Killer. Absolutely bomb food, everything on the menu was amazing. The atmosphere feels nostalgic to New York (where I’m from), and the service was very nice. Absolutely would recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.

I was told to come here and try the burgers. Not disappointed. Good char. Good temp on the meat as requested. Good portion size. Good value. Great staff. Its a good cross between a sports bar and a dive bar. The burgers, only thing we tried, elevated beyond expectations. I will definitely come back. The tacky bathroom (cut up old kegs for urinals) is an understandable attempt at being unique. Unfortunately thats a fail. I would recommend that they concentrate on what they do well, and neaten up the decor. This place could be awesome.

Had lunch at Winners Circle. Honey Garlic Wings are amazing! Husband had Medium Buffalo (Syracuse) and he thought they were good. Friendly staff and friendly patrons. A lot of TVs and tables. Covered outdoor seating for smokers.Limited parking.Overall, 5 stars!

Not a bad little place, plenty of televisions to watch your sports. Good pricing on drinks. I wanted to try food but my bartender never asked if I wanted. So I held off. Ill go back in soon and update my visit

I liked the sweet corn nuggets a lot. And my husband liked the nachos a lot too. our waitress was really sweet and nice and awesome. I would come here again any chance I get :)

We love this place. It has the BEST bar food ever! It’s NOT fine dining but it’s bar food at its best. Beer was warm last time we were there which was disappointing. But the server was sweet and kind. The stand up comic cancelled but who cares? We ate our bacon chipotle wings and drank beer !! Yay!!!! They have tons of random wing flavors which is Amazing. And jalapeño poppers , and the prices are low too. Atmosphere was chill. Old timers at the bar were funny and friendly. Good times!!!

Had never eaten here..but stopped on my way home from work with friends...got the 5 pc Chicken Wings in BBQ Golden Sauce! Omgggg were they some of the best Ive ever had!! And their tator tots...soooo sooooo good!! I will definitely be back for more Chicken wings!!!!😁

Went there for Monday night NSFW Trivia and Tacos.Parking is good with an attached lot.Outdoor seating is available under a covered porch. Inside its a sports bar with many tvs on the walls and a variety of live sports playing.Friendly and jovial staff with taco specials starting at 6 pm.We ended up winning the trivia contest and it was a blast!Recommend this as a great sports bar!

Best wings in lakeland, pretty much everything on the menu is delicious. Monday nights are my fav nights because of trivia, along with the wing and taco special makes it a fun and inexpensive night.

What an awesome Bar and Grill Winners Circle is. Loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. The service was excellent, as well as the food was fast and better than expected. This will be my go to Sports Bar ,,especially with Football season on its way.. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and I will be telling all my friends and family to go check it out. Food was good. Could have used more condiments, but it was a football Sunday so the servers were spread thin. All in all, decent place. Best bar cheese curds Ive had since moving from Wisconsin. 💚💛

Showed up and no one at the front to tell you to wait or be seated. Stood there for about 5 minutes. Luckily we saw our friends and sat with them. Ordered our drinks and appetizer. Drinks and appetizer came in a timely manor. We ordered our food. Apparently you can’t split wing sauces but not a big deal. Ordered 4 (5) order wings with different sauces with carrots, celery and ranch. Someone order than our server dropped the wings off. I ordered 2 kinds of hot wings, Cajun and Nashville. They both taste like grease with no flavor at all. Gf ordered garlic parm and pb&j. She said they were “ok” but not great either. The celery was so old the ends were wilting. We never got checked on after the food was dropped. We finally got boxes and paid. I couldn’t see anyone that looked like a manager or anyone that actually had time to talk about the poor quality of service and food. We still tipped 20% but I definitely won’t be back.

First I want to thank you guys so much for what you did for my Brother Paul Tony on May 13th. You guys are awesome! I had ordered the chicken fingers and boy the were huge and very good. The server was anazing! Thank you for everything!

Atmosphere is trash and muggy. Only 1 waitress/bartender tending the whole restaurant. Food was EXPENSIVE FOR MICROWAVED TYPE FOOD. $9 for potato skins that looked like they came out of a TGI Fridays frozen box, Big BLT was just all bread. Not much tomato,lettuce or bacon. The wings were pretty good. Spent close to $70 for 3 people and not really satisfied besides the pb&j wings.

