Marvelous customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️This store has the Best Deals!! around town 🏙and always got deals for some vape 2 for $30. They have everything here and all different types of bong/pipes and hookahs here!!🔥🔥🔥 It’s very up to date on all the new tabaco and vape. They even got stuff I never knew about to smoke better and air freshener too!!! It’s very organized and clean!! U can see all the items perfectly!! Even got snack for the munchies and cheap too!!💸💸💸 I definitely ❣️recommend any smoker🌬 of any kind to stop by at the Vape Master & Smoke Shop!! ;)

Decent inventory, high prices, typical grumpy and disengaged owner. Cant people who know the product own these stores by now? Its got a goldmine as a location but the vibe is uninviting and the owner would rather take off for ten minutes than hire anyone. Heaven forbid. No need to return here.

Vape Master Is the best place in Long Beach for anything smoking related. The guys there are so sweet and always reasonable. You dont see many people around long Beach, especially business owners and workers that have respect and this spot definitely has that. I recommend this shop to everyone I meet!! Mike was very helpful, good suggestions on juices according to my preferences. He even steered me away from wasting money on something that didnt suit my needs. Could have just taken my money but he cares about repeat business. We will be back!

I wish you guys would answer the phone number that is listed here rather than forwarding it every single time as I left my wallet there on a road trip and trying to get in contact with someone for the last couple days.

Bought what seems to be a fake brass knuckles battery. Didnt last more than a week. Went in to see if I could get it replaced or something but the 3 dollars off discount towards a new battery just didnt seem right. I had to walk away with no battery. Wont be coming back unless its a super emergency. Was my favorite shop close by too. #f

Came the very next day to politely ask to exchange a grape soda small bang stick that died way to soon and dude said hed text (the guy that sold me the faulty equipment and to come the very next day. Well it wasnt handled proffesionally and wont come back.

Very friendly owner and staff- they have good deals- their selction ofVape juice is low right now but they have good mix and mods- they also have high quality hookas and tobbaco. I am there once a week for my vape supplies.

Its Monday at 10:45 am. I am looking for vape juice, a bunch of accessories and maybe a new piece of glass depending on what they have..but they arent here. Hours are posted 9am to 9pm. I tried calling, no answer.Guess well be going elsewhere 😕
