MedSpa at Villagio

I always go to Leila for my hair because it’s So thick and dark. But I also love changing the color of my hair. She knows thick and Indian hair well and can work with it beautifully. She’s the only one that can make my hair look the way I’d like for it to look, but to also make it look natural. She really listens to what you want. I wanted something different with my hair, I didn’t like how black it was (black is my natural hair color) and I wanted something lighter. I also have blonde highlights that she did. She blended all of it out. Truly outdid herself. She made me feel extremely confident. Love her and the work she does, she’s my girl.

Had a fantastic visit to Med Spa Villagio today. Treated my daughter and myself to their tranquility package, and was so happy that I did. What a great spa at reasonable prices with wonderful staff. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the place is so relaxing you just don’t want to leave! Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend. Thank you Hillary, Netta, Twan, and Helen for a wonderful mother/daughter spa day.

Leila did a okay, however after getting home and saw it was not what I asked. My hair was brown with light balayage I asked for touch up. It’s now blonde and highlighted to root not what I asked for at all I will not be back as now hair is damaged from highlights and very dissatisfied. I trusted after talking to her before and during that she knew what she was doing. I also showed her what previous colors stylist did but she insisted on doing what she thought was best. This looks like skunk stripes! balayage should never go to roots! Also I was charged for full color plus touch up balayage I never got full color on hair like I asked! Also no conditioner treatment after adding all this unwanted highlight, hair now feels aweful. Last pictures is what I always have done and before. She is supposed to fix if there is improvement and don’t what asked I will update this review.

Attentive staff and skilled talent... Easy to book appointments and they are very accomodating... Trang does a very good job on microblading, just make sure you bring photo references of how you would like yours to be done and youll be taken care of. Remember to share the same reference at the time of retouch as well!!

This was my first time to this salon as my husband had gotten me a gift card. I have had so many bad experiences with hair coloring and walked into my appointment unsure. I had chosen Victor, as I had read a couple reviews about him. Ladies, he did a amazinggggg job on my hair! He spent atleast 30 mins going over what I was looking for and then told me.... what was possible. I feel so bad as I have long hair and it took about 4 hours to foil(hi lights & low lights), but time flew by as he is very personable and kept conversation flowing. He took the foils out,washed and started cutting my hair, as I tried to push past bad experiences with others out of my mind. Blow dried it and ... wowwwww!!! I saw my color appear while drying it, and the long layers taking place, he textured it and absolutely love it ! Natural looking and hair feels healthy still! You cannot go wrong with Victor!

LOVED my experience! I booked the Tranquility package (cleansing/hydrating facial, Swedish Massage, and classic Mani/Pedi) and was not disappointed!Massage was with Hilary and she was able to find knots I didn’t know I had but was still gentle enough not to cause discomfort. I felt comfortable and was able to relax.Next up was the facial with Fariba. She was awesome and very informative. Im a newbie when it comes to facials so I really didn’t know what to expect. She took great care of me and my skin. I left her room feeling clean and hydrated.TIP: I would not recommend a facial the day before a wedding or if you plan on going out that night!! Schedule it a week in advance!!Last was the Mani and Pedi with Hien. She was fantastic as well. I got black tip nails (think French manicure but black not white) and she knew just the perfect thickness for the tips. And honestly after the massage and facial I didn’t think I could get any more relaxed but found myself not wanting to leave.10/10 would recommend.Tips: if you have a group going, it’s best to go in pairs if you add any facials or massages as the rooms can only fit up to 2 people.

Natalia is an amazing aesthetician and never disappoints! She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the products applied as well as the techniques used! As a repeat client, she gets to know your particular skin needs and does not simply provide a one size fits all facial. Every facial with Natalia is a relaxing experience and I always leave with glowing skin. If you want your skin to look its best, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Natalia and dont stop after just one.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Had a massage with Hillary, she really took the time to understand my issues and worked on them well with obvious experience. She even went above and beyond to show me exercises to do at home to help with my issues. Hillary is exceptional at what she does, recommended 100%.

This is my first time visiting MedSpa at Villagio, Katy location. The establishment is absolutely stunning. Mimi did a phenomenal job. She listens to her patients and recommends services based on the need of the client. I love her conservative approach that is tailored to your own features. It also makes a world of a difference when your injecting hand is talented and unique!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I recommend this business to anyone in the Katy area…. Don’t think twice, call the MedSpa and ask for an appointment with Mimi.