Best chicken wings in Lakeland dont take my word for it you need to head over there and try it and their other items on the menu are the bomb as well.Update: 04/28/24. - Still the best wings, burgers, nachos and food along with sports tvs everywhere to enjoy games etc. On a side note, I tried to use online ordering and it said it was unavailable or try again later. I called and reported it to restaurant and did phone order. I paid extra for all drums and extra crispy. I had flappers in my order and not extra crispy.I phone and they were kind enough to offer assistance to correct order. That wasnt necessary, I just wanted to inform them.Still a great restaurant but review to confirm order when you pick up before driving home.Just a note and hope to eat there again soon.

My favorite bar and grill in Lakeland is Woke. When me and my wife, entered Winners Circle, on 05/05/23, our eyes were immediately assaulted with tons of Budweiser Bud-Light paraphernalia ugghhh!The waitress had the nerve to serve my wifes Long Island in a Bud-Light glass 🤬Wont be returning to this place until they get rid of all their Bud-Light stuff.

Our waitress was amazing! The wings were really good. One of the best blends of sauces I have had. Preferred the boneless wings but it was my fault I didnt ask for well done. They ambiance was pretty cool as a typical sports bar. Will visit again if Im in the area.

We just stopped for a beer, but it looked like a nice place and the beer was very resonably priced. TVs surround the inside of the bar and there are tables outside if you prefer. Well be going back again.

Depending on which day you go and who your server is, youll either be charged for sauce (ranch, blue cheese) or not be charged for sauce. Youll either be told that sauce comes with an order of wings or none of the wings come with any sauce at all. Always inconsistent.Every check comes with a $1.00 CC charge which means the servers just assume youre paying with a card and not cash, every single time. Nobody bothers to ask how you intend on paying. Cash, or card? So basically you end up paying a few extra bucks just for dipping sauce and then paying with a debit card, if you order wings.I have never been to any place that serves wings that has charged me or anyone I know for a ranch or blue cheese dressing. You at least get 1 with an order of wings.Smokers who are dining/drinking inside have completely taken over the high top tables outside as their own smoking area instead of having a smoking area somewhere else. They will just come outside to use ashtrays on tables right behind you and then leave again because there are ashtrays left out on every table. If there was a designated smoking area or perhaps given an ashtray to people dining outside upon request, then that would make more sense. It could easily be fixed if smokers had an area to smoke in other than unoccupied tables when they are actually seated somewhere else inside.*took the time to type out this review for a place I like to go to in hopes that they might make some positive changes and all the owner can do is make personal comments about me being a real joy for the holidays. Speaking of the holidays, maybe all that dipping sauce money and CC fees got you a nice Christmas, Ebenezer Scrooge.

The absolute best place to go for wings. My wife is really picky, and they make her order just they way she likes it. I wouldnt want to spend a football Sunday anywhere else. Staff is fantastic, plenty of tvs with every game on somewhere. If youre not at Winners for Sunday funday, well, youre not a winner.

Stopped in on a Thursday, trivia night! We didn’t play with the crowd just amongst ourself. I highly recommend the wings, I had Garlic Parmesan and even the next day they were amazing!!

Today was our first visit and we will definitely be back! The wings were huge and the sauce was so good. My son loved their pizza and curly fries. Driving around..looking for a decent burger and landed here. Parking lot was packed so we hoped for some decent bar food.It looks like your typical Sports Bar..a little weathered, and tons of TVs with a lot of different channels on (thank you!!!!), ample tables and a big bar. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Heather the bartender. All smiles and on her toes quick!! Everyone who we met here was very nice, customers included.They are known for their Wings but we wanted burgers. Perfectly cooked, big and juicy. Prices were very fair and I’d come back just to try the wings.Full menu with some interesting items on it ..9/1/23Ok!!! Back again to try out their wings!! Went for dueling pianos! Service is great. Great food!

The server didn’t know what was on draft and asked that we can get up to the bar. Server comes back and said the bartender said we have “all three” (meaning IPA) not sure what she meant “all three” then the server said, “I can bring her out.” We ordered 20 naked wings with honeygarlic and buffalo blue sauces tasted old. The wings were cooked and just rolled in the sauce and the nachos was the only dish that we liked.

