I was sold a defective disposable vape which luckily I tried before leaving the store. Before exchanging it i asked if I could just get a different flavor because I didnt like the flavor I got (realized this when trying the vape). I was told no so now Keystone lost a customer over a $10 disposable vape.

Multiple times coming here and it’s always a be back in 10 min sign and it’s wayyyyyyyy longer then some damn 10 min. Someone needs to hire better staff smd

Apparently this person does this all the time. Been here for at least 20 mins. Sign has probably been up for almost an hour. Unreal

I purchase my vapes from this establishment often and today I walked in ask the person working there for the Orion Bar flavors he spoke to me in a very low tone voice so I ask can you repeat that he raised his tone in an arrogant way like I was bothering him. I told him my money spends else where. Never apologize just let me walk out.

Clean store, fair prices, helpful staff.

Wonderful little shop, sure the workers could be a little more knowledgeable but, most of them have a good working knowledge on everything in the shop.Great prices, happy to help employees. Check them out for anything vaping, kratom, glass, or hookah related! You wont be disappointed.

Showed up and door says “ran to store back in 10” I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes and no one is to be found. Ridiculous!

I usually go here in to get my vapes and such, and the door says they open at 11am but it’s 11:15am and no one’s there. Poor management if you ask me.

I bought a THC Delta 11 two gram cartridge from here and it leaked and clogged after a day. Wasted my $40. Would never go back and neither should you. Don’t waste your money here

Avoid at all cost! No returns even when they sell you the wrong thing.. horrible service and rude employees. Only open about 40% they say they are. Any other vape store would be a better choice. Your welcome.

Tori really helped me get started here. I am a first time user and buyer, but she was very kind and helpful towards my cause.Also helped me pick out a nice flavor. I would recommend this place, and will be back again.

The guy working behind the counter can barely be bothered to get up and help you. When you finally do get him over there... He glares at you while you pick something out. Buyer beware, there are NO RETURNS. FOR ANYTHING. PERIOD. You dont even get a receipt. God forbid you get something for someone else. if you try to bring it back literally 10 minutes later because its wrong but still brand new and in the box, youll be met with a blank stare and NO RETURNS. Some of the worst service Ive ever experienced. basically out $50. Go literally anywhere else.

Im told that the reason that the guy at the Liberty Avenue location is so rude, slow and unwelcoming is that hes the owners son. All other staff and locations are great!

Irna was a very helpful employee who recommend a certain juice that was comparable to another e-liquid that was no longer available. Other places made me feel really rushed and even uncomfortable at times but she did a great job of making me feel comfortable instead of me feeling rushed just to buy a product....for me to go home and not like. Great place, great prices.

Eric was excellent in helping me pick my equipment and juice out . Went to 3 different shops and he was the only one to answer my questions and get me the exact setup I was looking for . There was a slight issue with one of the bottles leaking in my bag and they without question made things right . Speaks volumes as a business and employees . Would highly recommend to anyone .

Nice lookin place on the inside, but the employee knew nothing about what i wanted and it was pretty general based on the products they sale there, wayyyyy wayyyy over priced on damn near everything in the store. Good location, bad employees and price.

Went in with everything on hand for replacement tank and coils. Guy clearly didnt know what he was doing and didnt listen to anything I was saying. Gave me all the wrong stuff. Im now out $70 and cant even use any of it. Do not go here!!!

Very easy location to get to. I usually stop here on my way to or from the medical marijuana dispensaries. Always get a parking spot right out front. Always in and out. All employees I ever encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Terrible customer service! The two employees working just talked amongst themselves while seeming annoyed I was even there. They had no product knowledge and when I used a term to describe a product that I guess wasn’t proper he quickly and rudely corrected me. Pretentious people!

Let me look at all the box mods/batteries after mine died on me. Was helpful and knowledgeable Not too much of a selection, but there is enough and they were the only ones open on a Sunday night in a reasonable area

I was given a great deal on getting my first vape, and I love it! Smooth, sleek, and gives a perfect draw. He pointed me in the right direction immediately and I am completely satisfied. They have my business from here on out.

Amazing place with a good size selection of quality vapes including my personal favorite (glas vape). Also I was treated well by the guy working and he had the coil I needed. Great experience, great place to visit if your in the area.

Mike waited on us. He was rude to a disabled man who was waiting for a battery for his vape. He was also a little rude to us & reluctant to show us all the flavors we wanted. It wasnt until he realized we intended to buy everything that he became slightly warmer. Vape juice selection is decent. They have plenty of 0 mg flavors.

I visited the shop a few days ago. I Believe the persons name who helped me was Skylar. He was knowledgeable of all products that I asked about and I left the shop feeling extremely satisfied with my purchase

Ive been a regular customer buying juices and coils since they opened. I spent a hundred dollars on a vape forward lite. on the tenth day the 510 connector failed, it spins now and doesnt work. they were unhelpful and refused to exchange, AFTER TEN DAYS. SOLI will not be a customer there again

Its not the flashiest looking Vape shop, but they have a great selection of premium juice brands, mods and outstanding hours. No one else in the Pittsburgh area has hours this accessible. Thank you to Keystone Vapors for the late night service.

Absolutely the worst customer service anywhere no warranties on anything if it dont work when you leave the store to bad for you. bought a vapehere didnt last 2 weeks salesmen said no warranties on anything will never spend another cent in this store.

They sale used glass pipes and bongs and vape gear. I couldnt believe it ! I was outraged at this ! Ill never go here. They are dishonest. They lie to you ! My family is not very happy. I was trying to quit smoking and they just took my money and sold me a used mod and an used tank that lasted only 2 weeks until it stopped working and they wouldnt give me a refund. How is this legitimate business ? Ill never go here again. Everything is way overpriced here people go somewhere else. Its all bad here.

Nice staff, equal prices to surrounding vape stores they wont overcharge.

Finally got my vape working. There are tiny screws in the chamber that needed tightened for the coil to heat up. The 1st one i bought had a broken glass in chamber, but they dont take returns so i bought a 2nd one at 15% discount. At least one works now.
