What a find! I had the most rejuvenating experience. I say this because after getting massages for years in different places and of different styles I’ve never felt so recovered as if my whole body had been reset and siphoned of all the aches and pains that have been plaguing me for quite a while. Lindy takes good notes on every ailment you tell her about, being very thorough and knowledgeable in targeting those areas and making sure to work her magic with appropriate and effective techniques. I grew up skateboarding, snowboarding, and later got into biking (road and mountain biking), with very little concern of recovery, hoping my eternal youth would be enough for my body.where most people choose a physical or desk job - I have a hot tub service business and hunch over about 40 hours a week pursuing art- so i have the worst of both worlds in a physical sense Well at about 40, it’s hard to pretend I’m still young or my body will take care of itself. It’s up to me. All of this lead me to acupuncture which eventually lead to meeting Lindy. And I’m so glad I did. She is amazing! I have never had a massage so focused on problem areas and that is what I was looking for and needed. Lindy called ahead to discuss problem areas so she knew just where I needed to work on. I walked in with bad shoulder and neck pain and I feel so much relief after just one hour. I know I need more and I can’t wait to go back. I can not recommend Lindy enough. If you’re looking for a massage that will actually help you get knots out and relieve pain, do yourself a favor and give Lindy a call. You won’t regret it! I can’t thank her enough.

Wonderful massage experience! Shes truly great at her massage skills! She offers aromatherapy with massage. The best massage I ever had and will only go to her. She talks to you over the phone as a consultantation with fornwhat you need and goes over it again before the massage. She does medium pressure very well! My body feels so much better after a month later by her healing ways! She really works with your schedule!

The most wonderful massage I have ever gotten! She worked out a horrible knot I had in my neck/shoulder area and I felt like a new person after. The massage table was warm and comfortable, the space was relaxing, and she was excellent in what she does. She was so knowledgeable and gave me some tips to help my shoulder and neck post massage. She would rotate my shoulder and arm as she massaged and it really helped the rotation. I booked my next appointment and cannot wait to return.

I have been getting work done since 2015. I view massage therapy as physical therapy. Lindy is a great Massage Therapist. She pays attention. She tracks the problem areas. She studies the industry and tries different ways to improve my physical recovery. I have sent friends and my customers to her and they have all gone back for multiple sessions.

Lindy’s spa massage was a excellent experience. I have gotten to massage done by her, One before I was pregnant and one when I was pregnant. Each time was great. She ask you how your feel though the message or if too much pressure or if you need more. I will totally go back for more message in the future when I need them.

Lindy is a pro. I have a leg injury from years ago which causes chronic pain and an occasional limp. She worked on both of my legs, because the other one is a bit messed up too due to compensating weight distribution over the years, and since she worked on me the pain has been pretty much gone and I havent had the limp for over a week at this point. She knows muscle anatomy too, as she showed me a chart of the various muscles in the legs and she told me exactly which ones she was working on. So youll get a good education on that stuff too if youre interested. I am very pleased with the results. Im so close to normal and I havent felt that in years. She knows what shes doing and shes also very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend that you book an appointment with her.

By far the best therapist for Deep Tissue and sport injury is Lindy! On time and so professional and well prepared with info on my condition.I have been dealing with my leg nerve injury forn2 years and for the first time, I am feeling much relief and better motion after just 1st visit.Next appointments have already been made.