I have been a customer here for several years. While the service has not always been the most professional, the stylists are good. Over the years, the receptionist would often talk to the stylists about personal affairs. While this seems very common, I still find it extremely unprofessional. I was able to overlook since I would receive a great cut/color.I prefer the earliest appointments only because I understand stylists get behind. The salon opens at 9 & I usually request 9 when available. Over the past years, I have had my 9 am appointments rescheduled approximately 95% of the time. If the 9 am appointment is a problem, then why is it offered? I could care less if it’s 9, 10, 11, etc. I just want the earliest appointment to avoid delays.The final straw happened a few weeks ago when I scheduled a 9 am appointment on a Friday. The salon called me yet again to reschedule to the following day, which was a Saturday, at 1:30. I reluctantly accepted. I arrived around 1:15 & at 1:30 I was told by the receptionist the stylist was running behind but should be done in the next 15/20 min. Fast forward an hour later & I had to leave because I had another appointment.I sent an email to management letting them know that this was my final bad experience with the salon. The spa manager responded with an apology and offered a 15% discount. While I did not want a discount, the offer was more than insulting. I had received a $50 gift card & I explained to the spa manger that I was not interested in a discount & only looking to provide feedback and wanted my $50 gift card refunded. The spa manager made it very clear that despite my bad experiences, they would not refund the $50 gift card.I decided to call the spa manager to ask if I could use the gift card on hair products but instead of calling me back, she responded with another email stating “I received your voice message but as per my original email, gift cards are non-refundable and you can use the gift card fir another one if our services”. She also stated that I need to be more understanding as stylists often get behind since it’s hard to predict how long hair styles take. That further ticked me off because obviously she has not taken the time to review my feedback & only getting defensive. She doesn’t even know the situation since she told me appointments run behind. This lady DIDN’T have an appointment. She took mine as a walk-in & this lack of investigation before responding is another sign of very poor management. I was only calling to see if I could use the gift card on hair products but had the manager taken the time to call me back, I would not be posting this now. Second, why round I want to come back to an establishment that has no regard for my time?I had an appointment at 1:30’ for a cut. I was tons there was a walk in that was had a bad hair color & was off her meds & extremely paranoid about her bad hair color. This is why my appointment was disregarded so you tell me why I shouldn’t be angry.

Had a massage and a facial and I LOVE this place!My deep tissue was amazing and my facial was everything my skin needed. Walked out shining and could feel my skin breathe after a hydra dermabrasion facial.To make it even better the prices are great.This place is my hidden gem, the amount of spas I’ve been to in my life and this will always be my go to.

Had an amazing facial with Natalia as always! She’s so good with knowing what my skin and I need every time I come in. Looking forward to my next one.

Leila Bousaid did a fabulous job taking me from long hair to short hair 💜 I knew I wanted something lighter and when I told Leila she initially didn’t chop everything, she had me look at the back of my head to get buy in on if we were chopping too much! I am so glad she did that because I wanted my hair shorter! Then she advised me that curtain bangs went with the cut I was getting! I am so happy with my hair and my super awesome magical hairstylist Leila 💗

The lady who did the underarm laser treatment burnt me completely . she did not bother to cool the area before and after like they do in other places. The gel was also stingly applied causing severe bruising and burns under the arm. When I told her she asked if I went in the sun?? She completed the laser treatment for upper lip, lower lip, chin and both underams in less than 3 mins. Skin is so bruised and burnt.Very careless service and attitude.

I spent half the day at the MedSpa today and it was quite the treat. I started out with a Laser Carbon Facial, I did not love it but Tran was awesome at it. Following my laser facial I had a bleach root touch up to my hair with Xenia and boy did she deliver. She gave me a bit more than just a root touch up, my hair is revived in color and in texture, she gave me lots of advice and took her time educating me on the process. I have finally found my spa place. They offer so many other services that I cant wait to return. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the spa is lovely. Thumbs up to all the staff.

Ive been coming to the MedSpa for services including massages, facials and manicures/pedicures for 2.5 years and every time my experience has been nothing short of relaxing and pleasant. I look forward to my appointments each time. Yesterday I received a gel manicure and classic spa pedicure, and as usual, Helen took great care with my nails. Shes thoughtful in her work and will do whatever she can to deliver the result youre looking for. Shell be the one to do my nails before my wedding - and its because I know I can trust her to do her best work every time I visit.

This is my third time getting my eyebrows done and recently I got my lips tattooed, in a pretty color that looks natural. What a difference it made to my appearance and confidence. I cannot say enough great things. I highly recommend. In my opinion the best.

