Meridian Massage Spa

I have gone twice for two different services. First service was a anti-aging facial. I added on the face and neck lymphatic drainage. That was amazing and i could see the results before and after immediately.Second service was full body lymphatic drainage. Again the therapist was great, and she was gentle to my body and moved with care. She didnt use oil which made me nervous, but it was better than expected. I have already recommended to friends. Should definitely go. They also provide lots of samples to try the products before buying as they are expensive.

Autumn is INCREDIBLE! I have an extreme amount of physical symptoms induced by stress. Ive gone to massage envys all over the place and autumn puts their massages to shame. She truly takes her time and puts a high amount of effort into making sure you leave feeling wonderful. Once I felt how incredible I felt at the end, I had to book my next one because I would be doing my physical health a dis service if I didnt! On top of that, the actual space is so clean and relaxing. They are very fairly priced for the level of service you receive, and the front desk girl was very patient and kind explaining the membership types. Thank you autumn!

Nae was lovely and so in tune with the tension in my back. This was my third massage this month all at different spas. She is the only one that was able to relieve the tension. If you are looking for a good and effective massage this is the place.

I had a swedish massage with Lisa and I have never felt better. She worked on my problem areas so well, I woke up feeling lighter and happier. Even though I was the last appointment of the evening, no one made me feel rushed. Thanks so much Lisa, I will definitely book again with you!

While I dont generally recommend a new find immediately, I feel like doing so in this case because of the Covid precautions that were in place along with the ingenuity of a monthly membership which I have been actively seeking. This spa does Thai massage on top of other ones like Swedish and Deep Tissue many other places, but the be extended menu of aromatherapy, reflexology etc. is novelty. Located close to the heart of Loudoun One with easy accessibility, this place is clean to begin with. While I wasnt pleased with the absence of a traditional feet wash which is part of the Thai massage in every authentic location, the effort in staying late to take in a customer as well as the extra effort in helping address my stiff back was welcome. The masseuse who worked on me was trained stateside in a school and didnt have the experience of someone who had been practicing awhile in a Thai resort, but tried hard to overcome the deficiency.

The best massage/spa studio I’ve ever visited. I have their monthly subscription, which is fairly priced. The staff is kind and helpful, and the massage therapists are all very good. Highly recommended if you live in Loudoun County. They are a few blocks from OneLoudoun.

I live near this spa and have been getting massages here for awhile now. This is one of the better massage spas you will find. I have had a few different therapists and they are all great! Especially Nae & Tina!

Meridian is a great place to get a massage. They offer a variety of massage types and packages to fit your needs and budget. Tina, who has been my therapist for several months, is amazing. She listens to my concerns and concentrates on the areas that need attention. She also offers different strength levels. It’s rare that I find someone who is able to deliver a firm massage that relieves all of my tension, as I am tense almost every minute of every day, and when I leave the building, it’s as if a year’s worth of tension disappears. Please visit them; you won’t regret it.

Great atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Lisa is awesome. She is caring, thoughtful, intelligent and her treatment works absolute wonders.

Meridian massage has been instrumental in my Lymphademic recovery process. They are very accommodating, polite, professional, and ensure you have a comfortable experience (aside from some of the deep tissue, but not much getting around that.). Nae has a very delicate approach and was great at getting the generalized topmost stagnant water, while Rui was very much in tune with the deeper localized knotting of tissue. In tandem they have been, sincerely, life saving and have been encouraging as well, along the way. My symptoms have lasted much longer than typical, and they have helped stave off some potentially deadly outcomes from that. I will provide before and after photos of my legs, as example (pardon my room’s lack of decorum… :/).

I have been a client of Meridian for about a year now. Every experience I have had with massage and facials has been great. My most recent visit was with Brittany for a facial, and Rachel for a massage. Brittany was very gentle, kind and helpful with the many questions I had about skin care. She also provided my first facial that had no extractions involved for my delicate skin. I still left feeling clean, hydrated and restored! I really enjoyed my time with her and am excited to come back and see her. Rachel gave an excellent deep tissue massage and was very accommodating through the whole appointment when I needed to move or readjust. Sometimes with a larger chest It can be uncomfortable to lay on your stomach for a long period of time. Rachel provided the props/pillows to give me the most comfortable experience - not to mention her hands are magic when it comes to getting the knots out of your shoulders and back! All in all, this spot it a hidden gem filled with lots of talent. I highly recommend!

Nae cared for me and healed me. She’s amazing. Caroline made everything easy and she had an amazing smile. This place is top level. Clear difference from the rest.

