My experience here is always great, but I wanted to mention this last time I came in, I was helped by Dominique and she remembered me and even what product I get and was just especially warm and sweet!! I left the store in the best mood, shes an excellent employee!!!

Let me start off by saying this is a vape shop I feel gets over looked kinda hidden on maps when u google vape shops but don’t waste ur time with other shops just to them. The manager lady helped me an my vape hit 100% better Think her name was Kylie. would recommend over and over! chill ppl, good prices. Shall I go on? Just go see them.

Enjoyed this shop. They have a very wide selection of disposable vapes. Large variety of vape juice to choose from. Selection of RDAs, tanks, replacement coils, etc. Good prices for an in-person vape shop and helpful staff that is not overly intrusive. Would recommend.

As an LGBT the store is very LGBT friendly. I gave it 5 stars because they really care about the customer & they dont treat you like a ticket. They have the best vapors & also juices always affordable prices. The great customer service is spot on fantastic!

I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. Ive bought multiple mods since 2018 and never had a issue with my coils burning until the 2nd week of use (like usual) for the past 2 years Ive bought multiple mods and have tried different juices to see if its just a specific brand that makes my coil burn on the first hit (even after priming) but it never matters what I do.While trying different juices, you would not believe the amount of expired juice that I purchased at this place.. and not only are the juices expired.. but alot of the disposables are as well. Alot are mostly dead, and the juice is brown instead of a amber color (especially the flum floats)Its sickening to see such a lack of care for the patrons, and their well being. Seriously this place is a health hazard and NEEDS to be inspected.

This is the only vape store I love going to. I never feel rushed to pick anything out and the customer service is always amazing. I would recommend anyone to go here

Ever since Martin and Nick left, this place has been a revolving door of mediocrity at best and incompetence at worst. Why did it take 23 minutes for an employee to locate the equipment that I was more than willing to spend money on? This vape shop is in a prime location as there are no real competitors within miles. But this place somehow makes driving 25 minutes to Vape Street more than worth it. I miss the days when the shop was good.

Been going here for a while now. I would like to say the staff is super honest. I left by accident my envelope with money there a few months back. The staff was trying to contact me and when I called they had it. I came back and it was all there. Their integrity is amazing. They have met my expectations for New batteries a charger and when my mod was dead, lead me to my next mod. Got a nice green Mag p3, loved it since I got it. I stick with these guys constantly. Super friendly and havent steered me wrong.

This is my local smoke shop to go to. When ever I go in there, someone always has a great attitude and always willing to help. Recommend this place over many others that I have tried to go to.

I freaking love this place i just moved here so this has been the 3rd shop Ive tried and you guys got a customer. everytime Ive been in there theres friendly people. I dont do great with name I can say the new guy is awesome his personality is amazing and ive worked customer service he made me feel like I was a friend of his and thank you. The girl that usually works mornings she remembers me as the girl who works in California which is true and just for her to remember my face is a plus. Great staff thats all I got to say. Super friendly and helpful staff. Affordable prices. Went in tonight to buy a battery to replace one I thought had broken. The guys working suggesting cleaning the broken one. Turns out they were right! Its working just fine now. I appreciate the fact that they tried to save me money by offering their advice. Great location if youre out in the Lake Las Vegas area. Ryan is awesome! He Helped me get a new set up and was friendly and helpful. I didnt know anything about it and he walked me through everything with a great attitude and patience. I felt welcome here instead of rushed out.

Wont be going back. Aside from the fact its overpriced, its location was convenient for me. The kids that work there are always friendly, but the manager hardly ever acknowledges me when i go in there. Went in the other day to get some e liquid, and while the girl working was helping a customer set up his device the manager was helping a customer browse, which involves him standing there while said customer looked through the glass displays. I understand some people need extra attention, but there IS such a thing called multitasking. help the customers who want to get in and get out in between the special attention customers. Dont know if its laziness or outright stupidity, but ill be taking my business to the smoke shop across the street from now on. He has a lot of the same selection and will even special order for you. Side note- their house juice quality has degraded in quality over the years, dont buy unless you want to change your coils every day. Definitely miss the woman who used to run the place..