Brought my daughter here for a mother daughter day and I couldnt be happier. We started with facials with Fariba and Natalia. So relaxing! It was our first time and I will definitely be back my skin looks and feels amazing! Then mani pedi also great, finished up with the best part with our amazing hair stylists. Victor took 10 years off my age and made my quite thin hair look full a gorgeous with natural beautiful highlights and Xenia did an absolutely amazing job on my daughters hair with her first highlights and adding layers. We will 100% be back and I highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality beauty work in a very nice establishment. I feel completely rejuvenated and gorgeous leaving this salon!

Always a wonderful experience at MedSpa at Villagio! I had microblading done today with Trang Ly and could not be happier with the results!!! I am in love with the look and she helped me to relax and feel so comfortable. I am very sensitive to pain and I barely felt it. Great overall experience, would highly recommend everyone at MedSpa especially Trang and Victor!!

Xenia is a blessing. I came in while visiting relatives for Xmas - for a refresh on an outgrown long bob and layers. She added so much lightness and movement to my cut, I’m so grateful.

I had a good time at my spa day, everything was good except the lunch it was not good at all and came with extra protein if you know what i mean! (Yuck) my only issue was that i was gifted this spa day and it was pricey but i wish i would of been told of the extras not included bc when i was done i was charged over $100 for extras even tho i was never told what the extras were on top of the almost $500 gift card. I know i should of asked when charged and addressed my concern but i left it as that.I would just recommend asking before what included and what is extra luckily i could afford it at the moment. It’s not fair to just assume someone can pay for stuff, just be more communicative to the customers so they are aware and can agree on services that’s all.

Trang Ly is always amazing. Shes very gentle & compassionate. My eyebrows are always fabulous.

Just got my brows done yesterday and am in love! My natural eyebrows have always been very thin, sparse and patchy. They just never grew in like other peoples do. I decided I was going to treat myself for my birthday and am so happy I did. I worked with Mimi and she was very nice and explained everything that she was doing. Took the time to be sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to look before, during and after the procedure. Didnt take long at all as she is very skilled and quick. I felt very comfortable with the whole process from start to finish. Ive already recommended them to many of my friends. Its going to take me some time to get used to having regular eyebrows but Im so happy with my choice. Thanks again! Great facility too. Very upscale and relaxing.

Amazing service!! The establishment is beautiful and very clean. Hilary gave me the best brown sugar body scrub/massage and Helen worked wonders on my cuticles with my mani/spa pedi. Both ladies very nice!! Oh and the receptionist is very nice also. LOVED THE PLACE....I will be back!

My 2nd hair cut & hair style with Elena. She is magic. Great haircut! Exactly what I told her I wanted. Great style also. I live out of town & this is my daughters hair dresser. I cant make myself go to anyone else. She also is the sweetest, kindest person.

The TCA peels are, hands down, the best. I am absolutely shocked at the way my skin looks and how it feels. I spend most of my days make up free and loving the way I feel.

Elena was great as usual another great haircut. She is so friendly and cheerful. I have also had great cuts from Layla. From the moment you walk in it smells amazing! Such a beautiful spa and nice staff. I got Microblading done with Mimi and I loved my eyebrows. She was such a sweet person I highly recommend to get your eyebrows done with her.

This is the second time I come here. Today 12/03/2021 I got a package that came with a Swedish massage, facial, and classic mani and pedi for $220 overall it was a great pampering experience. My massage was outstanding both times! When I got my nails done I paid extra to have dip and shellac applied because they last longer on me, and she also did a fantastic job! My facial however, felt very rushed. I’ve gotten facials in the past and I’ve never had irritation like I did today. She was very rough on my skin that I have dark red spots and my face has been burning since I left. The lady was very polite but I’m not sure a facial is part of a service I will ever get at this spa again. Overall 8/10 ☺️

I had Rachel cut and style my long hair. She did an amazing job! I havent had this nice of a cut in years and she was really personable too. The front desk people were really nice and helpful and the spa was clean, comfortable and very stylish. I was a walk-in and didnt have an appointment. I just saw the card for the med spa at the coffee shop next door! This is my new place to go!

I love my new haircut!I saw Leila Brousaid for a hair style update this week. Her skill and professionalism is evident from the beginning. She did a great job of asking good questions to make sure she understood what style I was looking for. After a professional wash, she did a thorough job of adding in layers to give my thin hair new life. She even gave me a lot of ideas on various ways I could style it, depending on what I was going to be doing on any particular day.Thanks Leila - I appreciate you!

