earlier, which is great because I just changed my work shift, and it is now convenient to get my vape on the way to work. They also a large selection of nicotine juices if you are into mods and a gigantic verity of Deltas for the best price in the area.

Very expensive & Over price. Will never go back. Almost $9 for small Al fakher.

I would rate lower if I could. The new so-called manager of this place was rude, pushy, and he intentionally over charged me to try and steal my money. Not to mention insane prices and subpar selection. I would never recommend; the place should be shuttered.

Great environment, very welcoming and the guys are very knowledgeable and ready to answer all questions you have. Been coming here for years will recommend anybody to come to this location. I’ll continue being a customer until the day I decide to quit vaping.

A year ago, I walked in to get some product and realized this many not be my smoke/vape shop. They didn’t have a good selection of product from pipes to vaping accessories. The pipes seemed to be priced a bit high for the quality. But I still bought one. The customer service was poor. The associate couldn’t answer my questions with a solid answer. He seemed to not know the product very well. Bought a pipe still. Pipe broke in less then 48 hours. After another year went by, I decided to give Better Vapor in Allen a second chance. Again, I got the same impression from the guy(s) and shop. Brought another pipe. You’d think I would have learned my lesson. Pipe broke in 48 hrs AGAIN! I decided to take the broken pipe to shop. I was offered 15% off next purchase. I didn’t want 15% off. I wanted my money back for poor quality of product(s). Just go check out other local smoke/vape store in the area for overall quality and customer satisfaction. This place needs to go!

This place is great, with super knowledgeable employees that are always friendly and helpful. Large section of products to choose from, with prices that are hard to beat. Highly recommend this place for vapes and delta8 products, I tell everyone about it!

Sean was fantastic. Best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time. He showed me how to clean and properly use my vape and change the coil the right way so I dont burn it out. He also cleaned it for me and the flavor I was looking for the did not have exactly but the one he recommended was even better...omg I love it even more. Sean you earned a customer for life and I live in Arlington but will drive here because of you. Thank you for outstanding customer service.

Insane prices. If your going here for any goods it will be 10+ dollars higher than anywhere else. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

After trying to exchange what I was told I was buying for what I actually bought (honest mistake on employee and myself), the manager tried to persuade me to not get what I wanted because it wouldnt work (it did). After sternly telling her that I want what I paid for and not something else, she gave it to me and told me to find another vape shop. I never cussed, never said anything disrespectful to the lady, but I was adamant at least 3 times that I want what I paid for.

Dropped in tonight while they were almost closed but such a great couple took the extra time to help us and show us everything they had to offer and the Vape industry. Seemed very knowledgeable very nice drop by and let them show you what they have.

I rate this store a 10. This location is one of the best vape shops Ive been to in the Dfw, the owner was very welcoming!

IBeen living in Allen for over a year and have yet to find a vape shop in the area that had the knowledge of product as well as product that compared to the vape shop I use in Denton.Long story short. Christina did a great job, knew the details of the product, had personal preference from her point of view with a very professional demeanor. She earned this review for this location. It has been a week since this purchase and I am still pleased with her product suggestion.