My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times for a couples massage and have had an incredible experience each time! The facility is always serene, clean, calming, and beautiful to walk into. It is a nice treat when we are able to go get a massage as it doesn’t happen as often as I would like, but we are well taken care of every time. I leave feeling so relaxed and wish I could go there every day!

5 stars for my massage therapist, Nae. I felt lighter and pain free when I left. Nae took her time, did not rush, and checked in with me. She also discussed things I could do to improve my calf tightness and pointed out areas of tension she had felt after the massage when I was given tea. The facility is clean, peaceful, and there is a lot of parking. I am thinking of getting the gold membership as it definitely seems worth it!

There is no better massage spa than Meridian. The staff are all friendly and warm and are skilled. I have tried every one of the masseuses and still cannot pick a favorite as they are all so wonderful! The space js beautiful and tranquil and I never want to leave! Meridian all the way- always!

I started going to Meridian Massage Spa when they first opened. I see Rui each time I go and she is incredible. I normally get a massage, but have also gotten a facial - both are amazing! Their facilities are clean and calming. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I have given gift cards to several family and friends because I think everyone should experience Meridian Massage Spa. I could not recommend Rui or Meridian Massage Spa more!

I came here for my birthday as a treat to myself. During booking, it was suggested based on some info I gave that a therapeutic medical massage may be a good fit for me. They neglected to tell that the massage therapist would not work on my whole body. Almost none of my body got actually massaged, and I instead received “acupuncture” (it was a handheld device, no needles), and some lymphatic drainage treatment. My massage therapist is clearly good at what she does, but I simply did not need the services she provides. I left still very sore in my neck and back, and not very relaxed. When I tried to make my feelings known at checkout, the front desk was dismissive, and blamed me for requesting the wrong service. I was just trusting the recommendation of the front desk staff to point me in the right direction, most people who book a massage expect to be… massaged. I suspect they have talented massage therapists, but overall I was very uncomfortable after speaking to the front desk staff and opted to cancel other appointments I had made. They seemed more concerned about pushing me to do a testimonial or signing me up for a membership than hearing out my concerns and finding a solution. I think providing clients with proper education on your services is important, I do not get massages often and the website was not clear on everything the service would entail. I recommend be very specific or ask for details before booking a service! It was very disappointing for the $150 I spent, not including tip.

Great massage today by Nae. My only downside was not booking a longer session. She really worked on my sore muscles and was able to apply a lot of pressure. Very nice and calm environment too.

I had a great experience at Meridian. Rui is my masseuse and she did my lymphatic drainage for my post operative procedure for 60 minutes. She gave me some tips to massage the area myself and I was very comfortable and felt like I was at home and in peace. I would recommend anyone to come here and try. I will definitely become a regular customer.

Meridian Massage is my favorite place. I always leave feeling much better! The owner, Rui, is extremely skilled and passionate about what she does. My arm pain has completely subsided since I started treatment with her.

I meant to leave a review weeks agobut my husband and I really enjoyed our couples massage. The studio had nice decor, plenty of parking and was easy to find. We were seen quickly and the therapists were so good- their movements were so fluid and they used ever single minute on us. The only negative was that it was a bit cold and music was a too loud/too energic/not super relaxing. I’d like to try them again

I’ve been getting massages for over twenty five years. When my last therapist retired, I spent time finding the right replacement. Meridian Massage has been perfect! Their staff is always friendly and polite, and my massage therapist Mr Chen has been fantastic every time I’ve seen him. He’s consistently good, terrific with adjusting pressure as needed, and introduced me to cupping for my muscle pain. As a sufferer of four autoimmune diseases, I really appreciate a talented and skilled professional like Mr Chen. He’s helping me stay mobile and active as I age — exactly what we all need!

Update 6/23/23: I have since been a regular at this place with my Gold membership. I see Rachel every 4-6 weeks. To say Rachel is awesome doesn’t even come close to it. I always leave feeling relaxed and shoulders and hips tightness gone. She knows just the right pressure to use!Everyone here is just so friendly and pleasant. I’ve had multiple massages here and every time it’s an amazing experience. The owner Rui hires exceptional massage therapists and I love that they offer add ons like aromatherapy and hot stones. I’ve also gotten cranial sacral work done here and I felt so good afterwards! Highly recommend Meridian Massage Spa!

Got us in quickly for a couples massage on a Sunday evening! We were both very relaxed and impressed with the techniques they used during the massages, even a wipe down with a hot towel at the end to wipe away the massage oil. Nice clean environment. We will be back for sure!

I went to Brittany for a facial. It was my very first facial. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through every step as she was doing it and made sure nothing was too uncomfortable. She gave me recommendations for my next facial and with my great experience I inquired about a full massages as well. I cannot wait to continue this skin care journey. 10/10 experience.