From booking my appointment to receiving before and after care instructions you being greeted when I arrived to the waiting area where I waited to meeting Mimi for my microblading session. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The salon is beautiful and very accommodating. Looking forward to going back for my touch up in about 6 weeks and future appointments. Loved it!

I had a treatment done with Trang and I was not as happy as I was expecting to be so I met with her. She wanted to make sure I was happy and offered to make sure I was by trying another treatment. I had one of the best massages I’ve EVER had with Lisa - she’s the sweetest and absolutely amazing! Then I had my very first facial and microdermabrasion with Reba and she was so kind, incredibly attentive and happily explained every part of the process to me so I knew what was happening. Absolutely loved everything about the experience!

If you have been thinking about getting your eyebrows microbladed but haven’t yet, I just gotta say, DO IT! I got mine done by Tee and I am THRILLED with how they look!! I was a little nervous at first but I’m so glad I did it! Honestly, I used to be self conscious about my brows before (kinda of a silly thing I know) but now they are literally perfection, and it has boosted my self confidence by 100%! I have gotten so many compliments from my friends. They look so natural! She took the time to make sure I was happy with the shape, color etc before she started. She was so nice and super patient with me and all my questions too. Even after my touch up a few weeks later, she still made sure I had time to “scrutinize” to make sure I was 100% happy before I left. She did a PERFECT job! Honestly I wish/hope these will last forever cause I absolutely love how they look!! Thank you so much Tee!!

I love this place. I did Microblading, and my 6 week touch up with Mimi, and she is so amazing! Mimi is such a sweet lady, and she really listens and tries to satisfy her customers. I just moved to the place and found the Medspa by reviews on google. My hair stylist was Leila. What a fantastic lady. Not only she is very polite and beautiful but how carefully she listens to what are you saying and asking. She made my hair very well. Highly recommended place.

Absolutely LOVED my massage!!! 5 stars or i would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could!! So great and will be back again for massages!!For nails i feel like a solid 3 or 4 stars. Not too many colors to pick from for shellac and even fewer for dip. They look fine but it was after i had to make numerous comments about painting my whole nail and not leaving parts unpainted like the sides. also at the end when they rub lotion in and massage your arms and hands it was like she was trying to go as fast as humanly possible and still left some unabsorbed lotion on my arms. All of the issues i had were easily fixable it was just annoying I had to deal with it in the first place i’ve never had issues at most other places.

I had a pedicure (which was good but also pedicures are super standard so harder to rate unless it’s bad) and a facial. I hate facials but do one occasionally to stop my mom from complains. It is a high compliment from me that I actually liked this one! I had it with Minnie (sp?) and she was so sweet. She talked just enough to be friendly but I’m an introvert so I don’t actually like talking. She found the right balance. They actually made me consider getting more facials which is huge!!! (Also, conveniently located right next door to an amazing French bakery so you can make it a full outing)

Loved my experience at this Spa! My son have me a gift card for a massage and a facial for Christmas. The atmosphere is relaxing and the decor is beautiful. My massage by Maggie was amazing. My facial by Fariba was the best I have ever had! These ladies go Way Beyond what you would expect, so warm and friendly. Vanessa and Naomi at the front were just awesome too. First Class all the way! I will be back for more!

Wonderful experience...I researched and researched microblading before I finally decided on Medspa at Villagio, the Groupon helped me make up my mind but I still made sure to read reviews and look at before and after pics to help me with my decision. I was very surprised at how beautiful the salon was and how very relaxing it was. Mimi made me feel very comfortable and made sure that she answered all my questions and that I was 100% satisfied with the outline before she started. I hardly felt any pain during the process and the healing has been smooth and uneventful...instructions were very clear. I love my new eyebrows and I would definitely recommend Mimi at Medspa at Villagio to anyone!

My mom and I had a fantastic experience with our Eyebrows 3D Microblading by the talented Mimi and Trang. WOW! Our brows look so much better than the brows we inherited...Thanks Mom:) They are both highly skilled, precise, and both creative artist! Not only that, the service and atmosphere is very spa like and clean/sterile, which made me much more comfortable. I am so glad I chose this spa to go to for this, because I am confident the experience and results would not have been this great somewhere else.

