Always great service here, good prices, good selection and even some pretty nice custom glass pieces. Its not uncomfortably pretentious like some places in this area and I could walk in with pajamas on and feel fine. Joel is awesome. See yall again real soon.

Some prices were kinda high but they offered a lower price and I ended up spending $30. dude was supper kick back and I will be returning again soon.its next door to Arco and its open late.

REALLY GOOD DEALS!!! quality pipes with sales, we went in for one pipe and we walked out with two pipes and lighters at $32. the store has a good vibe and the man named joel who helped us was so sweet and let us look at as many as we needed to pick out our pieces! my fiancée and i definitely found our new shop for pieces :)

Went there while visiting family and Joel was AWESOME! I was looking for a new vape, one that was disposable. Joel was very helpful and knowledgeable and wasnt trying to sell me the most expensive thing (which I appreciated). He took his time with me, helping me pick out just the right device and answered all my questions. Its been a few days later and Im very happy with my purchase - YaYa Graham Cracker 5% nic. At checkout I purchased 4 and he said, its buy 3 and get one free. I love honest places, he didnt have to tell me that and I wouldve never known. Im definitely going back when I need more and am in town.

Best smoke shop in the Valley!!! Excellent prices but furthermore exceptional customer service. Once I became a regular they even started ordering my cigarettes of choice especially for me! They are so friendly & always inquire about how Im doing and make sure all my smoke shop needs are perfectly met. Im not a 111 Smoke vape, but I went here recently with a friend who is. The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. The shop itself is kept really clean. The worker answered all my friends questions and allowed her to sample all the flavors she asked about. He also suggested a lot of flavors to her that would fit her taste. She will definitely be back! Also they have parking in the front.

Dont believe all the hype you have to try this shop for yourself. MARCO I don’t care what they say about you. You make that shop homeboy. If it wasnt for your outstanding personality and classic humor I’d def go elsewhere. No disrespect to the other Cats that work/own the joint. Jeremy at the shop is amazeballs .He knows what hes talking about!! Went in to check out a few things. And left an official customer. i will return and most definitely recommend this place . I dont usually recommend any smoke shop because there never is anyone knowledgeable.

Over charges for a little piece then wants to charge for debit. Nah. No selection of tubes.

This shop has some of the best products Ive ever seen and has my repeated business. The owner has helped me understand the way natural supplements like kratum work and given me great prices on Kratum imported from Malaysia. This is the only shop that caries Newport Zero torch lighters, I think its one of the best designed torches ever!!?

Mike is a great small Business Owner for the city of Palm Desert! Jeremy and Joel are Open late and always carry everything for concentrates flower tabacco and alternative smoking and Vaping!Keep up the good work!

Live around corner & could always have a good vape/smoke shop. A lot of good reviews & am in need of a rig so Im coming in to see for myself, but my intuition feels like a great place in Palm Desert, will review my review once I go.

Beautiful glass work!! The owner surprisingly isnt snobby, which is a rare find for some reason. not only that but hes actually friendly, even helpful!. The only place I go now :-)

Prices are better than most places and unlike most of the smoke shop owners this guy Mike is a good guy and isnt a jack ass like other owners. He has not marked his stuff up 500% and has a staff thats super helpful

I pop in here time to time for some Nat Shermans. One day Marco sold me a lighter. I came back a week later (didnt even buy anything that day) and told him the lighter wasnt working. He told me to come back the next day. I did, and the lighter has worked perfect ever since. That guy is the only reason I go to that smoke shop. We need more Marcos in the world.

They have every device you can imagine in stock. Always hooks it up on prices, staff is very friendly aswell as answers questions I have. A fun environment just to smoke at and great conversations every time I go, recommend to everyone.

Will never go here again. The old guy is the rudest person Ive ever met. Will tell all my friends not to go there as they dont stand by their product. Young guy is nice he needs to keep cranky old man home