So as long as you go to dine in you get good service and good food but unfortunately if you get takeout you get bad service and bad food. Ordered 50 wings half Buffalo medium and half bourbon garlic parm ordered 5 pbj wings and ordered 3 orders of fries. Buffalo wings had no sauce bourbon garlic had atleast sauce and the pbj wings were not even cooked hardly and had no sauce or flavor. The fries were so soggy that they just fall apart. Let alone when called to order was treated rudely and was rushed to give order.

I love this place, BUT, please turn up the A/C. I was there last night, and it was really warm. The west side of the facility seems to be ok, but the east side of the building is very warm. I have said something to the wait staff about it, but they cannot do anything about it. I want to continue to be a patron and keep coming back. Great wings...Love your 3-pepper sauce. Can I tell you I’ve been going to this place since the VIP night, when it first opened its doors!!! Hands down the Greatest Family Business I’ve ever had a chance to go to. Bill, and his staff have always welcomed my family and myself, and the Food, I mean come on I still have yet to have any Wings better then these here. Service was good despite the large crowd tonight. They had a hypnosis session tonight. We just stopped in randomly and saw the show. Was not for me but once again we stopped by randomly so I wont hold it against the establishment. Sorry for my son he couldnt compose himself from uncontrollable laughter during the hypnosis session lol!

Always love coming here, the food is always great and well priced, and it’s a very friendly environment. Brought my in laws today for the first time and they loved it too!

We went for a party. The service was good. The food was typical of a sports bar. I was the driver, so I did not drink alcohol. I drink unsweetened ice tea, and theirs comes out of a fountain machine. It was not the best. Overall, we did have a good time, but I would say I am in a rush to go back.

I mean, its a solid sports bar in Lakeland. Not too shab of a spot honestly but the foods not gonna male your tastebuds to beserk. However ya will be filled and ready for some more beers for the games on.

Stopped in because of the reviews was lucky enough to be served by Heather and was given advice on the wings and flavor. She suggested the bourbon garlic parm which was EXCELLENT . Stop in for your full menu choices and ask for Heather!

The staff/crew are awesome peeps! They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Drinks are well made and food is good 😁 I had fried Mahi sandwich and...bam! It was good😋 MOST of the comedians are funny and dont disappoint.

First, if you don’t know about winners circle, you’re missing out on the best wings in Lakeland. Try them breaded with Kimmie’s sauce and the loaded tots…omg! I only go 4 stars because WC isn’t everyone’s cup of tea and they’re proud of it. That being said, the food is good, drinks are reasonable and there’s always something going on from poker to bingo to comedy shows. If you aren’t feeling the vibe inside, at least take a chance to grab some amazing wings to go.

This place is great. The food is always top notch. The wait staff are friendly. The owner isnt afraid to jump in if needed. One of the best sports bars around florida. The owner Bill does a lot for the community. I would highly recommend going there and getting the wings. You will find out why he has been voted the best. The last 3 or more years in a row.

Tried the place because we got a gift certificate for moving to the area.Sure glad we did! I had a burger, she had wings and both were fantastic.Well be going back soon!

Did an online order for 5pm. Got a text at 4:20 saying it was ready for pick up. I called and let them know, and the person who picked up said okay and they will let the kitchen know. I get there at 4:55 and the food is ready, I should of checked before I drove home. They must have remade my order of wings because they were just plain, no sauce. The rest of the food tasted like it was cooked in week old oil. Big disappointment.

Ive been going to Winners Circle for over 10 years now. Ive never had a bad experience with their food or atmosphere. They truly care about the community they are in and will help anyone in need, from buying a bike to helping a family by raising money for cancer treatments.

Wings were all drum only 2 wings out of 25 and I only eat the flats. The flavor garlic honey had no flavor was like extra grease and the wings came out barely warm idk how that happened coming out of a fryer and we were the only customers with food order at time. Was not happy about it!

