Amy is the most unprofessional hairstylist I have ever seen. She has no business doing anything when it comes to hair. She put “tape in” hair extensions for $675 which is a ridiculous amount of money for them. She then, was going to charge another insertion fee to add more hair because she did not order enough to begin with. She “color matched” and the hair is significantly off from my daughter’s actual hair. When asked what color it was so we could order more, she refused to tell us the color number. She should be ashamed of herself and that type of behavior and actions as that shows that she doesn’t care about her clients or is she at all looking out for them. Her responses to a 17 year old girl were even more unprofessional. I hope she doesn’t have children because she would be highly upset if they got responses and were treated the way my daughter was. So, Amy you can get on here and respond all you would like, and try to save face, and spin the version of what happened, but I have the bill to prove otherwise as well as several other stylist that are in shock of your work that yes, we are having to fix because you simply wanted to squeeze out every dime you could from a senior in high school. Hope you feel good about yourself because your work is not worth half of what you are charging. I would NEVER USE THIS SALON/STYLIST and I make sure to tell everyone who did her hair. You see your work is a walking advertisement and this one was a HUGE MISTAKE! And if you look at other reviews you will see that this is not the wrong Business.

This studio has been the best place that I’ve ever had the pleasure of cutting hair at!1.) D’Ann and Amy actively help their people with getting clients and business strategies2.) It is a very friendly and respectable environment3.) It is always clean4.) Great location in terms of traffic and safetyAll in all, it was a great experience. If there was an option for 10 stars I’d put 11!If you are looking for a spot to settle into, I would definitely check out L’Image Studio !!

I rent space at LImage Studios and enjoy the open relationship I have with the owners. They work with me to ensure my room is comfortable for my massage clients. I really like that they have a washer and a dryer so I can wash my sheets and towels on premise. Their rental prices are reasonable and competitive with other like studios.I have been there 3 years and will be signing another lease agreement in the next few weeks.

I did a day rent space for a week at Limage. EVERYONE over there was so welcoming. Danne made so many accommodations for me while I was there. I am so very appreciative that they made me feel comfortable 😌 I very much had buyers remorse for signing a lease at a different salon suite. I was only there for 3 days but there are several people that made a lasting impression on me in the best way possible. If you are looking for a new salon home temporarily or permanently I would 10 out 10 recommend Limage ❤️

I went there for straightening my hair but ended up doing Keratin treatment (150$ plus tips) but didnt get the result I wanted. They had provided me with wrong info but later they denied it . After that they agreed for Chi treatment( rhey made me pay for product only (100$). My hair is Asian hair with curls in back. After Chi treatment, I washed my hair after 3/4 days , my went back to my original form. I tried to reach out to them but they ignored me saying Chi straightening treatment isnt to make hair straight( then what is it for ? haha). I tried to contact them to fix it or atleast refund my money but they ignored me. I kept waiting for their reply but nothing .Overall I wasted 250$ plus 25$ tips. It is a fraud. Worst salon ever with worst service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I chopped my hair due to all heat damage. Trust me do not go there if you love your money and hair!( bad reviews are there for real due to worst service). I went there based on some good reviews but because of them now i find hard to trust any other salon. Both my money and hair is gone now. And they did nothing for me. DO NOT GO THERE!

I recently resigned my 4th lease at LImage Studio (going on 6 years. First 2 years I did day rate). It is a clean and professional atmosphere and the owners are very accommodating to all different phases of your career you may be in. I highly recommend checking them out whether you are looking for a station a couple times a month or a full time home to grow or maintain your business!

I had the privilege today to visit this salon! Immediately I was greeted and felt very comfortable being there. My Stylist was Amy and she was great! I also loved the beautiful jewelry they have.On top of the hair products they sell of coarse! Overall I was very pleased and will return!

This salon may not be suitable for experienced stylists, as it lacks the necessary accommodations. I would advise against visiting, particularly due to the perceived prejudice from the owners, Amy and Deann.