Disappointed in how management handles customer situations. I looked at day spas in Katy to find this one highly rated. I rarely ever get to do anything like this so I wanted somewhere high quality and relaxing. I booked appointments for my Mother-in-law and I to have massages and our nails done, as a surprise and thank you for coming to help me with our newborn and toddler. The day of the appointment, she woke up with body aches, chills, and a sore throat. I didnt come out of my room until 10 due to being up every 2 hours with the baby. I called at 10:30am to explain the situation and said I could still come in for my appointments. I went and when I arrived, I was told that the front desk staff member had spoken with her manager and due to not enough advanced notice, I would have to pay half of my Mother-in-laws services. I explained that I knew about the 24-hour cancelation policy but that I did not know until this morning when I woke that she would not be going and wasnt feeling well. I asked to talk to the manager myself and I explained everything to her. She explained that they pay the massage therapists to come because they are contract employees and they need to be paid for their time. She also explained that it wasnt enough notice for other appointments to be scheduled in my place. I completely understand that, but was still very upset because we are in a pandemic and with those symptoms I would think they wouldnt want someone coming in just in case. I could not have known any sooner. My toddler is recovering from a cold so we hope thats all it is for her, but we dont know. After discussion and saying I just wanted to leave because I was too upset to relax now anyways, she agreed not to charge for my Mother-in-laws visits. I decided to try to stay but then my husband contacted me to tell me his mothers blood pressure dropped to 105/56 and she had collapsed/fainted in our living room. I had to cancel the massage and my appointments immediately and leave because he was with her, our newborn, and toddler and may have to go to the hospital. I left crying and had to pay $85 for the services I missed due to leaving for the family emergency. It was supposed to be a relaxing day and I hope I get to have that one day, but Im not sure I want to do it at this spa now.

Enjoyed my first visit here !! Fariba is AMAZING !! She took her time and made sure all my concerns were addressed and cared to during my visit. Who doesn’t love a good facial + dermaplaning ?! My skin feels amazing and it’s more radiant. I will definitely make this my regular Spa place and I look forward to trying their other services.

I came in and asked for something specific to Layla, and she said that it was too expensive and to just do something else that was cheaper. I told her I really wanted to transition into blond and she said that what I was going to get was going to look really nice with out damaging my hair, and the cost was going to be $325 instead of $550 to transition to blond . I thought the price was really expensive (to cut my hair and highlights),but I was willing to pay if it was going to look good . At the end I payed for something I didn’t like . She insisted it looked really good. I am not confrontational at all! So just went with it . But I would not recommend to anyone and was also rude during the process. I booked the Signature spa package here for over this past weekend and it was my first time ever doing something like this, and it was fantastic!! Ive gotten massages here and there before but Ive never done a body scrub or a facial, and the staff here were so warm and welcoming and made me feel right at home. After my initial booking I was emailed an itemized list with my schedule for which procedures would occur when, which I loved too. Vanessa at the front desk, however, caught some issues with the schedule that the previous girl had done incorrectly, so she called me and, over the phone, Vanessa put together a better schedule for me over the phone that would provide a better flow for the day and give me more time for things like my spa lunch. I felt very at ease with Vanessas confident and knowledgable manner on the phone and was even more excited after speaking with her. Upon arrival, it was also Vanessa who greeted me cheerfully and said she was so excited for my day of relaxation. She took great care of me all day, checking on me and making sure I had everything I needed. When she redid my service schedule, she very thoughtfully booked with the same person for the first 3 procedures (3 hours) of my morning. She put with me Mimi, the owner, and I loved her!! She was so, so, SO sweet and her soft voice was very relaxing as well. The body scrub, hot stone massage, and facial from Mimi were excellent as well. She often checked to make sure that I was comfortable, or if she needed to use less pressure or more. Having someone look at your skin so closely can make you feel a little self conscious, but Mimis caring nature put me at ease and I really felt like she genuinely cared about my skin, making it less awkward. Since Id never had a facial before, she kindly explained each part of the procedure to me, which was nice information to have. Sunnie did my shampoo and style and I loved her outgoing personality - she was very easy to talk to and I really enjoyed my time with her, and I think I will definitely be using her for my next haircut. The complimentary wine and mimosas were AMAZING as well. Nancy did my nails and she was so sweet too, I enjoyed talking to her as well. I look forward to my next chance to come back here! :)

I had my eyebrows micro-bladed and love the results! Mimi did such a wonderful job that I had my lip line done as well. The spa is very clean and the staff are lovely, would highly recommend.