Our first time here, watching the Lightning game tonight. The entire staff here is attentive, courteous, and professional. It has personally made my first experience amazing. Was able to meet the owner who is also top of the line. Food, service, drinks, hospitality, and the friendly sports atmosphere makes this establishment a Definite Must! Will return for more fun and recommend always! Thank you guys so much!

Really didnt care for the wings that much. Oil taste old and watery. Cheap drinks but a certain crowd comes with that. Alot if side hustle activities in the parking lot. Kimmie the bartender was very rude. Not easy on the eyes either.

I decided to try this place last night and I was impressed and agree with what I hear on the radio!! Wings were perfect, bartender (I wish I remember her name, I asked twice but still forget, maybe a good thing ha.) drinks were perfect and I wanted to try more appetizers than I could eat. If you are not going here when in Lakeland you juat missed a hidden gem! We are here for a baseball tournament, decided to stop in. Absolutely the best wings we have had up here. Service was excellent, extremely friendly staff. We had a blast. You will be regulars from now on when in town!

Their wings are THE BEST! Before the pandemic my friends and I would go for trivia nights, get a bunch of wings and have a great evening. Tons of fun and killer food. Since covid we have enjoyed the take out food and it is always top notch. Even if we can’t go in to get food service we get amazing care in our take out food. Their chippy-teriyaki is literally the most delicious combo for wings.

The Food Was Awesome!! Our server, was great!! But after dining there I tried to call them to tell them How HAPPY was!! No answer!! After calling them 5 times I give up!! As a local guide!! My once favorite wing place is now just another place that doesnt care about their customers anymore. The new servers are rude and dont seem to care. If youre lucky to get a server that has been there for quite some time you will get good service. Tonight I came in and over 90% of the tables had reserved tags on them. I asked a server if there was any open tables and she replied nope, you should of gotten here earlier. Our tables are for trivia only. She said it real snotty. Guess time to find a different place to get wings.From over a year ago. Night and day difference.The wait staff were awesome. The wings were awesome. They have many different flavors to satisfy just about everyone. We tried 4 different flavors and all were great. Their Syracuse buffalo sauce is amazing. Tried medium hotness and it was enough to make my lips tingle. Great sports bar atmosphere with TVs everywhere with some type of sporting event on. They just made two new customers.

Heard this place was good so we gave it a try. I had a couple bite of my wings and literally couldn’t eat them anymore. We did enjoy the fried pickles and curly fries but I definitely had food poisoning after eating here. Took us over an hour and a half to order, eat, and leave because our server kept disappearing.

Attended a private party in the rear of the bar, a separate room which could comfortably hold 30-40 folks. We had our own designated bartender who stayed at post and kept us hydrated. There were multiple televisions for sporting events and all the channels to see all the games. The parking lot was ample and lit enough to get to our vehicles safely. There were wings and sandwiches that were provided and tables set up for high top chairs. I recommend Winners Circles private party.

Cant say enough good things about this place, but here goes:Food - Youre not paying outrageous prices and you always get great portions for what youre paying. HIGHLY recommend their wings and club sandwich!!!Service - Staff has always been very nice, and the one or two times you my have had a bad experience, management steps up and that person is usually not there for long because they know quality of service matters; this has rarely happened, though, so thats awesome!Specials - Its great to see things like happy hour wings and $1 tacos (and they are NOT stingy when they make these, Im talking great portions!)Events - Feels like almost every day there is something going on like bingo and trivia, but I love the fact they have big events as well for major holidays; they are well known for their charity events thru FINS as well as their major holiday bikini contests!Ambiance - its like Cheers meets the south (minus Ted Danson). People and staff are friendly and environment is kid/family friendly too. Outside patio area is nice and parking is sometimes a little tight!Overall: HIGHLY recommend it. Try their wings, get a couple of drinks, go home happy (but be safe!) 10 out of 5. They also do takeout and deliveries!!!!!

Wings are not wings anymore and lacked sauce. Fish sandwich was good, but very few fries. Been 3 yrs since we had been.

We really like this place. The atmosphere is great. TVs are everywhere. The only Bad thing is the service is almost always terrible. The last time we went our burgers were Way overcooked for us and to get the attention of the server was impossible. We ended up just paying and leaving.

