My favorite smoke shop in town. Always good prices and the staff is always friendly. The guy with the cool mustache and long hair helps me out and hes always super friendly!

Customer service was okay. Very plain bland answers, ( I dont know, that what I carry was give for questions that were asked. No comments concerns and advice!!! Prices are there, but rather pay more for better customer service relating to the products. Not the first time, Ive known better so I should have just went to bear necessities, as usually. I thought I gave another chance!! Not again 😞

I brought my friend here. She has trouble communicating and we were just so impressed with the your staffer. She offered several options and was very patient. There was a a problem with my friends debit card, the staffer continued to be patient and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks. A new go to location for us.

See this little guy? I made this little guy a few months back when it was ran by an amazing individual. I willingly paid an extra $1.28 per pack of American Spirits just for good conversation and great customer service. He never sold me anything I didnt want or need, but always found things I wanted or needed.Now they are under new ownership. The new kid in there has manners gained from a shampoo bottle. He is very much American, but speaks English as well as those in Idiocrocy. Rude, bad conversation and NO CARE for my needs. I wish I could go into that store and snatch this bear right off the wall. They really dont deserve to have it, but I really dont want to go jail for being an Indian giver. Do I even have that right as a partial Native American?

I bought a vape less then 14 hours ago I tested it in the store hit fine and now it’s non stop hitting by its self and the most they can do is 25% after I just spend 30+ on a vape this place is trash everyone gives atleast 24 hours and if it defective you can go and get it replaced never buying from this store again never buy a vape from here there cheap and most likely will start hitting by itself

Not satisfied at all. Out 25 dollars with something I can’t use. Was very rushed in the store and got nothing out of the experience will never be coming back here

Very helpful! Ive been stopping at different smoke shops recently hunting for a replacement for my favorite vape flavor that is no longer being sold. With lots of money being spent, my glove compartment is filling up with brand new vapes ( minus 2 hits ) that i prefer not to smoke. Once I told the counterperson my deal, they wasted no time in picking a great vape, and surprisingly cheap. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with something I enjoyed.

Nice shop with a huge selection of pipes. Seriously tons of glass at all price levels so there’s something for everyone. We bought a couple of really nice hand blown water bubblers and a couple of small glass pipes. The service was great as was the quality. Nice to see a local shop supporting a local glass blower. Will definitely shop here again next time we visit!

Dont buy a silicone dab rig for 19.99 and then upgrade to a banger for 19.99 extra. And do it twice like me. Lol literally do not even function. Like not even a little bit. Completely useless rigs. 60$ basically wasted on novelty rigs. More sad than ever buzz kill!!

Kind of an akward experience, I went in twice yesterday 1st time I needed coils and juice and saw a vape they had I have been considering ordering online but decided against it at that moment, the guy helping me at the time was okay. The second time I went in that afternoon was to purchase the vape as my old one is just needing replaced and I had the time might as well, the original guy was still there along with another one who was the one helping me this time I went to look at the vape and asked if I could see it and he just stood there and then said I think so we only have the display open thats fine I just want to hold it see if I like how it feels in my hand I asked what colors were available and while he pulled them to see it was slow and overall felt like Hed rather be doing anything else, I bought the vape took it out in my truck and it said atomizer missing so I went back in to see why brand new he didnt help at all just said its probably the sticker on the coil it should come off and stood there watching me figure it out, acted like he would refuse to touch it. As a somewhat inexperienced vape buyer it was just uncomfortable to have someone not interested in helping as the lady who helped me buy my first last yr had no issues taking it out and showing me how it worked or any of the other guys who have helped me previously when I had questions. I like the vape but its all about the customer experience for me especially trying to learn and already being somewhat embarrassed its nice to leave feeling more knowledgeable not like Im being laughed at when I walk out I like going in and having a great experience not a super uncomfortable one I usually go to a different store in greeley for the sadboy juice when Im there in town but this store is close to me and Its a bummer I dont feel like its worth coming back to.

The best! The young lady that helped me this evening was just wonderful. So helpful and friendly. I had a plethora of questions looking for some items for a friend and received a very high level of service. Great store, excellent staff, fantastic music, and the best vibes! My new spot!

The customer service here is unbeatable. Every time I walk in, I feel like Im visiting friends. Theyre very welcoming and glad to see you when you stop in. They are also VERY competitively priced. I kick myself everyday for not stopping in here sooner. I bought a vaporizer at another store a few months ago only to learn I could have bought a newer better model here for a much better price. I recommend this place to everybody.

Was very helpful with finding the glass steam that i needed. however, the guy who helped the next time i came in for Shisha tobacoo for a hookah didnt know much about it, but they had lots of flavors

They always have what I need and if they run out they get it back in stock pretty fast and they have the best prices by far out of everybody! At least for what I get that is.

