I 100% recommend this place!! Always so nice, best prices, AND always always always helps me answer questions about any products without hesitation. I’ve tried over 100 shops throughout Texas, and I’ve never found a better store!!

I’m not trying to convey a negative review bc this is a good store. Rather posting this in hopes that whoever has anything to do with ordering sees this. MIT 45 GO isn’t sold out. Your Amarillo locations have been selling them for weeks again now bc they are using a few different distributors and are getting consistent on time orders. There are other distributors with comparable, if not better prices. Y’all got boxes in at your location like 2 months ago and they sold out super fast and have been sold out again for like 7 weeks. Please consider at least looking at another vendor. It’s just a particular vendor. It’s my favorite product.

D (thee gentleman that helped me out) is an amazing asset and very helpful on making decisions for the best interest for the customer.

Well let me start off by saying.......That I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to my Geek Vape (Zeus max)with the coils and batteries and all that stuff!!! So I Went in one night around 9:30pm and Brenna & cory knew exactly what I needed and they installed it andeven got me a new glass & replaced my coil!!! They could have laughed at me and made me feel like a complete idiot but they told me exactly what I needed I paid for it they put it all back together... Brenna and Cory are freaking awesome.. Their knowledge and experience is beyond words!!!! By chance if there boss gets to read this those two employees need a raise ASAP!!! Overall five-star atmosphere 5-star service!!!!! This will be the store I go to from now the Texas tech location off of university!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place isnt the same as it once was. All the employees seem to be to good to be helping you. They are usually just talking oungs themselves; most likely making fun of customers.. at least this is the vibe they give off. And the cost seems to have increased a lot. Its been awhile since I stopped by and with me leaving now wondering what to hell happen to the place seals the deal for me, I wont be back.

You better know EVERYTHING about the device you want. Including how it affects your lungs.After purchasing a vape recommended by this shop, I used it for about a week and decided I didnt care for the low battery life, juice-guzzling, and harshness on my throat and went back to return it. Got told that it still works and Im stuck with it. Warranty only covers damaged items but customer satisfaction is completely absent. Im supposed to already know that this thing is gonna die four times a day, will randomly not spark, and feels like Im drowning every time I hit it, on a device recommended in your shop? Ill go elsewhere.

Always have the best experience here! I went today and Vicky helped me, I told her my budget and what I was looking for and she helped me get exactly what I wanted within my budget. I was worried I was gonna be a bother since I didn’t exactly know what I wanted, but she was super sweet and definitely made me feel welcome! Give her a raise!

The staff really came through for me tonight & arriving right at close, they let me in to get service & the blessing I recieved to have another day without pain from their kratom is truly appreciated more than they know. I like the chill not in your face sales style here. They give great recommendations because they really know their stuff and dont seem to be under pressure to make a commission. Good products.

Great shop, great service, decent prices. Elfbar in stock was fabulous, hopefully they can get some lower nicotine % in, currently only 5% salt nicotine.

I got a smoke odor spray can from here and when I went home I realized there was a defect in the product ( the can would not spray). I went back to the store just for the owner to tell the employees that they could not refund me or exchange the product despite this obviously being a malfunction from the company. So I basically lost my money. So beware when buying anything from them because if there is something wrong with it they won’t do anything to help you just scam you out of your money!

The best vape shop in lubbock! Went to every single vape shop looking for a replacement glass for my tank and they were the only ones that had it. Also got the drag 2 which was priced at $99. Everywhere else was 130+Only place i will go from here on out! Very friendly staff as well!

They have lower prices then Head Hunters, I’ll guve them that, but the glass quality is terrible, the employees were friendly but I don’t think they really know what they’re talking about, they’re just trying to push products and make cash. Just order online, it’s better, cheaper, and higher quality 90% of the time. Don’t waste your money here.

Huge selection, reasonable prices and the best staff of any shop Ive been to. Theres never any pressure to buy things and the people working here are incredibly helpful and friendly. My favorite shop to visit!

Went in there to exchange a $20 lighter for a different $20 lighter said they would give me strore credit, after I checked out they said there manager said they couldnt give me store credit. Lied directly to my face, after being a loyal customer for the past 2 months since Ive moved to lubbock.

Definitely awesome, dont recommend the 50th location over the others however its good too just that the staff is a lil green.Overall, LOVE green gorilla