I love this shop. I’ve been shopping here for a little over a year. Almost everything is perfect I always have such a comforting time walking in. No pressure no judgement. The owner is phenomenal. After my T Priv crapped out (after over a year of use) I came here to buy a cheap replacement until I had the money to get a better one. The one I bought had quite some issues within three days of purchase it wouldn’t turn on, it happens sometimes it’s not their fault it was an issue in production at Smok. I brought it back in hoping they could do something. The employee called in the owner and he said although warranty doesn’t cover it (because it had been used) he would exchange it and then offered an upgrade! I got the more “deluxe” version of the mod I had issues with. That’s not the only thing the owner has done for me, he’s helped me with learning about vaping and he’s just overall very invested with what he does for a living and genuinely cares about his customers. The only issue, and it’s not even a big issue, I just wish they would make all their juices at once and let them steep so their are flavors ready. Because fresh juices aren’t flavorful they really need to have time to “marinate” so to speak. So that’s my only issue because the juices are so delicious once they are properly steeped and ready to go — and they’re such a bargain. I love the Strapple once it’s steeped and I got 100ml for only 24$ it’s the same price for a premium 60ml bottle but premium juices ruin your coil whereas house juices actually are better for your coil and helps them last longer. I will always be a dedicated customer.

Been going to this shop for about 3yrs now and the staff is amazing. Started me up to get off cigarettes and have continued to provide amazing service. Good deals and good products. If they dont have it, theyll order it just for you. Great shop! 👌

Stopped in on my way to Walmart and found a great little vape shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a large selection of juice lines. Great prices and large selection of batteries and mods. I love the retro decor. Will be telling all my friends about this little Gem of a shop.

Discovered this shop a few years ago and it has become my favorite place to shop. I visit every couple weeks either to get something new or just visit with the guys. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to walk into a shop and have someone know the products they sell.

Ok, Im on who doesnt like being lied to and having a fast one pulled on me. Well first of all most of the juices they sell they make from scratch. Which doesnt necessarily give it that extra juicy flavor. Most of their juices are stale.Next up is they sell clones, not the actual real things. That goes for, mods, and tanks and batteries. Theyre buying the cheapest quality products from China at a couple dollars a piece and selling it to us at full price. And full price could very well be 40 and up. Schemes, smoke and mirrors with this company. Never going backAddition: I almost forgot to mention that their nicotine levels are incorrect. They need to be tested.

I agree with the other reviewers this is the best vape shop around. My vape broke amid the whole Covid19 crisis and it would have been several days to order a new one. Called this place and Ryan said he had one in stock for a reasonable price. I drive over and Ryan comes out and we take care of business. Super friendly. Other vape stores act snobby or treat you like youre stupid for having questions. Not Smokn Hot VApors. You guys got Another customer for life.

The guy who was working was super helpful and answered my question about the vape stick I already have versus the one I was looking into. He didnt try to push me into anything more than what I am already comfortable with. I decided to think about it for a bit before upgrading and just get a new juice. He recommended Watermelophant since that is their most popular.The flavor is lacking compared to juices I have purchased elsewhere so I am kind of bummed because it smells amazing. I even emptied my tank again and refilled one more time because I thought maybe I didnt shake well enough but its still a super light flavor.I am still giving 4 stars because their prices seem fair and I will be going back to try again. The people that work there are helpful as well.

Went to this store after trying to get set up and started at another vape shop in henderson with no avail. When I walked in I was greeted right away by the friendly staff. I walked in for the first time with no vaping experience whatsoever but, that was about to change due to a very helpful staff. I went in with the intention to buy what I felt would be a great little starter kit. Now I have exactly what I want and could not be any happier. The guy who helped me answered every question I had and made it a point to explain what each device would do and how it worked. He helped me make a decision on my first vape piece and I love it. He took the time out to explain everything to me and because of that I will be a customer for life. Thanks guys for excellent customer service!

There’s been a few times I’ve gone before work because they say they open at 8am… I’ll get there right around 8am or even slightly after and 9 times out of 10 theyre not open! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to list an opening time and not abide by it!

Sold me a device and didnt provide a paper receipt. Device broke 2 months later. Went in to obtain receipt to claim the warranty and was told they cant help me. Not only am I stuck now with a device that doesnt work, I cant even get it replaced. Its not like I wanted my money back. Big disappointment from what is usually an awesome staff.

We offer great service, knowledgeable staff, a large variety of product at competitive prices. We have a drip bar, testing bar and a builder. Easy to find us, we are located in the Walmart shopping center

