Food was pretty good, the pork my dad got was kinda bland but my burrito was very good and the guacamole was amazing and super fresh. The mango margarita was tasty but it could have been stronger 😉 the atmosphere was not what we expected, there was a karaoke night happening but the server told us there are plenty of Latin dancing nights and DJ nights. Id return for some dancing for sure. Server was very sweet. It was a nice time.

We got there at about 10pm on a Saturday night (closes at 2am). The only people there were a couple eating and a couple at the bar. Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids. We just wanted to get a few drinks and the kids to get some refreshments. The menus were brought to us. My husband ordered 2 $9 mojitos and I had to mango margaritas $12. Both of my friends ordered 2 drinks each and a few sodas for the kids. The food menu was like buying boxed fried food items, nothing to really catch your attention. Our server complained about how her boss over works her and look at the bags under her eyes. We enjoyed our drinks and music. The kids danced and hung out by the stage (since the place was empty). When we asked for the bill the server came back with 1 ticket to which my friend said to her, please split the bill for the three of us, do you remember what we ordered? To which she replied yes. She then brings the bill split between 3. So my husband says he will pay cash and follows her to the register. He says to her, I have 4 drinks, my one friend has 2 drink and 1 soda, my other friend has 2 drinks and 2 sodas. She replies, just split it three ways, it will be cheaper for you! Not about the money but the principal. She then came back to our table yelling at my husband saying he was rude and didnt appreciate his tone. That we could take our $2 tip and leave....lady first you charged $11 for the mojitos that were $9 then charged an 18% tip for a large party!? I guess when a place is empty and 4 adults walk in with kids at this place is considered a large party. The messed up thing is that the place has potential to be nice, but staff needs to be improved. Drinks did taste good though, just wont go back cause of the waitress.

Place is completely dead, not atmosphere here at all. The menu sucks, mainly fried Costco food, so we just stayed with the drinks.The drinks were really good on the other hand.Service so, so. Waitress complaining that the owner have her over worked, then she got mad because we asked to split the bill by personal consumption, over charging the price on the Mojitos ($9 for the lime Mojitos on the menu, she charged $11). No complaints about paying $11 for them, they were good, just the action of overcharging was odd. On top of that, she charged the fix tip of 18% for a large party, keep in mind that we were only 4 people then expecting get another 20% on top of that.We will never comeback, sad to see Latin business going down for bad service. No wonder what that business has gone for 3 different owners in the last 4 years

Get there on a Sunday .. and beside us there was 1 guy at bar and the only waitress attention was on him the entire time . First time here and last time . Waited 40 mins Steak Nachos got Dried chicken nachos .All tasted horrible .. Ask for Coca Cola or Pepsi has no Coke products or Pepsi ask for water get two bottles of water . Never again … Have to ask for check then she disappears … Horrible service and Food

Showed up with a party of five and was charged fifteen dollars just to come in the front door when it was literally only like maybe ten people in there to begin with. Probably shouldnt charge people unless youre expected to meet building capacity

Food was amazing,love the Mexican and Cuban options. Service was great. Dessert even better. So many options to pick from 💚💚💚

I will never step foot back inside this restaurant. It took well over an hour to get food. There was 1 person at the bar on a Friday night, they were not busy at all. The staff told me they cant help that the kitchen is slow. Im not sure how a couple of sandwiches could take an hour and a half to prepare and then get served at room temp and soggy. The service here is terrible. The food is not good. Food is poor quality and is overpriced. The atmosphere is ok but nothing special.

I went to this place for the first time for a 5lan party, and it was a terrible experience. One of the bartenders, who happened to be wearing an Adidas sweater, was awful and completely disregarded my drink order. He left the bar after I placed my order, and even though there were two other bartenders there, he never returned with my order. After waiting for twenty minutes, I approached him once more regarding the order, but he never fulfilled my drink order. He was quite impolite; these bartenders dont provide excellent customer service. Please read this before visiting this location.