I love this place! The food is outstanding. I habe tried almost everything on the menu. Best chicken wings in the country. The staff is friendly and works hard to make sure you are taken care of. The owner is one of the best people I have ever met. He loves everyone and helps everyone he can. His charity has helped people with medical needs, life necessities, and food. He has provided amazing Christmases for families that had nothing. Winners circle will always get my money, support, and love.

Best place in town for good food and a nonjudgmental atmosphere. Beer is cold and cheap. Food is hot and well worth the price. Bill Alcock and family were there for the entire community at the start of the pandemic, as they were beforehand and as they will continue to be.

If you love awesome chicken wings, with a menu of dozens of different styles and flavors to choose from, then this is your place! The food menu is great with so many choices! Beer on tap was great, had a fresh and crisp cold taste that wasnt watered down at all. Our server/bartender Kimmie is the best in the business! She is always on her A-Game, and she is incredibly sexy too!! Serious eye-candy!! ;-) Will definitely be returning to Winners Circle!!

Love this sports bar...my dad also LOVED THIS PLACE ... pricing is great for the economy as it is right now. Just wish the waitresses would spend less time scrolling through tic toc and pay more attention to the customers. OWNER IS AWESOME

Nice cheap local place to eat and hang out. Good food. They usually have good service but have been short handed the last few times we went. Lots of regulars there every time we go.

Dingy dive, which is sometimes a good thing. Nice crowd, all seemed friendly, like they were regulars. Actually was greeted by one of the customers before we were acknowledged by the server/ bartender. Staff was doing a great job, but the crowd was a little too much for the one lady. The food was good and hot. Kitchen staff brought out the snacks while the one and only waitress also served drinks. With more staff the rush would have had better service and the place might be cleaner.

Ive really tried my best to find the best wings in West Central Florida. Ive looked through tons of reviews and sampled countless locations. Nothing compares to the wings at winners circle. Between the seemingly endless list of sauces and the absolutely enormous wings, this place is one of my first recommendations whenever its time to pick where to eat.

8/19/23... something needs to be done about the a/c in the establishment before NFL and college football season gets going strong. Alot of people dont wanna be in here sweating. Management needs to get that taken care of quick, fast and in a hurry! I love coming here for FSU games.. always have but get the a/c problem solved.

Winners is a friendly local sports venue with great food and awesome beverages. The staff are usually on point and the owners always make you feel at home there. Plus it is a Florida State Seminole hub for all the games.

Good place to watch a game and grab a drink. Was incredibly busy. Not crazy about seating and TV setups but its not terribly big and parking is an issue. Staff was super nice. Ill be back, maybe Ill just get there much earlier.

A Friend told me this is a must for Wings. I would have to agree that they are some of the best Wings Ive ever had. Im from Georgia and back years ago there was a Restaurant called 3 Dollar cafe. They had the best Wings around. Winners Circle is right there. Big Meaty Wings. If you want them wet then this is your spot. Me personally next time will get sauce on the side. Great new spot for Me and the Wife.

The food isnt bad drinks are decent. Its a a local feel. Some staff treat regulars a bit better which in ways makes sense. Regulars pay the bills. They do have decent size bar food menu. The mini corn dogs are great.

Been in town now for 4 days.. Finally found a spot up here where the food was good and the staff was engaging with clients. Bartender was A+ Attractive, attentive and great attitude and made conversation with everyone at the bar. Great atmosphere with great tasting food and beer on tap was priced right, glad I found it. Will be coming right back here for the rest of my stay.

Great time with my wife and friends who invited us to this local comedy bar we never knew was here. The atmosphere was really nice and enjoyable. The service was fantastic as was the prices. Looking forward to many more Friday nights here.

We have been going to Winners Circle for 3 years. Their wings are the best. However, today was terrible. We arrived at 6:00 pm, specifically to eat wings. We ordered wings and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks arrived at about 6:30 with an apology. We thought the wings would be out shortly. At 6:45 another apology but no wings. At 7:20 a third apology but still no wings. At 7:30 we cancelled our order and were ready to leave. They brought our wings and expected us to stay. We declined. No offer of copensation. We would have asked for the manager but the owner was already aware and was in the kitchen. We went to Hooters and had food in less than five minutes with a much more congenial waitress.WC has lost our business.