Wow!! I am still amazed at how happy I am with my over all experience with Mimi at Medspa At Villagio. I finally did it!! All my life I have always been very self conscious about not having much eyebrow hair growth and due to the meds I took while battling Cancer they basically where nonexistent and never grew back (not that there was much to begin with) I have tried so many different types of makeup which always ended up coming off literally minutes to an hour after application leaving me frustrated 🙁 those who know me know how much I enjoy swimming and the warm weather but I never really could actually enjoy myself cause the worry of my makeup coming off always overwhelmed me.. I ended up finding this amazing temporary longer lasting makeup for brows called Wunderbrow which was waterproof, that was the best thing I had invested in at that time, but still I lacked the art of shaping my brows and it still required application every other day. On top of that of course I received rude comments on how my brows are not attractive and look like I penciled them in.. but at that time there was not much I could do about that lol Well finally! I got my eyebrows microbladed!!!! I have had friends and family draw and shape my brows and I was never in love with how they looked.. I have always been so use to the thin not so obvious look and the thought of having someone microblade my brows and the results being permanent was kind of a scary thought, what if I dont like them.. but got the nerve and booked my appointment anyway, with Mimi. She was very inviting, sweet and calming, she explained everything from what Microblading is, we talked about what my desired look is and made sure I was 100% happy with every detail before we began and also went over how to care for my brows during the healing process. The procedure was super fast especially since I didnt need/want any numbing. I’ve done it all. I am well-versed in the idea that pain = beauty. I have given birth three times, felt the pain bringing my babies into this world without any medication/epidural, I have felt the sting of getting a tattoo, have gone through Breast Cancer tumor removal surgery on both breasts, stiches, and countless waxing procedures, so yha.. I can definitely say loud and clear I have a very high pain tolerance. I know that some people said that microblading was painful, an 8 out of 10 on the pain scale. The sensation itself is like having a kittens thin sharp claws scratch into your eyebrows repeatedly, nice and slowly. Sounds awful!!! I will say the feeling is that as said but was tolerable for me. Mimi said her experience having her brows Microbladed, she tried having hers done without numbing but only lasted half way through one brow so she was surprised at how high my pain tolerance was. Over all the entire experience was perfect! She was absolutely amazing! I about cried when I saw my eyebrows all done. I am beyond wowed by how good she did! I finally have eyebrows!!!I understand the healing journey can be long. It’s usually about a month before they start looking normal, and there may be a lot of ups and downs before microblading looks exactly the way you want it to. But I have faith Mimis beautiful artwork will give me long lasting beautiful eyebrows 😊 I have seen her previous work and read so many amazing reviews which actually helped me gain the confidence to book my appointment. So honestly I mean it when I say this.. I can’t say this enough. If you’ve ever been insecure about your brows, the microblading process is worth every ounce of pain.. every scratch, scab, and sensation.Mimi is SO AMAZING I most certainly recommend everyone book with Mimi!Bianca Gregg

I thought about getting my eyebrows microbladed for almost a year and was very nervous about the whole process. I scheduled an appointment with Trang and ended up having to cancel. Finally, I was able to reschedule and she fit me in while honoring the same agreed upon price. Trang made me feel happy and safe while getting this done. I felt like I made the best decision going to them for my microblading. I have a follow up appointment in about 3 weeks and they already look so good I cant wait to see what the follow up does. Thank you so much Trang!!!! I love my eyebrows and will forever recommend people your way!

I had a gift certificate to MedSpa and originally intended to use it for a massage but after seeing their Groupon for microblading (which I had been contemplating for awhile) I decided to take the plunge. I have very sparse brows due to thyroid issues and while I had perfected filling them in, it was tedious and the minute I got sweaty or wet it was gone. I’ve never even let a salon tweeze my eyebrows so I was nervous to get a freaking tattoo on my face but Mimi was great! She took her time to get the shape right and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. the actual procedure was painless for me! Now, afterwards was a bit of a shocker but that was no reflection of Mimi’s work! Having very little brows before I felt a little like Groucho Marx the first few days while they were still so dark and big. Now almost 2 weeks later they have faded to a really natural color and shape. I love it! I do see some spots that will be filled in once I got back for touch up in another month but overall I highly recommend MedSpa and Mimi in particular!

