This Wonderful staff makes you feel right at home!! Wether you’re touring the beautiful areas of Port Saint Lucie/Stuart, or running around doing errands. It’s a good pit stop for all of your smoking essentials. They don’t have a large staff, although their customer service is so exceptional, I don’t think it could get any better than who they already have. The staff has knowledge on their products and They do not accept exchanges, which isn’t a new policy. They don’t accept things already bought. Because those items can contaminate other smoking products. There is no point for making up stories or listening to the haters on here. It Sounds pretty simple to me. in my HUMBLE opinion, do your research on products before buying them. Or ask about the product more before purchasing. The manager is very accommodating and will resolve any issue. I had a problem with one of the electronics that I bought from here and they figured out what was wrong within the same day. Thanks for all that you do!! Great staff!! Great ownership

Amazing people here! They are super helpful when you don’t know what you want. I recently had to change which vape I get because it’s no longer sold anymore :( the nice guy working helped me find a new go to vape so thank you so much!

I’ve been here 3 times now and every experience has been phenomenal. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable enough to answer any question I’ve had since I have little experience with this type of stuff, especially the store manager, Martin.They have everything you need and then some.Like this piece that had me smitten that was handcrafted by one of their local artists in Stuart. So I have been here before. Didnt have a problem. They made sure I knew what the price was before I bought anything. My wife went for me today. She got some kratom and a vape. She didnt know that there scew numbers where on the bag. The vape said 1799. No there was no dot in between the numbers. But any sane person would think that 1799 was the price. My wife bought the stuff. Realized that it was way more than she thought it was. They wouldnt let her return it. Now if she had left the store I could see not taking it back. But whats sad is she never left the store. She seen what she was charged relized it was more than what she wanted to pay. And said she couldnt return it. Now circle k as long as you dont leave the store allows returns. 1 they have made sure she knew the price before buying it. Thats what customer service is. You make sure the customer knows what there buying and how much it cost. And for the life of me I cant figure out why if a person hasnt left the store and you know that nothing has happened with the product while you were standing there. Why you wouldnt take it back? Did you make sure that a customer who doesnt shop for that type thing know you have no return policy? That all sales are final. The only reason I gave a two star was because of the first time I went in there. If there employees cant take the time to make sure that a customer they have never seen or dealt with makes the right decision for them such as telling them hey just to let you know those arent the prices. The. Its not a store I want to go to any more.

I love Peace Avenue. Its my 1 stop shop for everything I need, including Kratom. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable on products. I love this new location on Gatlin. So much easier to get in and out of the parking lot vs. the Bayshore location.

Dont think about ever returning anything there. They dont accept returns b******* I will never go there again. And I will tell everybody else not to ever go there again. Bad customer service on a $24 item never opened never used.