Thank goodness I found Kathy! She did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I came to her after another salon completely botched my hair and didnt give me the kind of cut I asked for. Kathy is so patient, extremely knowledgeable in what she does and a very talented hair stylist much to my luck. She not only offered me outstanding service but took her time with me and made sure I was 100% happy with my cut before leaving. She also taught me how to style my new haircut. Im never going anywhere else when it comes to my hair. About time I left a salon feeling this satisfied. Thank you so much Kathy =)

Solange is awesome! She always does my hair exactly how I wanted, and it always turns out great. Her prices are fair and affordable. Ive been going to her for almost a year now. And the styles last long. She is my go-to for braids!🥰❤️

I have gone to Amy for quite sometime but this last experience was by far the most unprofessional I’ve ever had. She missed a piece of my hair which made my right side longer. When I asked to come back in to fix, she made me wait over a week(even after sending a picture to show her the problem) and claimed I was fixing my hair wrong. Somehow this was my fault. Then refused to correct her error. I do NOT recommend her to anyone.

Solange in suite 10 is the best! My hair has been up for almost 6 months now. Just went back for a touch-up. She does an amazing job, and I love love love my hair!

So glad I found Kathy Jackson! She’s so talented, educated, and focused on providing you with not only the best service and quality products, but truly “serving” you. I went in Saturday wanting to continue taking my hair as blonde as possible and man did she work! My hair is bright, platinum, and it feels amazing. She’s so patient and values her client’s feedback and questions. I’ve had a few hairstylists in the past, but NONE like Kathy. I can’t recommend her enough.

So glad I chose this salon!Im a fussy, ex hairdresser with high expectations for my naturally curly hair. That being said, I followed the recommendation of total stranger (with gorgeous hair) and Im so glad that I did.My technician, Lisa Wariner, did not keep me waiting and immediately put me at ease with her confidence, professionalism and knowledge. Lisa proceeded to color, cut and style my hair in a very timely manner and the results were amazing! I not only left the salon with gorgeous hair but a lash lift as well.I appreciate a hairdresser that is considerate of my time and my desires while still making me feel fantastic. Lisa nailed it!

Very nice employees! Called and made an appointment, super quick and easy process. The cutest selection of jewelry, soaps, and etc in the front. I highly recommend Lisa (she did such a great job with my hair and was so kind). Would recommend!

Love Love Love Amy and Cat! Amy always does wonderful job on my hair, I change my mind often! My kids also LOVE her and refuse to let anyone else cut their hair! Cat has done my lashes 3 times now and they are amazing! Give them a try!

I got my hair cut by Tammara, it’s flawless! Service included washing and drying and was very affordable! She’s super friendly and walks you through what she’s doing. I would put my hair in her hands anytime now! I definitely trust her to make it look great!!! I’ve gotten several compliments already. :D

Love my new color from the Jack Winn Pro series, it covered all the gray and looks more natural. I love that my stylist Kathy Jackson is always educating herself on what is best for her clientele. My daughter has a special event coming up and its a big deal. We have had a few ok experiences and some not so great experiences with salons in the area. It’s hard to find the right salon and stylist for your needs. So, after lots of research and reading the reviews, we decided to give Cathy at L’Image Salon a try. We are so glad that we did!!! Her reputation proceeds her! Just read her reviews! She is talented and professional. She asked what we wanted, listened to our request, and delivered. Thank you so much Cathy for you excellence!! This is a wonderful place ran by great people. They are highly trained and highly experienced. Whether youre a man woman or kid. Ask for Amy or Deanne Amy does hair Deanne and does amazing massage. If your hairstylist looking for a place to do business they can also help you there at the studio. Family-run to the tee with perfection go see them you will be blessed.

I have gone to Hollie Rae Walsh three times now. One for just a shampoo and blow out and twice for color and highlights. She did a fantastic job every time. I highly recommend her. The salon is close to me and very well maintained. Give them a try.

Lash lift did absolutely nothing. When asked about why my lashes didnt lift I was told there was a J curl that I couldve done, but was never offered to me. Waste of 100$. Im extremely disappointed. Have glue all over both of my eyelids as well. Dont waste your money here on a lash lift, just use your lash curler at home for free!Jackie cut my hair and did an job though!