I stop here almost every time Im in Lakeland. The atmosphere is nothing special but the wings and beer taste great and the prices are better than pretty much any other place. Certain beers are $2, a couple of them even less. Some craft beers on tap too. Great for watching a game and having a cold one!

With all of these changes all around us. And I dont have a car, I order delivery alot. I was craving Wings and called yall and talk to Miss Jackie, she is so friendly and sweet and even made an excellent suggestion for the wings! It was so amazing and Bull, the delivery guy was very fast and super friendly. I cant thank you enough for saving the day! My new favorite place! 🤗❤😋

My new favorite place! Everything was awesome! Great drinks and food! The owner Bill heard it was our first time there and made a point to find us and welcome us! Gave us free passes to the Friday comedy show! 6 hrs of food and drinks (double capt Morgan for 2 of us)all night long for $125. Love the a room! The urinals are Miller light kegs, so fitting lol. Bill, we will be bringing a large group Friday!

Great atmosphere and very very good staff and all filled with joy and are very kind to all people race color or creed. This place is a monument to Lakeland for the last 14 yrs and has always had the best wings in the state I may add probably around the world. Great bunch of people and the owner is super kind and friendly.

My go to wing place in Lakeland. Food is great, servers are attentive and friendly. Can get very busy at times and on a few occasions they were short servers so the wait was a bit longer than I like but in general, a great place.

I have been a part of the Winners circle family for 15 years. And when i say family i mean just that. EVERYONE no matter your race or your beliefs, Bill and his crew welcome you with open arms a an open heart! I will recommend this place to everyone i know. I’ve been going to winners circle for as long as I can remember and every person that has stepped foot through the door has been treated kindly and with respect by Bill and the rest of the staff. I’ve seen people of ALL different types and colors come in and are absolutely made at home here. If you come sit at the bar and you’re by yourself, it’s almost guaranteed someone’s going to walk up and start a conversation with you. It doesn’t matter who you are, you’re welcomed in by everyone. The owner Bill is a great restaurant owner and also does his part to help his community with fundraiser/sponsors. The food is great and prices for the quality of food beats any other place in town!

First time there love it! Awesome food good service and strong drinks! Definitely would be going back. And the fact that theyre open till midnight is even better.

Trust me on this one, best chicken wings in South Lakeland. Make sure you get the curly fries and try them out on triva nights. Not necessarily always family friendly, but I guess that depends on YOUR FAMILY.

Best wings in South Lakeland in my opinion. Mild, Medium, or Hot,many selections to choose from. Two handed delicious burgers. Not a bad seat in the house with a lot of TVs including 2 huge screens and always showing sports for every sports fanatic and has a fully stocked liquor bar. Staff is friendly and fast.

I agreed at first that it was understaffed...my first visit...but then understood Teresa was probably underchallenged. Service excellent...wings best I ever had. Teresa recommended medium house sauce for wings which were big, she was right size does matter. Will be back often I have to, Teresa told me you better come back, heah

Last night I had a great time at The Winners Circle Sports Bar and Grill. I had the pick 4 combo of wings, potato skins and cheese sticks. Very good and reasonably price. If you live there or are passing through, I recommend you go here. Oh yeah, they have comedy on Friday nights. I know...Im a comedian!

Food is normally pretty good here but had a poor experience today. Had a coupon for buy 10 wings, get 10 free. They refused to accept the coupon because I was trying to use it on a to-go order. The coupon didnt have this written on it anywhere and I pointed that out. I was again told I could not use it on a to-go order. Pretty lame in my opinion, either have it written on the coupon or honor the coupon and learn from your mistakes.

The owner is a terrible person who I do not have any respect for. I will never give him another penny. You can review the evidence of my assertion in his response to bad reviews. He also did not pay up on a pool that I paid $100 to get in. Talk about a lack of integrity.

I dont think I have ever had good service at the place, floor management seems nonexistent and you basically arent going to get server if you sit outside on the weekend. The waitresses always seem overwhelmed no matter how busy they are. The food itself is great and a good location though.

Huge wings, best Ive had so far in Lakeland. Here during the Superbowl and Marley was our waitress. Excellent service, no extra charge because of game. Will go back in a heartbeat.

