Sat outside of the store for almost 30 minutes. Sign is lit up saying open, it’s 7:30 pm, door locked with a cardboard sign saying “Using the bathroom, retuning in 5-10 minutes”

Always have what Im looking for and usually have buy one get one with a good percentage deals

This store is dope, the dude there in the afternoon on Thursday was real helpful

They have great juice. BUT... they are always low or out of stock on pretty much everything. You would think by this point they would have got a handle on how to keep in stock. Im a usual customer, I get the same coil, when they have it in stock, and the same juice. For the last month they havent had my coil in. Do they order more? No... they suggest I spend $70 on one of their drip coils. They also run out of their own juice for weeks at a time. I have been to plenty of great shop that will order things accordingly for their usual customers. This is not one of those places. Which is a shame because that is their biggest down fall. They have really nice employees, its clean and welcoming. Their juice is great. But who ever is in charge of ordering is dropping the ball or simply doesnt care. Im now giving some of my business to another shop that cares enough to order and keep my coil in stock. Which is a shame because I would love to give this shop all of my business, all the time.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is always very professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable as to the products that they are selling. Very chill atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Prices high, knowledgeable people hard to come by. The Esco location is even worse, theres like a total of 2 people that work there. I dont think its TVL employees that are lacking, so much as their management. Get it together or have the grace to go out of business before youre known as the last available option for vapers

Nice people, but bought a yaya square vape and it immediately tasted burnt. Haven’t asked about a refund yet, but from other reviews I can assume they won’t do anything about it.

The girl with the pink in her hair that works there is super friendly and nice. She knows a lot and makes really good recommendations! Definitely my go to vape shop.

Toni and the rest of the guys were always super friendly with amazing service! Every time I got a disposable that tasted funny, I told them and got an exchange for a new one. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

Currently employed here but have been a loyal customer since 2014. T.V.L. has always had a killer juice selection but I am and have always been partial to the house juice. Tastes great, price thats hard to beat, and overall isnt bad on cotton and coils. The staff has always been friendly, informative and knowledgable! Learned everything I know about vaping from T.V.L. Amazing atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Friendly enough staff. The guy who acknowledged me, I didnt ask his name but hes a young blond guy. He was super helpful and helped me choose a new juice for me and my husband. The juice was AMAZING- and it was house juice! Awesomeeee... Returned a few days later, same friendly smiling staff, real laid back. Didnt get all weird cuz I wanted to stay and chill and vape. He made my own personal mix of juice flavor right there for me. I would higly recommend this place and I will be back!

Came in tonight at 8:35pm on March 4th and I believe it was either Jeff or Joe and he was awesome recommended the best juices and they have a good deal on T.V.L juice buy one and get another one half off 60ml thank you please give this guy a raise!

My husband went first and asked for a specific smok coil, was given the wrong one (we have different brand vapes). I come in to get new ones, and a seemingly teenager working the counter had three friends there that he was hanging out with (obviously not customers) I brought the original box that my vape came in with me so he would know exactly which coils to give me, and proceeds to try to sell me the same exact one that he sold my husband a half an hour prior. He had the literal information in his hand and couldnt be bothered.

The staff are very helpful and they have a great selection of juice. The owner is kind of lazy though because the glass display case is still broken after 2 months.

TVL is not to be confused with an all-are-welcome lounge. Only customers are welcome.I will not share my time or money with an establishment who will discriminate against someone just for not having enough money for harmful indulgences.

Every time i come in its a great experience. Top quality house ejuice and good branded ejuice aswell. I recommend it to any locals or for someone whos just stopping by. Lots of cool box mods and stacked mechanical mods on deck.

Were really good a few years ago but now its always the same thing. New face behind the counter that cant print out a receipt. We are out of paper cmon? For the last 6 months you cant find paper?

Had a great experience tonight with a young man working. Helped me find a new mod that I really like and recommended a new juice. 2 thumbs up!

Do not come here unless you want to be ripped off. They sell broken/useless items. If you get a vape battery, go home and charge it, and it doesnt work, they dont replace nor refund you. They just tell you we run under same laws as tobacco which is a poor excuse/bypass to not refund you. Find somewhere else to buy your vape products.

Great staff and extremely reasonable prices on house juice. They are one of the few manufactures leftvwitch lets us save the cost.

Everything is expired, left in the sun, or dark brown. Disposable are often burnt or broken.
