Worst service Ive had at any business period. The previous customer coming out was out right complaining about paying for 30 minutes and the service only going 20 minutes, so I should have left then. So the service started and 10 minutes into it a new customer walked in, the lady left the room, head her talking to the new customer and the new customer said he had called and reserved service at the same time I was in the room. So the lady then came back in said something about time and left the room again. Laying there 15 minutes, still the lady had not returned. Never would I ever believe that I was pushed and the lady gave priority to the appointment. After that realization, got my things and left. Never going back. Just HORRIBLE.

Lisa was very nice and they had immediate availability. Fair prices and the massage was good. They dont take the groupon anymore or online appointments. It was very clean and serene.

Made a pre paid appointment through ClassPass and when I arrived 15 mins early to the appointment they did not honor the massage that was already paid for. But if I no showed the appointment I get charged $65. I would give 0 if I could.

Wife and I are regulars here. If it’s your first time coming here, it *is* a different experience. No frills massage start to finish but you get the whole entire hour.Wife and I exclusively come here to see Lisa and Jon, I get Lisa, who every time, utilizes her whole body (Hand, Elbows, Knees, and Toes…6-8 point massage) on top of you for a portion. Wife prefers Jon’s strong hands and style. She’s never felt uncomfortable at any point during his massage and he’s very respectful of the fact he’s male.If you’re looking for a spa experience, this might not be the place. If you’re looking for a full, hour long, front and back massage experience, we’ve found nothing better for the price. Keep an open mind for their setting/technique and it’s very enjoyable.

The most bizarre massage experience ever. A women checked me in and showed me to a room and just left. So I laid on the table expecting her to come back. A man came in and laid a beach towel on me and attempted what I wouldn’t even call a massage. He just pushed on random spots on my back. I was already uncomfortable as I would’ve preferred a female for personal reasons. He also clearly had no training in massage. After 10 minutes of the intense awkwardness and realizing it wouldn’t get better, I just told the man I wasn’t feeling well and got up and left. There was no oil, just random pushing over a beach towel. I’m still confused at the experience.

They have massages on Groupon but are unwilling to accept them as form of payment when you go in for the scheduled massage. Unacceptable.

My wife and I just got thirty minute massage from here. They charged $43 and we both were hurting more after we left from laying on the hard table. We both only asked for neck, shoulders, back and arms. I kept kept asking for more pressure but never felt a pressure change. Wife said hers was not good pressure and he never addressed her neck at all. My pressure was so weak and her hands were shaking so I asked if she was okay. She did not address my neck, forearms, hand/wrist either. They were very nice but this is the second time I have tried them and I don’t think we will be back. We can’t afford to do this often and we feel like we just blew $86 bucks when we could have just had a nice dinner instead.

Getting in was difficult…the correct door is marked employees only and the front door from the lobby was locked, so we ended up coming in through the back door. Awkward. The staff was nice, but communication was sparse which added awkwardness. Luckily we’d had massages before, otherwise we’d not have know when the woman left us alone in the room that we were to get undressed to our comfort level. Usually I’ve undressed and laid on the table under a sheet, but there was no sheet here, only a towel to lay on, and a towel folded at the bottom of the table. We used the folded towel to cover ourselves, and the staff brought sheets when they entered. That situation felt really inefficient and made me wonder why they would not simply provide the sheet immediately. There was a man and woman masseur, but there was no discussion of which masseur each of us would prefer. I prefer a lighter massage whereas my boyfriend prefers a deeper massage. But I was assigned the male who was frequently too rough, and my boyfriend assigned the female who confirmed he wanted a deep massage but did not deliver. The first time the male pumped oil into his hands, a huge glob of it landed in my hair, which I’ve never before experienced (I’m guessing because it’s pretty easy to avoid), and I found an annoyance as it meant I would have to make time to wash my hair when I got home (as a busy mom of two, finding time to shower can be a chore). They must not have had anyone to cover the front, because the female actually left my boyfriends massage to go speak with someone who walked in. I found that to be unprofessional. I understand being understaffed, but feel leaving after the massage commences to assist someone else completely inappropriate. As a customer I would be fine seeing a closure sign on the door letting me know when I could come back to inquire, and I’m unsure why they did not avail themself of that option. My boyfriend said his masseuse did not start massaging him until about ten minutes after I’d been started as she was getting things together, arranging things etc. I think a professional would have all that ready for a scheduled appointment - we were not a walk in. The massage was mediocre at best. They did the forehead stress points but not in the correct spots, the hand and feet massages were brief and unremarkable. He did my back pretty well, but when I asked him to focus more on my lower back, he spent a fair amount of time at my upper back before going back to my lower, where I have intense pain I’m doing physical therapy and injections to treat. And we could not understand the staff well, seemingly because of a language barrier. Even “turn over” took us a couple attempts before we understood what they said. Nice staff, but we won’t be going back.

Got a couples massage and the lady doing my massage was definitely not doing a good job my back felt worse after and I lost feeling for almost an hour in my left arm/ hand the massage also caused my jaw to chatter for most of the massageShe even at one point got on the table put her knees into my back and began rocking very aggressively back and forth which did nothing but hurt my spineThe place was not clean I was given a pillow during part of the massage that had what looked like a blood stain on itI do not recommend this place and will not be going back

Is this place pretty? No. Do you get fine linens? No. Do you get an EXCELLENT massage? YAAAAAASSSSS. The price is ridiculously cheap for one of the best massages I have had since Costa Rica. Period.