Horrible service. We waited 45 min and only took our drink order, they never took our food order. They said they were busy, but there was only 1 other table, that they kept going over to and talking to, as we waited. Not sure about the food, since our order was never taken.We paid for our drinks and walked out. Never go back again.

We ordered take out last night and it was horrible. I do not write bad reviews but service and food were both really bad. Weve been there many times and never had such a bad experience. Under new management?

The food was really good, los pinchos, los tacos, hamburgers, todo.Los mojitos riquisimos.The Kareoke Friday night, though not many people last night, we had a blast. SEIRY service was amazing. The entertainer as well. Thanks so much for a great family night.

Theyre making slow improvements on the atmosphere. Usually theres only one server for the entire restaurant. Shes busting tail but cant keep up. Food is pretty good actually. But maybe on the high side price wise. Right now, they say theyre updating the menu. Theres a bar, but alcohol prices are above local average and the pours are below average. Id say stick with beer, but my one bud light was $5.64. As of this review, they have karaoke on Wednesdays from 6pm to 10pm. Thats pretty good with every kind of music imaginable. And, I dont know the nights, but they have a pretty wild crowd of Latin music and dancing. I hear the later in the night the better, more wild, it gets.

I only give this place a 4 stars cause I haven’t really try their food selection. If you are looking for a place to listen to good music, with an adult atmosphere, this is your place. They offer buckets of beer, which makes it budget friendly, cocktails are good just don’t get to creative. The service is good, waitresses are very attentive, yes there is only two, but remember this a very mom and pop business, which is why is even better. They do have live bands events, and I’ve seen a salsa and a ballenato band and it was awesome, they do charge at the door when they have live events, $20 per person, some people think is a lot, I would maybe like half price for the women, but so far it’s has been worth the price for me. We need to be a little bit more supportive in our Latino community and help this small businesses. I have talk to the owner and he’s a great guy, I would like to see this place grow, so Saturday night let’s represent our Latino community.

Me and 3 other friends went here at 4pm on a weekday we were only one here walked in didnt see no one for 5 min than we see someone we sit down we give our drink orders my one friend had a alcohol drink and found a fly in it all they did was get him another drink they did give endless nachos which was good refills were on time with drinks but food took more than an hr to come out good thing for endless nachos. I ordered the steak fajitas double rice . the rice amount was good but the steak and peppers were poor for 25 dollars u barely got steak it looked like the microwave bag of fajita mix very thin cut strips of steak and not much portion of it not worth 25 and only given 3 tortillas for it. Other than that soda and refills were good waitress service was good only thing id say needs improvement is time waiting for food and food quality. So i give it a 2 star. Id updAte after i try it again in a few months.

Mexican and Cuban food, pretty decent for the prices. Generous portions. They have music and karaoke on some nights. Saturday night turned into a fun night of dancing with friends after dinner. Its worth checking out if youre on a simple fun type of date.

This place was absolutely DELICIOUS! My family and I got the Beef Berria Tacos they were outstanding. It was super fresh and the customer service was great. I highly recommend and would go again 😄 We also went when they had Kareoke Night, it was a blast!

I wanted to love this place! The first time we went there was last weekend, it took 45 minutes to get our drinks to the table. Food came out pretty quick after that. They are very short staffed needless to say the service was not good at all. Went back this weekend hoping for a different turn out, we receive the same service. Again waited for them to take our drink order 45 minutes now so we did not get our drinks until an hour after being seated… Needless to say we will not be giving this place a third shot…

They were short staffed and service was not good at all, soda was flat and we had to ask to change it 2 times until they finally gave us a bottle soda instead. They were fixing the sound system and while eating there was a guy with a ladder, they should really do that when the restaurant is closed. The Cuban food was blah no seasoning at all and rice felt like uncle bens, nothing wrong with uncle bens but I can do that at home, the only thing good was the birria tacos, but not worth for me going again, I really wanted to love it. At the end we were left waiting for the bill for over 30 mins after telling the one server that we needed our bill.