If you want good wings and cold beer...this is the place to go. They have a great selection of wind sauces and plenty of beer on tap (or bottle if you prefer)...Not to mention a FULLY stocked liquor bar. Every time that I have been, the service has been great. Also, some of the best happy hour deals in lakeland.

This place is amazing and they have the best boiled peanuts around. Their Veggie Burger isnt wonderful, just a morning star patty, but their corn nuggets and mozzarella sicks are the best ever. They host the FSU game watching parties which is so much fun even if youre not a huge fan of football. Go, you wont be disappointed.

I have been here a few times and every time the food was amazing however what prompted me to this review is that today we went and the food was not good... The fries were oil logged and dripping soggy and the wings did not taste like they were freah. When we approached management they were very ugly to us and demanded to see the food and counted my wings in front of me... I felt humiliated... I am from out of town and was spoke to like I was an animal in front of other guests over my request for a refund. I have always loved this place and Everytime I come to town I eat here. But if this is how they treat a complaint I will never talk them up to another person I meet in this town. Needless to say they would only give me a refund for what wings I had left and blamed my soggy oil drenched fries on the Togo box... Im no happy and wont be back

Packed all the time, and for good reason. Food is great; and service is great.On Saturdays, for college football games, youll have to make a reservation. And for those games theyll start taking the reservations the Wednesday before. You must be there an hour ahead.Well worth it. This is a gem.

Every time I return to Lakeland weather for a few days or weeks I always find time to stop for a healthy portion of fried gizzards.The staff are always friendly and happy to serve you. The casual atmosphere allows a relaxed feeling where you will usually see someone you know.With more large screen tv’s than a Las Vegas casino sports are a great way to spend time enjoying one or two in your party or a dozen.

Best wings in Lakeland bar none. Great service and friendly staff (shoutout to Jackie!). I’ve been to every re-encarnation of Winner’s Circle for years now chasing those House Hot Wings. Finally glad they have brick and mortar to call home. Do not pass on a chance to visit!

Not gonna lie, the wings are good. The sauce was a little on the watered down side as all of it was on the bottom of the basket and not on the wings. Just suggesting that It needs to be thicker so it stays on the wings......Also saw a bartender clean the bar with her washrag then use the same washrag to dry off a beer pitcher she just cleaned so she could use it for a customer. Do not think she realized what she did but Id say thats a bit unsanitary.....Willing to give this place another shot though. Think I came on a off night.

This place has excellent hot wings and plenty of space. The large tables are good for celebrations. Would be 5 stars with some more local craft beers on tap!

Bar atmosphere. They have regular live shows and TVs going everywhere. I wouldnt classify this place as a place to drink craft beer, but their chippy wings are spectacular. Definitely some of my favorite wings in town.

Absolute BEST WINGS you can find in Lakeland with any sauce to meet your liking! I highly recommend the Cinnamon Toast Crunch sauce! Don’t knock it till you try it! Just sayin!

Great food, great server, great place. Only thing thats ehhh is the long wait for everything. 2 servers for about 60 guests is probably 2 to few. But from what I see of the regular crowd, any way ypu can increase $$ for anyone from server to owner, you gotta take advantage of what you can.

I was picking up an order to deliver for Postmates. Took me 20 minutes to get there. The order wasnt ready. They made it after I got there. So I texted the customer I was waiting on his order still. He must have called up there somebody was yelling at them on the phone.Then I finally got my order and was able to deliver it. Customer was mean to me so they must have lied to him on the phone my experience with this place is a zero not a one

Winners Circle has some great food. Wings, burgers, Phillies, everything is quite good. The server whats really good. Its a Sports Bar, so it is quite noisy but thats the bar for you.

The picture on the left is what we ordered. The picture on the right is what we got. This is inedible and was for my one year old grandson.We now have to have the seat of our vehicle cleaned as well, because the wings were not packaged properly and spilled grease and sauce all over.We messaged the restaurant, they read it but never replied. We have eaten here so many times but we will never come back. This is absolutely awful customer service.

