Nice storefront. Great smoke products, wraps, vapes, bongs, pipes,etc. Not to expensive, however my only issue is the $5 minimum if you use a debit/credit card, I mean I get it, but come on $5 is excessive,imo. There is also a Pizza Hut, Wendys, Shell gas station, and a Family Dollar store all in this plaza area.
The BEST prices on this side of Houston. Ive been to all the smoke shops around here and this shop has everything I usually buy at way cheaper prices. Even give you $10 off after 5 visits!We had a small issue that the general manager was very quick to settle. He kept his word and even gave me a discount for inconvenience. It wasnt even his fault but he went above and beyond to make it right. Awesome selection of name brand glass too. This place is great. My favorite smoke shop by far. I can highly recommend Pineapple Express!
Who is there are rude bad customer service I asked about a discount in reference to a Google review and I got cursed that the employee stuck their middle finger up at me and I’ve been going there for a long time. They yelled and cursed at me and it’s the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to in my life.

My first time was cool,dude at the front was professional but this second time I came up here they advertise a percentage off with a google review (which I did, acknowledging the great service)as well as them having a point system .upon trying to spend my money with this establishment spending well over 60$ I was refused the percentage off my purchase due to my purchases not being a “glass” purchase.poor business because I had high hopes for this spot considering the location and I’ve sent all my customers to this location via my job.I won’t recommend this location any more due to the poor business and poor customer service.highly disappointed

I live in cane island and I decided to stop at the Pineapple Express I ended up getting a DUD hookah set up and it is one of the nicest and most up kept hookahs I have bought in a while I would definitely recommend stopping by and getting some good knowledge and products.

This is an awesome place with a lot of products you wouldnt necessarily find at other shops. They have a great variety of selections and the gentleman that helped me was very informative and you can tell he was absolutely passionate about his profession and the products hes selling, very enthusiastic and that just made my day. DANGER DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASEI know this shop has so many reviews but please hear me out. They refil cartridges with homemade oils, they sell broken cartridges all the time and LIE about so many of their products. Buyer beware, will never go back. Ive given this shop several chances. Im fully done wasting my money here.

First I want to mention I am fairly new to vaping and vape shops so this review is coming from a sort of outsiders prospective.I made 2 purchases. I bought a refillable cartridge for a vape pen I hadnt used for 2 years, and cbd kings cbd oil.Several issues:1.) I asked the lady if she could show me how to refill the cartridge. She said she didnt know how.2.) I asked for a cbd oil with no thc as my job drug tests. She referred me a cbd oil with no thc. I bought it and went out to my vehicle, read the back label and it said it contains .03 thc. I returned and traded it in for cbd kings oil.3.) The cartridge i bought from them leaked out all the juice after 2 hours of sitting on my counter.4.) I checked the cbd kings oils website after I bought the juice to do some research. Their website says it has vitamin E in it. The website only had one review with somebody pointing this fact out saying, doesnt vaping vitamin e cause health problems? The website did not respond to this comment. The bottle does not even mention there is vitamin e in it. Iv heard vitamin e in vape products might be the cause to all these vaping related health issues recently.5.) There was no safety seal on the cbd kings cbd oil. It was just a bottle you twist to open. ANYBODY could tamper with this product. Heck when I opened it it looked used, there was oil around the inside of the cap.6.) I tried to return the products for either a trade or a refund, the front desk lady called both of her superiors. Their proposed solution? A 10 % discount on my next purchase. No refund, no trade just a 10% discount!!! What a slap in the face.Hell nobody would of known that I opened it because there is no seal on these very sketchy cbd products to begin with.6 complaints in two 15 minute stops at this place. Unbelievable.Now im out $65. Its a shame because if my visit would of been a good one then I might of been a customer for years to come but this experience has completely turned me off to vaping cbd oil and vape shops in general.

Ive been buying disposable vapes here and they are always helpful. Today I decided to get a mod, Johnathan explained everything and was very knowledgeable.
Bought a vaper on Saturday when I went to charge it Sunday it did not charge took it back Monday Next Business day and they would not exchange and send me to the manufacturer. when you sell something that doesnt work you do the right thing and exchange it. Never buying here again