Wow!!! I am completely impressed with the service, the ambience and professionalism. Ive never had anything done to my face besides my St. Ives exfoliant regimen. Needless to say I didnt know what to expect and was overly nervous. Fariba was absolutely polite, patient, and thorough in her evaluation of my skin. She recommended the best treatment based on my skin type and concerns. We agreed on The Signature Facelift. Her gentle demeanor and genuine concern put me at ease. I highly recommend the Microblading service by MiMi! She does incredible work. I did a lot of research on the best places to get Microblading done in Houston at an affordable price. With MiMi, it’s $250 for the initial microblading, and then $100 for the 4-8 week touchup. So $350 total! I went with MiMi because she had the most reviews and client photos available. Every single client comes out with FLAWLESS eyebrows. I am SO happy I had MiMi do my eyebrows. She asks you exactly what you want, and if you don’t know (like me), then she just gives you the most natural shape and color for you. She draws everything on, and she takes her time. She probably spent 30-40 minutes just measuring out my brows, drawing on the shape, and making sure the brows were even when looked at in every position and lighting! She is always asking for your feedback, and she makes adjustments accordingly. Frankly, she is awesome. Don’t be nervous with trusting MiMi with your eyebrows. They will be flawless!

I first learned of the Medspa at Villagio from using a Groupon for Microblading which I had excellent results with Mimi. My brows dont look like theyve been colored with a sharpie! They look very natural. Ive had a microdermabrasion and IPL at my physicians office and paid a ton more and my experience here was way better, more relaxing and not rushed. I realize everyone has a choice where they like to go and I prefer this Medspa over paying high prices at my plastic surgeons office and elsewhere. Today I had a manicure and pedicure by Nancy and she did a great job and my nails turned out perfect. The salon has great customer service at the front desk and the management/owners that cares about their clients. I will be going back to try different services and will be reporting back.

My initial experience with this business was disgraceful. They showed a lack of respect for myself and my time. I was scheduled for a serenity package and was expected a massage and mani/pedi = $110. Reasonable pricing for quality service yet, was rescheduled twice because of overbooking (yet, they are very strict on their cancellation and rescheduling policies) lied to when I confronted the manager and even argued with when I requested a full a refund to find another spa to be treated at; completely unprofessional to say the least.After two long, long and combative phone calls, I was called by Mimi who was remorseful, polite, patient and provided thorough recompense. It was only due to her call and personal provision that I even reconsidered being touched by one of these ladies (I am 6 months pregnant). She provided a complimentary facial on behalf of my trouble and rightfully refunded my money and took care of me personally to ensure a delightful experience. The facial was relaxing and really helped my hormonal prone skin.. I am still glowing without a blemish (on day two).They use the Image skin careline and utilize steam and cold press technology for a deep, exfoliating clean. I was impressed.I believe a second chance for Medspa is in order. First with a manicure and pedicure then, if all is well, a massage. If you plan to come here commit to your time and enjoy the spa experience with no issues... theywill deliver on those points. However, being rescheduled or having issues with Vanessa will be the particular part.Give Medspa an opportunity and judge for yourself, Mimi alone is worthit.

For the last 15 years I have wanted laser hair removal but have been too afraid to do it. Pain, the expense, and embarrassment have kept me away. One of my friends decided to come here to have it done and raved about it, so I sucked it up and went for a consult. Being 35 years old and having 5 kids I figured it was time to do something for myself! I met with Trang who was so understanding and she made me feel so comfortable. Not to mention she is gorgeous! She gave me a hell of a deal to make it affordable for me! I ended up doing laser hair removal that day! ( Brazilian, underarms and legs) AND I have been embarrassed about my tattooed eyebrows that I had done and had started to fade to red. She microbladed my eyebrows too!!!! ALL IN THE SAME DAY! I have several appts to go back and I will continue to find here for many different procedures and I will be sending al my friends!!!! I LOVE TRANG!!!!!! She’s seriously changing my life in a wonder way! Where has she been all my life?! NO PAIN! NO EMBARRASSMENT! AFFORDABLE!!!!!! Everything was so classy and professional and clean. I am just so happy! I think they book up fast, calling in advance would probably be wise, although they’ll do anything to try to accommodate you. One of my favorite places to be!

From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendliest staff (Linda) to the amazing services performed by Dr. Pham and his beautiful wife Mimi. If you are interested in wrinkle reduction book with Dr Pham. He makes you look years younger and it was pain free. For Mimi, I scheduled microbladdimg and couldnt be happier with my results. Your first appt is 20% off and they are also offering a microbladding special at $250. I walked in looking every bit of 45 and left looking like 25. Whether you have an hour or all day, they will pamper you from start to finish. Thank you for the wonderful experience. ❤️

