Absolutely horrible customer service every time you go in there they make you stand around and wait whatever they’re doing is more important than handling customers one of the worst vape shops in the valley usually out as well. Go to any other vape shop you’ll get way better customer service and chances are they’ll actually have your stuff.

Talked with one of the staff guys who is also a wildland firefighter. Im up here on vacation and will be coming back before I leave. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, great prices. Thank you for the great shopping experience.

Daniel and the rest of the team are always super friendly and helpful! Selection is smaller than other shops, but the juices they have are top notch! And the prices are incredible, other shops in town charge 70% more and are less friendly!

EC blends was a really good company I been a loyal customer for 10 years and something happened. They have nothing in any of the stores and this one is especially rude. I ordered e liquid on 07/21/22. 16 DAYS AGO! Still nothing. The web site says 12 days. There is more than just a shortage of staff going on. Some one messed up somewhere. Customer service has fallen and the company is failing. Its sad really. I loved the e liquid.08/11/22 still nothing! I dont even get an answer on there message system on there websites. They responded here on Google review. My order is still not updated witch means they havent even started on it. How long does that take? They are losing customers left and right. Is there only one person making product?I heard that they where moving production to a nother state. So that would leave us pretty lost. All I want is communication and my eliquid in a professional manner and time. I really wish I could leave 5 stars.

Seems like the stock issues are a months long problem at this point.Went in for some 0 nic juice, they had almost none, staff didnt seem to really have any clear idea of what they did have and had to look around to scrounge for the few 0 nic flavors they offer, and on top of that the juice I ended up with (mango) was very mediocre in flavor.Not the staffs fault at all, they definitely tried to find something Id like, but seems like management doesnt care about selection or quality of the product on their shelves.

Kimberly is immensely kind and sweet. Also stunning eyes :p Very very friendly! Im not sure if shes management but she definitely should be! Has answered every question Ive asked instantly. Can quickly tell you your options and help you figure out what you want

Today was horrible. I was in there for 30 minutes. Asked for 70/30 the young lady didnt know what they had. If you going to sell something you should know your products or read the box. My mask was barely below nose and kept being ask to pull it up. What to my eyeballs. Never going back there again. I didnt go there for bad customer service

This is the kind of inventory that suggests the owners should be investigated.Constantly rotating stash and they will attempt to sell you a new device when they dont have coils for the one you previously bought from them. Complete facade setup for months and nobody there can muster up a straight answer as to why.They had, and I attempted to buy most of, an entire back stock of bad coils for the nord pro. Now they dont even have anything I saw in the shop months ago including nord pro or any coils for it.They sold me huge dollars worth of broken trash and I had to huff and puff to get it fixed, then left a positive review because at least it was still convincingly an actual store and I wanted to be nice.What is the real purpose of this vape chain?Like Google, you can take this down, but just put it on record that this is fishy AF.

Well use to be a great place lately management doesnt care about customers . Seems like they dont stalk products like they use to and now today they say there not doing the flavor Ive been doing for 8 years . Spend alot of money with this place lost my business. Just seems like they dont care about customers anymore .

Brittany and Jenna are extremely friendly and professional. They go out of their way to help me. I dropped my bag outside and everything I bought fell under a car. Jenna ran out and help get my stuff from under the car. She didnt have to but helped anyway.

I spent 20 dollars on green apple e juice now because of the weather I’m stuck with out e juice because the woman at the counter gave me a juice with no nicotine in it when I ordered the highest one they had I made this my store until I was treated horribly so then I had to come back there the other day and now I am never stepping foot back in his place ever again watch what they hand you and watch the price my price was so freaking wrong.

I bought a Novo2 there for a good price, best nic device on the market! 👍. its pretty bad if I buy a new device and go in three days later for a new coil and cant get one. Three stars for not having inventory

This was my first visit to ECBlends in Medford, certainly not the last. Cameron is a superstar. 3 new flavors to try and brand spanking tank makes me one happy chap. Went in and got an entire new setup and Collin helped me out with everything and made it vary easy to make a decision. He was vary knowledgeable, vary descriptive, and vary professional.

By far the best service Ive had at a vape store! They are doing a great job, and working really hard even when the world is super crazy.i was helped out by destiny at the store on delta waters, she was super helpful and nice

I used to live in grants pass and also in medford while living there I was a loyal customer of ecblend I moved up to pendleton several years ago and we dont have many places to choose from for vaping needs the one store I love is sadly struggling that being said i decided to order online and I was so stoked about how fast it got here and it really brightened my day to see they sent a little gift as well thank you so much for always being so good to me and many others over the years I will for sure be ordering more soon!!

Prices are so good here, i bought them out of my two favorite flavors.
