Salon Seven

I was looking for a new salon so I gave them a call and made an appointment for a hair cut & highlights.My appointment was in the morning and I got a voicemail 30 minutes before my appointment, stating they had to cancel my appointment. No follow up to reschedule or another call to actually speak to me. Just a VM.They didn’t say anything about fitting me in later or anything.I gave 2 stars because at least they did call me. Lol. I can’t review the services because I didn’t get that far.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in to get my eyebrows waxed 30 minutes before close. I asked if they had time because of how close to close it was, the receptionist rudely and mockingly asked the stylist if they had time to do it, she reluctantly agreed. after waiting for 30 minutes for her to finish with a client, she brought me back. she did half of my eyebrows and when she asked if they were okay i said yes just so i wouldnt keep her there any later than i did. when i went to pay, the receptionist looked at the stylist and rudely (yet again) said “$16?” and the stylist nodded. she charged me more than DOUBLE typical salons charge for a terrible job and terrible customer service. ive been coming here for years and i will never go back.
