This was my first time going and I had it was GREAT!! I was able to book day-of and was greeted kindly and taken back to my room. Demi gave me an amazing and thorough massage, and I left feeling great! She was very professional and kind, and kept checking in to see if I was alright with the pressure. Hot rocks were included in the massage and they gave me a water at the end! Definitely will come back here!

I suffer from chronic back and neck pain. I try to self care as much as possible but it always needs the additional help. I regularly go for acupuncture and it helps deter the spasms. Ive been looking for at least a decent and good deep tissue massage for more than 6 years!!!Im relieved (no pun intended) to have found Belmont Shore Spa. Nancy is by far the best deep tissue Ive had! Pressure is on point and relaxing, especially when she worked the complimentary hot stones. Plus they offer affordable rates and specials.I will be returning as often as I possibly can.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Ive been seeing Mike for the last 7 years. I see him at least once a month and he is beyond amazing. The pricing is awesome and being on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, its nice to know youre getting the best of the best. Not gonna lie, one of my favorite parts is getting a bottle of water and a Hershey chocolate at the end.♡♡♡

Nancy gave me an amazing massage and I was able to be seen same day for a MUCH NEEDED 90 minute massage therapy session. I have been dealing with chronic shoulder pain this past year and Nancy did a wonderful job focusing on the areas I needed help in and she made me feel comfortable. Very affordable price with a great masseuse. Included hot towels, hot stones, and a mix of massage technique. Tip well!Parking available in the back

I visited this place on 1.6.23, and I would like to share my experience.The good: Prices and service are reasonable. The place is clean and well taken care of.The bad: Parking is virtually impossible to find. However, we were able to park inside a garage, which I think is for employees only.The ugly: Wife canceled 1 appointment out of two about 20 mins before appointment, and this is when things went wrong.Strike 1: The scheduler got super mad. Even though my wife explained that her period had just started. She gave my wife a bad attitude anyway.Strike 2: They took me into a room where I waited for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. I felt like she was taking things out in me.Strike 3: The lady working on my body said she had left some marks and I did not make a big deal, but when I got home, I saw a nasty scratch. (See pics).I rate business frequently and take into consideration many factors such as customer service, pricing, parking, quality of goods, etc. I rate this place low because of bad customer service and a horrible attitude.Be aware...

It was very easy to get in that very day. I walked in and signed in and immediately got an extra 15 min. added on to my 60 min. massage because my birthday was a few months ago. Diana was very nice and helpful. Michael did my massage and was very good. I give him a 9 out of 10. The pressure was great and he was very thorough. I especially liked that the kept one hand on the whole time. Some massage therapists dont do this anymore and that is just not very professional. I love the idea that if you pay cash you earn points for additional minutes. That is cool. I didnt give a 5 (or a 10) because Ive traveled the world and have had some of the most amazing massages on the planet. Im way too spoiled this way. All in all this was my best massage in Long Beach the past two years...I will be back and look forward to getting my next massage at Belmont Shore Spa.

Dropped in for a deep tissue massage, and mentioned to focus on my shoulders right at the start. If this is considered “deep tissue”, it’s the lightest of touch - I’ve had deep tissue massages across OC and in various countries, this is at best a typical spa “pleases don’t apply too much pressure” type of massage - a hand glide at best.Rates wise - seem reasonable initially till you see the multiple signs at the counter stipulating a MINIMUM 25% tip.I saw the look of disappointment when I tipped 25% for the mediocre massage, which begs the question if these therapist are even reasonably allocated the base price to begin with. I left with a feeling that this is one of the many places riding on the insane tipping train we find ourselves in right now in this country. Also note, the minimum gratuity is not listed on the webpage.

Im very pleased with my experience at Belmont spa. My masseuses name was Kim i believe. She did a fantastic job on me and really took her time to please me. She really focused on healing my sore points and I felt so relaxed and soothed. The staff was very sweet. Prices are fair. I had a wonderful experience here ♥️. I will be back. Thank you ♥️

Hands down the best place to get a full body massage, I go once maybe twice a month if Im lucky and get all my tension massaged out! The technique they use is amazing from hot stones, hot towels and how they massage from top of your head to bottom of your feet.. Dont hesitate just book! They even started a reward system where you can earn extra minutes on your massage just ask !!! Great deal! Thank you Belmont Spa! Loyal customer

Ive been here a few times now. Absolutely no complaints. Teddy was fabulous, stretched me in addition to the massage. Ive been to two other therapists here and they were just as good! They offer a cash discount and accept insurance. Highly recommend!

Clean and simple and VERY affordable. There are no rooms... you are separated by curtains but it still feels private. I love that the hot stones are part of your massage. Just tell your therapist what you need to have worked on. Most are VERY Intutive. The pricing allows my husband and I to go 2 to 3 times a month. Everyone is very good. You just have to find the right person for you. They are very accommodating on setting up appointments that fit our schedules. I guess you could say that we are proud regulars now.

We’ve been coming here for years. Best massage spa with excellent customer service and rates. We do the 90 minute therapy and it’s the best. We always leave here feeling like a million bucks.

