Been going here for a while and I’ve had my good days and bad days but all around every trip is enjoyable and the customer service has always been very nice to me and I do get annoying lmao. Great place so check it out

I’ve tried going here to on several occasions when it says open and there closed up dark inside but the signs still in the window I’m so confused

This shop is awesome. Ive been to quite a few different shops in the past and our of all of them Jades is the best one by far. Great selection of top quality juice, mods, tanks and rdas. The best staff you could ask for very knowledgeable with their products and genuinely great people to talk to. Ive taken many friends here and all have had a great experience.

The service is nice and the staff is kind. They will do everything they can to help you and will give you good deals on the merchandise. Cheaper and easier than any other store in the area. Im usually an online shopper but the store is so nice that I want to support this awesome business. I also get rewards so you get something from putting your money in. Its the only local vape store I will use.

WOW! Today was my first time there. I couldnt get over this place. Its like a candy store for vapers. This is going to be my only store I ever go to again. Great selection, mods I have never seen, e-juice every place and looked like every kind. If you are thinking going here to look around stop thinking and just go. To be honest I left there a hour or so ago and I am already for my next visit. And as far as the prices I seen on items. Simply great.

Very large selection of premium juices and hardware. Some herbal items as well, but theres a head shop next door, so selection isnt too much. Staff is friendly and doesnt give off an elitest vibe that most shops give. I shop mainly online, but stop in every once in a while for coils. Theyre my go-to spot in Mansfield!

Jade vapor sold me a tank that they dont have replacement coils for. When I asked the employee if they had the coil she simply stated they were out. No mention of when they might be back in stock. I understand being sold out is out of their hands, but as a paying customer I expect a bit more effort on the customer service side.

I am not writing this cause I work there! I am writing this because this is the place where I have meet some amazing people! Without them there wouldnt be a Jade Vapor! I have been going there since it 1st opened back in 2013! The kindness and support to help me get off smoking was amazing! When I was offered a job I was though the roof! The customers I have meet are not just that they are family! We are all in this together to quit smoking! It doesnt matter what shop you go to! Every shop has something for everyone! Thats why its great to go shop hunting! All this negative isnt helping at all! If we dont ban together the FDA will have its way and in 2 years all shops will be closed! I have heard too many success stories to have that wasted! Keep shining guys! Keep supporting all local vapes wherever you are! And to our customers thank you for your support and love!

If it was not for Jade Vapors I would have no choice but to go back to the stinky sticks! I live in PA and because of the FDA my vape shop where I live is closing their doors October 1st. Jade Vapors left me know that they have a Web site and they could mail my order to me . The customer service is amazing and I get my product in a couple of days:) Thank you Jade Vapor!!!!

I will never go to a different vape store. I showed up at 7:45 thinking they closed at 8:00 and the place was locked up. The sign said that the place closed at 6:00, stupid me. Well there was someone inside who happened to see me and let me in. They had been closed for almost 2 hours! I shop at Jade often but Ill check out different stores here and there but not anymore. I will tell everyone I know who vapes to go to Jade. Seriously folks, the best in town, hands down!!PS.Just wanted to say that Im talking about this specific Jade store. The other store thats on Ashland road doesnt compare to this store.

I visit other shops for a diversity in my vaping experience, but no matter where I go I always say that jade vapor is my home shop. The customer service I recived from the first day has never faltered. From choosing mods when I decide to upgrade, to recommendations on flavor based on my past selections. The personal attentiveness I received as a customer has moved to be more of a friendship with all of the staff and even more of a feeling of family with most of them. If asked I would recommend Jade vapor not only to new people interested in vaping but to experienced vapors looking for quality equipment at competitive prices and amazing service.

Best vape place in the area. Friendly staff, just cool people. Tell them what you prefer and they will help you find something you like! If you tell them you are on a budget they will help you find your best option. You couldnt ask for better service.
