Im a veteran that lives nearby, staff is always cool and talkative and also remembers their customers, I dont think I have even asked for the military discount in a few months but they just automatically throw it on because they remember me. Went into the shop with a broken battery that I couldn’t figure out how to fix. One of the salesmen, Billy, was able to immediately help me figure out what was wrong and even though we weren’t able to fix it and I was past the 7-day return policy, he helped recommend another battery and explained how I might be able to fix my current one with the correct tools. Super good customer service, very grateful for the solid advice he was able to give me!

I see tons of new e juice, they always have the new Hyde rechargeables in stock, and Im just happy to get some deals on my purchase when I bulk buy on my ejuice and coils in the same go. Came in there yesterday(02/19/2021) to get set up with a vape system and while I didnt catch the name of the guy who helped me he was incredibly good at his job. He was massively knowledgeable and wasnt trying to push the spendier things on me at all which was so so nice. In fact he showed me the cheapest set up first thing! He told me all the pros and cons of each different set up and really explained how everything works in a way that I understood. Not only that but he gave me a bit of a discount on my second bottle of juice when he didnt have to do that. 10/10 would recommend shopping there for all your vaping needs. Excellent quity of products plus super helpful and kind employees. Thank you for such a rewarding shopping experience!

Christen was so on top of thing he was able to help me in a very fast manner but also helped me to understand what was wrong with my vape. Also whenever I come in he is cleaning up the shop to make it look presentable for other customers! I am very impressed! He needs to be commended for his work!

She helped me out trying to decide what favor I wanted, but as soon as another customer came in its like completely forgot about me, even after me telling her I knew what favor I wanted. Waited about 10-15 total minutes there before just walking out!

I had put a stellar review about this shop a few months back , but unfortunately the last few visits have been less than stellar . My biggest pet peeve about vape shops is the staff not being consistent and professional . They treated my bf in a condescending manner when I sent him in for my preferred juice I have bought there 8 times or more . They acted like he was nuts when he asked for Naked unicorn in a 3mg . They said they had never carried it before and made him feel like he was in the wrong shop or stupid . I just had a un pleasant experience as well . Don’t act like your superior in knowledge or make your customers feel like it’s a privledge to step in your door . I don’t know what’s going on with the staff lately but I won’t be back . We can all get our supplies on line through reputable sites for a lot cheaper . I get that shops have to charge more for thier over head and most times I don’t mind paying if the service is nice . Vapor Lounge has gained my business exclusively now and I spend a lot a month in coils , juices and tanks . My review was changed from 5 to 2 stars . Hope they change the attitudes and respect thier customers .

Honestly one of the best places in the Treasure Valley. Have been going to them for a few years but they have hands down the nicest people working there and thats why i will always come back to the store.

Went in to Cafe De Vapor for the first time yesterday, and I can say I was overly impressed. So far it is my favorite electronic cigarette store in Boise. There juice is fantastic and the atmosphere was super chill. I will definitely be returning here for my future purchases.

Where to even begin with this store..... The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was the little girl (8-10 years old) sitting at a corner table with her coloring books quietly entertaining herself. My friends and I found this to be somewhat strange. Then there was was the Gangster Rap permeating through the store talking about F**K this, F**k that, Humpin ma Bi**hes ect...This fit with the theme when we were greeted by the 2 guys running the store who had their over sized shorts hanging down off their butts with their Nike Hi-tops and the look was completed when they flashed us smiles with their full silver grills in their mouths. The ambiance of the store left a lot to be desired.The store itself seemed somewhat empty, it almost looks like they are going out of business. There are some glass display cases but no shelving on the walls. The juice selection is was extremely limited (25 Flavors on display Maybe). The gear selection was bit more extended but still underwhelming and limited. Although the Grill Brothers (Thats what we dubbed them) were friendly and seemed knowledgeable, they seemed focused on one type of setup and really didnt go over anything else. The prices were also higher than market average for Boise which surprised us considering the nature and location of this store.Honestly this store with its current ambiance seems kind of seedy. The prices were nothing to write home about and the selection of Juice was very limited. There are definitely better Vape outlets in Boise and I would not recommend this one.

I walked in the other day and man as soon as i walked in this young man said hi straight away and was very energetic and such a positive attitude. I myself know quite a bit about vaping and so did he. I went in thinking there was gonna be some guy with no good sales rep attitude and know nothig about the industry. Damn you guys proved me wrong and i love the way the shop is setup great looking place!

They are always very kind and friendly its a place where you can feel comfortable when shopping they make it so you can tey different juices and get what you want without feeling pressured or waited on. Which is always nice when you are getting something that will last you a while.

The customer service was great. He took the time to explain how each device i looked at worked and what worked the best with each device. He asked questions to find out what I preferred in a device, smoothness, flavor vs vapor, resistance etc. So, he had a feel for what i was looking for and could make recommendations based on my likes and dislikes. Also the sturdiness of a device. I was also looking for a good CBD for my mom who has stage four cancer He was very knowledgeable about all their CBD products. Most places ive gone that carried CBD, besides a store who specifically carries CBD they didnt know much about their products

I would avoid this store. I have bought two mods from them. The first broke in 4 weeks (mechanical failure on the device), which they would not replace so I bought a more expensive mod. Two weeks later that mod burned up in my hand and the store replaced it with something else. Which I have had problems with that mod spitting juice at me, but I was told theres nothing they will do. And because there is no receipt on it. I cant get my money back. Im very disappointed in their customer service.

Best shop in Idaho. I drive 15 minutes out of my way, passing matrix vape, Vape, other vape shops, etc. they don’t even compare in the slightest. Owners are the nicest, most humble, and helpful people. If you aren’t driving out of your way to go to Cafe de Vapor, you are royally screwing up, and most likely throwing away you’re money. Go!!!!

This place is horrible for customer service.....I bought an Ijoy solo v2 on recommendations from the manager and found out after I bought it 2 days later that the screens on these go bad. She never said anything about it. Wel what do you know ...3 weeks later it died and would not work....So I went back to the store and asked for an exchange and it didnt happen. Basically told to go take a hike, not our policy. Lousy service for someone who spent plenty of money in a month of vaping. Will never go there again. Would give them zero stars if I could. buyer beware.

There are so many vape shops in Boise but this one is the only one i call home. I trust all the staff and feel welcomed sense day one. The Master Builder Brian and Builder Tim are awesome!!! They can build whatever you want. If you are new to vapeing or an advanced vapor this place should be your first stop.

Bought a defective bottle of juice where the cap literally came off and spilled everywhere... took it right back and didn’t give me a replacement or a refund!