UPDATE: After leaving the review I was emailed by one of the owners. She did apologize for the things that went wrong on our visit and offered my sister and me a free massage, which we declined. However, since I did receive a response and an offer to help make up for the things that went wrong I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.I called to schedule 4 appointments, 2 massages and 2 facials for my sister and me. The woman on the phone was really sweet took my name and phone number but did not ask for my sisters. The next day I received a text confirming the appointment. Since it only confirmed the appointment for me I called back to ensure they had both of us down. They did and said it was all just under my name. Saturday we show up for our appointments. The girl at the front desk was sweet and showed us back to get changed. The locker/changing room is basically a closet off the bathroom. They had three robes hanging and we were told to help ourselves. We both wear a large, they only had one large robe and two s/m robes, one of which was missing the belt to close the robe. We then went to the waiting area where we had forms waiting for us. One for the facial and one for the massage. Not sure what the point of either form was as the esthetician or the massage therapist never looked at these forms. The massage form asked what massage you were requesting, that is not the massage that was received. I had my facial while my sister received her massage. I thought the esthetician (dont remember her name) was rather rough, otherwise it was fine. My sister said her massage was the absolute worst massage she ever had. She called it being rubbed down with oil as opposed to an actual massage. I can not comment on the massage as I never actually received one. I spent 50 minutes in the waiting room while my sister received her facial. No one ever came to get me for my massage. Upon checking out I told the lady at the desk what happened they apologized and offered me 20% off for my facial, however; it was our first time there which was told to Mimi, who booked the appointments, Jennifer who confirmed the appointments, and the lady who checked us in. According to the website all first time clients get 20% off their entire service. We did not. They also said someone would call me to see what they could do to make it up, our appointment was the 23rd, it is now the 26th and I have not received any phone call. Long story short, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Id go to Spa at Cinco Ranch right down the road which has a much nicer facility, and much better service. Save your time and money go somewhere else if your looking for a spa experience.

I wanted to do a microbladding and was afraid. So I googled this place and set my appointment. I must say the establishment is super nice 😍😍, and CLEAN... I felt very comfortable and the entire staff was friendly. When I got done with my Microbladding, I decided to review the place because the service was excellent. I came all the way from the Medical center area and I must say it was a drive but really worth it. If you want to get anything done, I would really recommend the place 10000% .

Do not get Microblading here! I complained that my eyebrows weren’t even, and even though I told her to follow my natural shape, she shaved parts of them and when they grew back they didn’t line up! So many mistakes, I hate looking at them. They tried to charge me to fix it. Very unhappy.

Very disappointed about the service that I received. I should have know when I called to ask questions on their services and their connection with groupon and the lady seemed confused saying they didnt do mani/pedis. Its was to be a surprise for a friends birthday. I gave my credit card number and specified which cupcake to get her. I asked them to make it special as I said this was to be a SURPRISE birthday present. That was on Monday. Fast forward to today when my friend gets there (late as it was my fault for not giving her the address in time) and there is no cupcake, they didnt offer her wine and they didnt have my credit card information on file. After her services were finished shes texting me asking me should she pay for it. I called and the front desk receptionist is saying there is none of the information in the computer. I asked did she at least get her cupcake and was told that they didnt know about that. While friend told me that was the only thing under the appt notes but they didnt know what that meant, I told her that she could go ahead and let my friend go and I would pay for it. She tells me that my friend was in the bathroom while she was actually sitting in front of her while we are discussing the price and payments. As I start to read off my credit card information she is releating everything out loud. I tell her that is NOT OK to do that for security reasons. She tells me oh its ok Im in a back office. She was sitting at the front desk the whole time we were on the phone. She ended up taking off 25 dollars off of the total but after all that I would not recommend this location nor go myself. Im pissed.

Worse haircut ever ! Even when I cut my own hair I can still style . I asked not to go short yet it seems I said to cut short . There is no shape to the haircut. I have tried to style it different ways without any luck . Yes it’s just hair and it grows ... yet you have to suffer the wait of a bad haircut.Fool me once fooled me twice never again.

Victor told me $30 , so I repeated what he said. Get out of here with all your lies. Unbelievable. Im mean come on. This is just ridiculous. Telling lies like crazy.Ive never been treated like this, especially in Cinco. Good luck Trang with staying open a long time.And Leila, if you are saying these things you should know better. I dont want to believe that you would be that kind of person. The future will tell.Remember I was fine not being able to go in. Your receptionist Valeria called ME, AND TOLD ME TO GO AND SEE YOU. I did 3D microblending, the worst experience I ever had. Do not go there to do this, it was painful and they look horrible my eye brows look horrible, I have to go to a professional place to remove the tattoo, I also bought a product to grow my eyelashes and it was expired since 2012 they gave me a hard time on refunding me the money.

My first time having body massage is amazing, followed by manicure and pedicure very professional and friendly environment love it.