Update: Thanks for the response. You reminded me to mention that part, the part where the manager went and got his gun, came back and LOCKED ME INSIDE the place before starting to cuss me out. They say it was to keep others out. How would I know that? It sure felt like he was trying to intimidate me. What if the place caught fire and I couldnt manage the unfamiliar lock in my rush to get out? What if he drew his gun on me while I was locked in? Trust me, he wasnt the cool headed one in the room. For your own safety, DO NOT try to return anything there, folks. If its defective, tough cookies. Suck it up and move on. And if you walk in the place, be sure you dont get locked in like I did. I dont have a problem at all with people carrying guns. I carry sometimes too (on my way to the range). I do have a problem with people going to get a gun with which they hope to intimidate me. If they detain me against my will while carrying that gun, then I have a serious problem. Also, if I was upset at all, it wasnt over $70. Who would be. Thats obvious to any reasonable reader/would-be customer. No, if I was upset it was because of how I was verbally abused, intimidated with a gun, and locked in by an armed manager. Who does he think he is? I might have been upset by how my safety was compromised, and how I learned that I was worth less to you as a customer, and my safety was worth less to you as a human being, than... 70 whole dollars. I can assure you that I was not and have never been truly upset over such a petty amount of money, or any amount for that matter. Now, it says no refund on the receipt, which I got after handing over my cash. Again, that was before being LOCKED IN by an ARMED and verbal abusive manager. That didnt happen until I tried to make the return. If I flung the rig a bit when I dropped it, that would be expected given how I was shaking. Ill admit that I was afraid. I dont know how stable the guy with the gun that just locked me in is. I bet you would have been afraid in that situation too, Ann. You said you watched the video. Why dont you post it and let the customers decide if they would have been afraid. Go ahead. Why havent you posted it? Let the customers see what really happened. They couldnt witness my duress and detainment first hand. Remember, they were locked out when I was locked in. Let them see what Stroke n Rot Vipers is like on the inside with the armed manager screaming at me and the door locked behind him. Even if you tell me to come get my $70, Im not sure Id feel safe coming to get it. Thats how unimportant the whole 70 dollars are to me. The abuse and humiliation that I was subjected to matters to me a lot. $70... not so much. And again, I paid for the rig. I was refused a refund for it. Therefore, if I broke it when I dropped it, I broke my own rig, not yours. It was already defective anyway, so I didnt feel any loss if and when I further broke my rig. You shouldnt either. It wasnt yours at any point after you took my money and refused a refund when it was defective.------Spent a lot of money on 2 full kits and a bunch of batteries and other accessories. When I had to return one rig they refused a refund. The replacement they gave me was just as bad and the wrong color. When I took that one back the manager called me a f**king liar. He didnt even look at it. I said the battery arched. He said Youre a fu**ing liar. Just like that! Later he called me a dumba**. I just wanted a refund for a product I had paid cash for the day before. Thats all. I had the receipt. How is this place still in business? Horrible! Not all customers are as safe to abuse as am I. Is it that obvious that I am not a psychopathic lunatic, or otherwise unsafe to ridicule and verbally abuse in public? Luckily, Im very peaceful. I see the way I am treated by others as more of a reflection on them and their relationship with the universe, than on me or mine. Dont shop there though, friends. Just dont.

New to the area this is a great shop with knowledgeable people running the store. They will do whatever they can to help out their customers. If you are new to vaping I would recommend you go to this store they can guide you in the right direction of what vape might be best for you. They also have competitive prices and a nice selection of juice.

DO NOT BUY THE INHOUSE JUICES!!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Staff was friendly, but the house juices i bought are the worst i have ever had.In response to the owners reply. I am almost two weeks without a cigarette and i stopped and got juice there for my drive back to Kansas City Missouri. I drive a semi and i hauled trucks to Vegas for Sema. I knew my truck wouldnt fit into most parking lots on my route back, so i bought juice there. I just arrived back in kc and i wont be back in your area for a good while i am sure. This juice was absolutely not right, for sure. You can mail me a refund if you like and i will reflect your good business here. But that would literally be the only method of correction in this circumstance.

I broke my vape while I was in Vegas, and ran into the nearest smoke shop and bought a SMOK Alien. Within three days the coil had burnt out and I replaced it. The vape kept giving me error messages, so I took it back to the original store I bought it from, where no one could begin to explain what was wrong.I looked for reviews on vape shops and this one came up as one of the best. I agree that it is. My issue was handled in less than two minutes, and the solution/problem explained. I stocked up on new coils while I was there. Wish I could have given them even more business. ❤️

To start off, this would have been a much different message a couple months ago.We all know that the government has been putting a lot of stress on small business owners like Smokn Hot Vapors and many others around the country.Without going to far into detail, the government is tightening their grip on the vape industry, making it very hard for small businesses to stay alive.Some of these small business have stepped up to the plate and are attempting to play ball, and some seem to be folding under the pressure.Unfortunately, it doesnt look as though Smokn Hot Vapors has any interest in staying alive.Smokn Hot is an awesome little spot here in Henderson that a lot of us locals consider My Shop, and anyone asking would be pointed in its direction.Without getting to personal, it just doesnt seem as though the owners care about the future of the business, and as a result, have raised the prices of their merchandise to the point it becomes more economical to make the 5 mile drive to their competition.For us die hard Smokn Hot locals, this is unacceptable.I dont stand alone in pleading, I WANT MY SHOP BACK.

Good juices, but they were always running out of evape cigarette parts before they relocated. They quit giving free juice cards, saying it was illegal, but its not.