I absolutely love this place. Dr Vern and staff is great. There is only a couple waitress I think need to be retrain on customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for a beer. Order it at the table. But other than that it was awesome place

Great wing house...yes, but so much more to offer. Get their app so you can order pizza, burgers, wings, all kinds of bar food for pick up and earn points for cool perks. Cold beer on tap and by the bottle as well as mixed and well drinks. Check their calendar for events like live bands, comics and karaoke. Normally my favorite place for a good burger. Tonight, however, was a disaster. Service was very slow. It wasnt our waitress, the kitchen was slow. 45mins later we get our burgers and mine is wrong. I almost didnt say anything, but when I asked the waitress if she entered it correctly she said she did, so I had them take it back. 20mins. later and as my guests were slowly finishing their dinner, I received mine. The burger was great, but the bun was sopping wet to the point it was dripping and the platter was soaking wet from grease. Again, I almost didnt say anything. I hate being that kind of person or being perceived that way, but Im not paying for something Im not going to eat. I took one bite and lost my appetite. I cant stand soggy bread.Long story short all the manager offered to do is recook my meal to go or take it off my bill. At that point, I wasnt waiting for any length of time and I went home hungry. Our waitress was great and she even offered to buy me a beer on her. I declined, but the offer meant more. Im flabbergasted that our entire dinner wasnt comped. A restaurants simplest task is to prepare and serve customers food and Winners Circle was a massive failure at its most basic function.Edit for the owner: Lets try this again because I see how gung-ho you are to bash honest reviews from customers you dont like. That or you dont know how to read. Read my review again. I did talk to a manager and she did nothing. Ask your waitress. Skinny brunette with a nose ring. Sunday night. What should I have done? Have your cooks fail at a hamburger and fries for a 3rd time? I waited for over an hour for a hamburger when you werent even that busy. Your manager needed to ask me if she should take the food I didnt eat off my tab?I know reading isnt your strong suit, so maybe you should ask someone to read this to you. You can edit a review here. Ive had you as 5 stars for years. Ive been a customer for at least 10 years and the simple fact is your restaurant has been going downhill for a while now. Im sorry 2 stars hurt your feelings so much, so I fixed it. Im sure youll respond with a temper tantrum like you do to everyone who criticises your restaurant instead of actually fixing the issue. My boyfriend got chicken gizzards and they were bad. Your staff needs to check dates more often. They were sent back because they were hard and grey not good. Chicken wings looked like chunks of chicken, not what we expected. Dont think we will be back.

Rating as a one because there is no zero! There tonight with my daughter and son in law having a great time and got shushed by a server and then by the owner. That is why their parking lot is nearly empty on a Friday night. Worst experience I’ve had in more than a decade. They will be out of business soon.

I ordered the chicken philly sandwich to go tonight. This was by far the best chicken philly sandwich I have ever eaten. My friend had the Texan burger and said it was delicious. I tried a pint of Lakeland Brewing Companys One Eyed Revenge while I was waiting. I was impressed. I will definitely be back for food and am planning on visiting Lakeland Brewing Company as well.

I come to Winner Circle every Wednesday night to play bingo and trivia. The wait staff all know me and what I want to drink before I even sit down. Also Dr.Vern is awesome because it make it fun to play trivia and bingo. The owner is very nice man also.

Hands down, the best sports bar in Lakeland. Not only are their wings amazing, but the chef salad is bg enough for a family of 4. Most servers know me by name, know what I am ordering and even ask about my family. Home of Friday night comedy. I simply call it Home.

Went over there 1st time today cuz I saw on FB there was an event of arcade, but there was just a guy there playing games all by himself! I asked one of the waitress about it and she didnt really give much info either. Anyways my expectation of the event was not met at all!

Was there for the Michael Winslow show. It was amazing. Both Michael with his sound effects, and the comedian that opened for him were absolutely amazing. Winners Circle has some wonderful comedians from time to time, and they are very good.

Burgers were outstanding. Kim gave us excellent service at the bar. The best place to watch Syracuse basketball games.

Skip the chains. Great selection of appetizers. The wings are fantastic, as well as the rest of the menu. I love the philly cheesesteak as a wrap.

Dive bar, waitress was cute and bubbly, little unsure of menu items. Drinks are strong and soda was flat, but bottle beer was cold. Fast service !