Terrible service. They dont honor the appointment times that they make. They do not communicate procedures to new clients. Passive aggressive behavior and unfriendly. Not a good experience.

AMAZING!! Id heard good things about this place, so I gave it a try. Sony gave me one of the BEST massages Ive EVER HAD! He was attentive and sensitive to my needs! ...Asked me if I wanted him to focus on any part of the body. I told him my back and shoulders & he did a fantastic job! Even with a focus on the back, he still managed to get my neck as well. And what a value!! Only $35 for an entire hour! Hot oil & hot stones too! What a nice touch! I will definitely be back!

BEST PLACE FOR A MASSAGE!! I work as a server at a restaurant and have severe neck, shoulder and back pains from carrying heavy food trays. I came here for my first time and Tammy was able to make me feel brand new! She easily found all the places I had knots without me having to tell her. Definitely coming back!

Great price for a 90 minute hot stone massage. not a fancy interior but a good location with parking in the back. the staff are friendly and the male masseuse was able to see me right away!

What an absolute gem this spa is - perfect for the veteran massagee who is comfortable with ones self and LOVES massages. The staff is excellent, scheduling is a breeze, and we visit EVERY time were in the LB.

So amazing and professional! My girlfriend was in town visiting from New Orleans and really wanted to get a massage. It was so last minute so many places couldnt take us. I looked this place up and they fit us in. This was my friends first massage ever so I was nervous to try a new place because I didnt want her first massage to be a bad experience. Honestly, Im so glad I took her here. I was very pleased with the service and you cant beat the price. Diana is so sweet and accomodating, and her staff is a reflection of her. Had great massage. Although they got a late start (about 10 minutes) I was still given a full 60 minutes. Place was clean, and massage was great. I will be back...often!

This is a cute, lil place and the staff here have the biggest hearts ever. Good vibes! And all they want to do is relieve your pain or remove your stress! Yes, its smart to make an appointment ahead of time because they are always busy! This is a place where you go in, get your massage and then go home feeling tons better :) There is relaxing music and there are rows of massage beds, separated by curtains on all sides....the staff will tell you which number is yours. There are hooks to hang up your clothes. Even though this place is busy, it is very quiet! Everyone is too busy relaxing and getting their kinks out!I went in for the $36 massage for 55 mins. Julia was my therapist on July 27th and she asked me what type of massage I wanted and I told her not too deep,not too soft, just a medium touch. Ahhhh it was very relaxing and the complimentary hot stones was the best! Thanks Julia, I feel sooo much better!I definitely will go back soon!

Made appointments as a Christmas treat for my husband and I for today at 10AM...based on a friends rave reviews! At 10:15 we left because it still wasnt open and no one answered the phone. We were finally called a few minutes later as we were driving home. The person calling us was surprised we wanted to cancel our appointments...We were on a tight schedule today and couldnt return. I know things happen, but we werent offered a discount for now or in the future or anything. The only comment was, Oh, so you want to cancel your appointments? Ummm...YES - no one was there!

Soooo delish. My masseuse Tony, spent a lot of time on the knots in my neck. The shop was simple but super comfy. I have already booked my return trip. You should always treat yourselves!

Price is perfect and 8 out of 10 masseuses there are great, so chances are you will have a good experience. They have made some upgrades inside to increase privacy, which i like, and I never wait long for an appointment.

My boyfriend and I went for Valentines day and it was not pleasant. Our massages were very rough and we left there with scratches on our body. Not sure if they were wearing rings or just had long nails...

I am highly knowledgable on muscle anatomy and beyond capable of giving massages far beyond most. to bad i cant give myself a massage....they have a nice environment and thats it. i give them less then no stars for a rating(the only reason it says 1 star is because i had to select at least one to publish this)....there lucky i even paid them. I wanted a deep tissue massage and all i got was a pain full bone massage, every area that should not be pushed on was. they have not the slightest clue on muscle anatomy and how to work into the deep layers of muscle and tissue. To say im not happy with there service is an understatement. I would not recomend this place to anyone unless you enjoy painfull jabs to your bone and spine and possible injury after. I wouldnt go back if they paid me double what they charge. i left feeling sore and if i wasnt a bodybuilder i would have serious damage to my upper areas of my back. Worst place ive ever been to. I should have left without paying. i left feeling incredibly sore and angry.

Ive been a customer here for about 10 years, if not longer, back when it was King and Queen Spa and Ive always get a quality massage that makes me feel like jell-o afterwards. I highly recommend it.

Love this place, been here a few times over the years and I have not found a better place than this. Staff is always super friendly and will let you sleep for a while if you happen to doze of during your session. I even went a few times during my pregnancy, they were life saver for my aching back.

This is a really great stop for an affordable quick massage. if you have a special need you must ask for it. expect to pay no less than $10 in tip to your technician.

I first went here with my neighbor for my migraines from Aliso Viejo and Tina was the best I’ve ever had compared to any five star spa the massage out weighed all the fancy stuff. Oh and for sure the price $60 for and hour and half 😴