This place is my ultimate fave shop to go. They have a great selection, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable even though Im not. And if you have a problem, they take care of it. They do care for their customers. Thank you for being awesome.

I usually have a good experience here but I went and purchased 3 puff bar plus and 2 out of the 3 didn’t work and they don’t give refunds but let you buy another at 50% off not sure why an exchange can’t happen but 2 out of the 3 not working?!? I spend a decent amount of money probably won’t be buying from here again.

Wow, this place is a effing joke. I was browsing around and looking for something to help me out with my probation. Saw an item and purchased it. And noticed that I had bought the wrong item and ask the gentleman to exchange, and He said all sales are final. I had not even touched the product yet. If youre looking for a bunch of d-bags that will take your money go here. If you want good service and a clean place that doesnt have ants and roaches crawling all over go somewhere else. SMH.

Sweet little spot with quality product beyond the norms. KDyn was super helpful as well as knowledgeable and I walked out content on many levels. I have a feeling Im stopping in again sometime soon and Im only here on business for a week or so. Appreciate you guys

This is actually my favorite Vape place to go overall anywhere! Great selection with a good variety on pricing, my personal favorite juice theres only $10 which is hard to find anywhere nowadays! On top of that, management is always willing to work with you, I even bought some scratch and dent bongs for cheap one time! Overall, passionate people about what they do that think outside the box and will work with you if you have a budget in mind... Cant ask much more than that!

Has a selection of pipes but nothing that I couldn’t live without. Got a pipe and it’s a pretty piece.

The puff bars taste like chemicals and dont last long, I bought a water nectar collector and I found out it was cracked in the middle filter that kept the water inside and then I went to try it anyways and it cracked after heating it up it wasnt even red hot or that hot so I go to take it back and they say they cant do anything, such a rip off after being a returning customer they cant even return something that was broken before let alone they shouldnt be selling broken pieces

Always quick, in and out. Have always been given great recommendations by all staff. Was looking to give up cigarettes last fall. They recommended the Smok Novo2 and exactly what I was looking for in juice flavor (tobacco menthol). Have been tobacco free 8 months now, and dont shop anywhere else.

Impulse bought a new vape (Smok Nord 4) that was really similar to the one I already own (Smok RPM 80) because the dude told me the airflow was better, adjustable, and there was a 30 day return period. The Nord 4 leaks juice worse than my past few Smoks and fires in my pocket a lot more often so Ive been less than impressed. Went back with receipt 5 days later and got told they only do exchanges if the item is broken.edit to respond to owner: Hi Nalena. I appreciate the offer but Im over it. The whole situation made me feel as though I had been taken advantage of to sell a vape. Bear Necessities might need $40 that bad, but I dont.

Dont buy the quick fix plus! Got a bad batch and they know it, i had a bad experience where i ended up buying one that was no good, brought it back and they gave me a discount on a new one, BUT THAT ONE WAS BAD TOO! Brought that one back within the same hour and the guy said i guarantee that isnt bad, i go through that stuff like crazy but when i told him to open one off of the shelf, guess what, A THIRD bad bottle... he gave me $15 and laughed about his bad product.. rubbed me wrong, so ill take my business to a more headdy shop

I would drive up here from Denver to buy supplies. In fact when I lived in Denver I did drive up here. I mean they are a smoke shop, sure... but they are also people who care about what they are doing, and about their customers and their prices. Local glass, affordable everything, and they are never to good to help anyone.

I live in Fort Collins now and i still drive down to this shop when I need or want something! Mike is an amazing business owner and his employees are all extremely nice and helpful! Such a great smoke shop, highly reccomended!

We had a great time camping, other than all the muddy roads from a rain storm that day it was a great time.

So I was a traditional cigarette smoker and have recently started smoking disposable vape pens. That started getting pricey so I decided to look into rechargeable vapes pens. Lovelands finest smoke shop bar none! I have searched for a place that will have what I need at the lowest price, Bear Necessities fits the bill.. I think the customer service is always 5 star service! The selection of artistic Glass is super feels & looks like an Art gallery.. Be ready to show an ID if your a younger person as the legal standard as well as the moral standard is held high.

This place is incredible. Im a vape smoker and its nearly impossible to find a flavor that isnt like smoking fruit loops unless I want to smoke tobacco flavor (eww). The owner was patient and took quite a while to get a good fit for me. When I needed a new vape he was willing to let me return the first one since it was too complicated for my needs. Thats something Ive never experienced. Usually its not returnable regardless of the reason. Truly I cant say enough about the owner. Hes the kind of guy that values hi customers over all else.

Rude not very helpful this woman was slamming my stuff around cause I refused to by a certain coil for my vape mod wont ever come here again she charged me 15$ for anbox of 3 smok vape coils never paid that much been buying them for 7$ a box of 3 not sure about the pricing though to be honest just the rudeness of this woman!!!