First time here for their monthly drag queen show. The service was terrible. We had to go up to the bar to order our drinks since no one came to check on us. The food was limited and was burning at the time. BEWARE.. they charge you for two tips, one for food and one for drinks. Overall it was very unorganized !

Stopped here last night to check out this restaurant. So refreshing to find a great place for food and great service and drinks. We had a Cuban sandwich and it was awesome

It was empty on a Saturday night so we were a little concerned. The salsa brought out with the chips had no flavor to it. We asked for something hotter and got a red and green sauce. Neither were good for the chips but was good on the chimichunga. The queso with chorizo was excellent. They brought out our entrees, we asked for steak chimichunga and refried beans. The refried beans was just bean water, I cant even call it a soup, we sent it back for the black beans which were good. Chimichunga was hot and tasted great.

Food is great but service is horrible! Twice now, we were the only table in there and we couldnt seem to get our drink refills....if they hire the right staff, they could do great but the servers they have now they arent going to make it.....we got our first drink right before our food came and no refills until after our check came....and still 2 out of 6 of us didnt get a refill......with us being the only table in there, we shouldnt have had a problem getting a drink....

My husband and I had high hopes for this place since we moved from West Palm and they had a high selection of Latin food places. I ordered the churrasco and white rice with sweet plantains. Unfortunately we got takeout so I could not return my food but my plantains were raw, they were not cooked through at all and the churrasco had no char on it and was flavorless.I see some good reviews so they must have ordered something else. Atleast the churros were good.

We went for drinks and were told we would have to spend $300 for VIP table and another $100 in drinks. This is not a South Beach Club. Most of the seating reserved for this type of service. I don’t expect them to be around for too long.

Just mediocre. Couldnt get a Margarita because staff didnt know how to make the mixer, only the manager did. There was another couple that sent their food back because it was cold.Maybe on off night for this place. I wish them luck. They will need it.

Drag show . Great entertainment . Food ran out since a lot of people over filled their plates and then did not eat it. The restaurant made up for it and made us amazing plates. Love the show.

This establishment is very unprofessional. We went there to have some drinks with friends and we were told that we had to sit by a table and had to spend $100 to $300 depending on the seating arrangement. A band was going to play, but we were 3 hours early.This is ridiculous.

Finally! Great food in PSL! This is top shelf Mexican, great service as well. I thought it odd to open so close to a long established other mexican restaurant, then my food arrived. The big Z has a problem here!

Six of us, Went prior to grand opening. The food was very good & service was even better.Chips, fresh out of the frier, with salsa while waiting for our meals.All six of us were impressed with the food & service.

I came motivated by $3 margaritas before 11 pm and it was all a hoax. If they are not going to give the prices they offer, they should not do it, it is not honest, disappointed. bad service. The manager not nice person. Don’t recomended.

They have a good Latin night on a Saturday night. I enjoyed a good meal there. The food is pricy but still great. Definitely will return for the lunch specials whenever I come back to PSL.

Supposedly open 11:00am - 10:00. Huge flags out front says OPEN. We went at 3:00 pm and all doors were locked. Won’t be trying them again.

Hours of operations needs to be updated ordered food online and it claimed to be open on google and on the online ordering app come to find out they aren’t even open and nobody picks up the phone and their online ordering won’t give you a refund.

Very disappointed. The food was so bland no flavor. The salsa tasted like tomatoes. The burrito was large but flavorless. Sorry will not return.

Good food, we got a mix of Cuban and Mexican , yucca, empanadas , flautas , quesadillas, and pan con bistec, all was very goodl place was nice and service was great!

Excellent Cuban and Mexican food...very few places can excel at getting the seasonings right...they hit this one out of the park! Also if you have room order the sopallias..you wont be disappointed!

So glad to have this place in PSL the food is good, specially the birria tacos but the real deal is the entrateinment on friday and saturday the best in PSL highly recomended.

I loved the place, very cozy but very expensive. I ordered a bucket of beer that came with 6 $32. I asked someone who worked there and she told me that they were already charging me for the tip. Oh, I dont understand why they take tips from people without their consent and to top it all off the warm beers.