I’m one of Kathy’s eyelash Models and I just got my eyelashes done and they look amazing, she did an amazing job! She is super sweet and she really cares about what you are wanting. Highly recommend

Love, love, love this salon! I have thick, curly hair and usually all stylists dont want to take risk with my hair and just trim it for me rather than styling it. I walked in this salon for the first time and met Kathy Jackson and showed her a pic of short/bob hair style that i wanted to give a try. She was very friendly and approachable and gave me confidence that we can do it. She was very very very patient with my hair. I was there for about 4 hours and she gave me a fab hair style.She also educated me on how to take care of curly hair and maintain it .. !!! I am definitely going to her again and probably forever. Took my 4 year old for her first haircut. We had an appointment with Lisa and im a forever customer now. She was fantastic with my daughter, very friendly and thorough. Im very satisfied and will come again.

Went in for a blow out and conditioning hair. The lady that did my hair washed my hair without even putting in any conditioner. Telling me about some hair treatment that will be $30 on top of the $35 for the blow out. The treatment was basically just her applying some random hair products in my hair then blow out. The blow out looks so exactly like something I can do at home. And she ended up charge me $75 and I don’t even know where’s the $10 extra coming from. Will never come back!

This is the place where you want to bringing your hole family to. There ability to design hair is just amazing. Also group partys with same style was incredible. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service. Amy is the most professional hairstylist i have ever encountered.

Ashley was great. So far my brows look very dramatic. She spent a lot of time getting the color and shape I wanted. Im anxious to see the final product. If the process goes like she explained, my brows are going to look great.

Hollie did an amazing job, this is the 2nd time coming to her and getting my hair dyed purple and I love it!!! My natural hair color is dark brown close to black and she was able to lift my hair so the purple could stay. If you want to get color or get a haircut I recommend Hollie!

This place was very professional and clean! I saw Kathy who added layers and highlights in my hair. She was able to do exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend Kathy, she knows what she is doing and she is very professional.

I left my appointment with Amy heart broken. Days before my wedding it was not what I asked for. Not only not what I asked for I also paid $430 for this. She was very sweet but when I got in her chair I just wish she would have told me up front that she couldn’t complete what I was asking for in the time frame, the price, and also have inconsistent this color would be.

Cut, color, and great service what more could a girl ask for......and to top it off Kathy Johnson cut my moms hair also. My mom has always cut her hair herself and to make my mom happy is quite an accomplishment.....mom is kinda old school but now she is very up to date and she loves it!!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Tammara Traylor and Hollie rae. Tammara pays such special attention to your hair care to insure you look fabulous and walk away with healthy hair. Holly does great hair and spray tanning. Keep up the great work ladies, best cosmetologist in Texas.

I modeled for Lisa and she did a fantastic job. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about nail care. Highly recommend her for all your nail care needs.

This is listed as a Womens Clothing store and it is not. It is a hair salon. I have been coming here for many years and absolutely love the people. The salon is now in its new location and its gorgeous and fashion forward. The owner, Tonya, has been coloring and cutting my hair for many, many years and doing a fantastic job. Very little turnover here, also.

Tamara is very professional at what she does. We had her be our family stylist for my daughter’s quince and she was more than we expected. We love her so much and are glad we met her.

Mary Katherine Jackson is amazing! She has been doing my hair for years and always does awesome job. She always listens to what you want and makes it better.

I enjoy the atmosphere within the facility and the range of services under one roof. It is clean, friendly and the location is easy to access with plenty of parking.

Kathy Jackson is an awesome hair designer she highlighted my hair and it looks fantastic been looking for someone to do my hair and I am now Kathys customerfor life.

Didn’t really get what I wanted, and it was expensive. Went in for balayage highlights and it just blended with my hair with spotty blending had to go back for a fix, cozy atmosphere though, and they were somewhat friendly.

Limage studio is such an upscale, relaxing salon. I have been coming for many years, Amy and her colleagues are great at what they do.

Hollie is amazing. Been a while since a hairstylist actually listened to me and did an amazing job. I highly recommend her.
