Dont even bother going anywhere else. This place is the real deal! Locally owned and awesome people! All these other pop up chains dont know what their talking about or selling. These guys always have everything I need and are super helpful! Best prices in town no doubt!

5 stars alone for being the only shop in town (that Ive found, and I have hit A LOT of them) that carries my favorite vape at a solid price. All the staff has been helpful as well.

Just wanted to leave my review. Been in the 510 shop 2 days in a row and I could not have asked for better service. 1st day had a very helpful gentleman who verified over the phone they had the coils in stock that I needed. Got em and theyre perfect. Went in today because I bought a mod, which was not from their store, but I was having trouble with it leaking. The same person and another gentleman both guessed exactly what my issue was and guessed correctly! I had no idea different juices would solve this issue simply and immediately but they taught me useful information. I dont know their names otherwise I would credit them directly but they know who they are and I appreciate the help! And by the way their service has definitely earned my business for any and all future purchases. Value your good employees! They are always worth it. Thanks again!

Friendly and helpful as always. Clean organized store. Nice having a list of vape flavors to look at vs trying to see whats what from across the counter. Handicap accessible also.

The staff and the environment were nothing but the upmost exceptional: I was directed in the right direction instantly, I was treated with respect, and felt nothing but cared for when it came to finding the products I needed. 5/5 would recommend.

I would like to say thank you to Ashley who helped me today. I came in knowing absolutely nothing about vaping or where to begin but wanting to get away from cigarettes and she was incredibly helpful. Walked me through the entire process and helped me pick out what would work best for me. She was beyond patient and definitely knows what shes talking about. Dudes here are pretty chill and its the only place my fiancé will go for his vape parts and juice. They have a rewards system in place, you can rack up points to get free stuff, and their flavor selections are pretty decent.

Google just asked if I know this place and this is how unhappy I was: its been a few months and Im still kind of mad about my visit. There were two guys working last time I came in and one was extremely rude and the other tried really hard to win me back because of the way the other guy talked to me. I came in because I bought something and it almost right away stopped working so it said I had 30 days to exchange it. Well I was told it was my fault and I could buy another one or come back when the owners were there but good luck. I tried to figure out why it was my fault but Im still not sure if he even knew. So I bought another one with a special charger block to protect it... it doesnt work anymore but I guess it lasted a little longer than the first one so... it was a wonderful experience all in all, thanks for asking Google.

Cannot exchange unopened items...literally walked out of the store realized he gave me juice not compatible for my device and called right away to ask if I could exchange for correct juice and they refused. Due to covid...yet it was OK to not wear a mask and touch and smell incense and put it back? Cost me 30$ I could not afford to lose :(

Im in often and the staff are fantastic! They always have great suggestions on new juice and know their way around a vape!

Good selection of mods and juice compared to other stores in rapid. Prices are better than competitors that are near by, but if your willing to wait, buying online is cheaper. If you need a new coil or mod right away and cant wait, Id say go here first.

One of the best vape shops in town nothing but great help. The guys and gal Ive dealt with here are knowledgeable and know their stuff!Edit: double check your coils before leaving store, constantly handing me the wrongs ones even after telling them what I need.

This is by far the best vape shop I have ever been to and I have been to many.Their juices are awesome. The owner, Jesse is so helpful. I live in Washington State but I order my juices, coils and mods from them and they ship to me within 3 days. GREAT VAPE SHOP.

It was great! Super friendly staff. Had everything I needed for my mod. Found a new favorite juice (I recommend the house blend Fairy Floss). Great shop! I highly recommend if youre in the area.

Nice shop and friendly people. However I bought a smoke x-force and they dont support it with the same coils thats in the box (1.2 & .6) they only carry a .3. I feel if you sell a mod you should support it. Now unfortunately I will have to shop somewhere else for coils which means I probably wont be back for a while.

They have a very good selection of juices. Many many flavrs to choose from. Average prices Id say but the coils suck. Ive bought 2 from them and they tasted bad right off the bat. (Yes I prime my coils and Ive had my machine for a while and never had that issue)

Friendly service everyone seems to have an extensive knowledge of vaping and the industry. They are great for setting up people who are new to vaping scene. Their house juices are the best Ive had and as far as Ive seen their prices cant be beat

Was double charged for a bottle of juice. Also bought a pack of coils which only had 3 in the pack. Was charged for 4

Broke my drip tip on my mod while out of state and went on a whim walked in, and took a 30 sec look around and couldnt tell if I walked into a cape shop or a run down head shop.. display cases we looking empty and shelves on the wall looked like they where last minute... not normal to put shops down but was not impressed

The one person that was willing to talk to us. She was nice and very knowledgeable about the products that they sold. The other 3 that were there, was all hiding in the back staring at us the entire 30 minutes we were there.

Some of the best customer service I have ever had. Whether you are new to vaping or experienced they are always happy to help you any way they can. Also they have a great selection.

Its one of my favorite shops to come into. The atmosphere is very friendly for people new to vaping or to people who regularly vape. I personally use the smaller vapes for high nicotine levels. With that being said they have many vapes that are very unique and provide good quality hits.

Purchased an ooze slim pen from 510 vape shop in rapid city that did not work. I tried to return it or even exchange it for a working one and they wouldn’t take it back. If buying a pen from them, verify it works prior to leaving.

Very professional, every employee Ive spoken with has been very informative and generally pleasent to deal with, often times joking and making the whole experience really awesome, theyre a little out of my way, but well worth the drive imo

Visited South Dakota from Florida, stopped in to grab some juice real quick. Got the juice named slurp, Well after flying home to my surprise noticing the juice tasted off looked for a date and found 11/27/17 a whole year out of date. There’s no excuse for juice being out of date almost a whole year. Pretty disappointing.

Driving from Alaska to Florida and made a pitstop in this town. I was out of juice, and they had relatively good house juice for a fantastic price. Would come here daily if I lived in the area.

Good store generally has whatever you need in stock. Is alittle over priced but thats about what you get from a vape shop. They gotta make a profit too.

Bought a bottle of house blend at 12mg nicotine, has 0 nicotine in it and they refused to help fix the issue at all, glad there are plenty of shops in town won’t be returning.