Thank you Google for inviting me to do this review! Ill give this company a 4.5 ⭐ rating. I suggest that they offer refreshments ( at least water) halfway through the session. I was so parched. Otherwise, I had a great experience. My therapist was so thorough and patient. She did not rush the massage. She did not huff or puff ( as if she had a bad attitude). She asked me about my comfort levels throughout the process. At the end, we talked about stretches that I can do at home to assist with a muscle I pulled. Also, I was offered water or tea at the end. Before I forget, I was greeted by the receptionist warmly. She thanked me for completing the online forms ahead of time. I would advise you to do that. One person was in the waiting area. I waited about 7 minutes before I was serviced. After my service, I was brought into the wait area. I left a review about my service and settled my bill. I feel lighter and happier. It felt so good!

I suffer from chronic back and shoulder pain, and I have been getting massages regularly for YEARS! I saw Jan, and I can honestly say I have not had that good of a deep tissue massage in YEARS. She made me feel like I had a new back. I was able to get amazing sleep, and still feel amazing! I will definitely see her again.

Meridian Massage Spa is a fabulous place with amazing staff. I have had a number of therapy sessions there, especially with Quintina, and the level of attention along with the quality of the massage has been amazing - even the front desk staff is warm and friendly. Their sessions are exactly what I need - both for relaxation and also dealing with recovery from medical events. What a great oasis here in the heart of Ashburn.

Wonderful new place that opened last year. Clean , sanitized , nice and zen decor. Great massage by Rui, she listens and cares about your concerns and has a great healing touch.Meridian does a variety of massages- Swedish, Thai yoga , deep tissue , lymphatic drainage massage etc. I’ll have to come back and try a different one next time. Great staff and environment.There’s a new customer offer currently and they do have a monthly plan that also gives a discount.

I received a swedish deep tissue massage. The masseuse asked about what pressure I wanted and they made sure they knew any problem areas before starting. She was thorough and even offered me refreshments. I felt absolutely amazing afterwards

I want to give zero stars. Poor mgmt. Went because I had a gift certificate. Staff could not find certificate in the computer. Made me pay full price for service, plus i tipped. Business Called my friend who gave me the certificate and made her research, provide documentation that she paid for the certificate. Owner admitted they made a mistake when they took her payment. When I tried to tell him how he should have handled this differently he accused Me of trying to get a free massage. I told him I would never do business with him again or buy a gift certificate because he doesnt know how to treat his customers and he never mentioned crediting me the gift certificate. He was contrite and antagonistic...do not go to this place!! The owner treated me terribly and this was an embrassing situation for me and my friend.

First time going here for a Sports Massage. Booked with Nae and had a terrific massage. I havent had a massage in years but will be back for sure. Thanks again to Nae!

This was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever received! I will definitely be back. I work on my feet so I’m often fatigued. This was such a cure. The pressure was perfect and the atmosphere was beyond relaxing. Definitely recommend !!!

They did a GREAT job with the space they have.Therapists:Rui is my GO TO. She is the holy grail if you are pregnant and feel pain. I had another massage therapist here once, but it wasnt anything too great. Rui is THE BEST. Shes the only one who takes pain away which is not easy at 28 weeks pregnant! Plus she always asks me beforehand how Im comfortable, heat vs no heated bed (I never want heated while pregnant since I run hot)Asmaa is great for facial waxing, and I love the way she did my eyebrows. Just moved to the area and will use her as my eyebrow woman from now on.

Originally booked a 90 minute session. It was a clean facility in an office building. A bit different than your traditional store front massage business, but it was fine.My session with Lin was great.I followed up with a 120 minute appointment with Ping for my birthday. They texted and called and asked me to switch to Jack. I was told that Ping did not want to do a 2 hour massage.This place should not have online booking appointments available if the therapist does not want to work.

Mr. Chen is an angel sent directly from Heaven! I have been complaining about left neck/shoulder and low back pain for months after a minor car accident I had at the end of July, and he worked all of that built up tension right out. He was extremely professional, and very particular about pressure in needed areas. He even worked out areas I didn’t realize were causing me problems. I feel as though I have a brand new body haha. The next time I schedule, I will definitely do a longer session. Thank you Mr. Chen, you’re amazing!

My husband and I was looking for a couples massage while on vacation, but had some confusion with Groupon. We didnt realize they dont use Groupon over the weekends. Overall, we had a great experience at this new, clean, & covid free, establishment. Richard was very attentive to my needs & was able to work the kinks out. Excited about returning for the next visit

Ive been practicing taekwondo for years, and in addition to general muscle soreness, I recently injured my foot. I was unable to return to practice until I saw Rui at Meridian. She figured out the problem and was able to eliminate the pain in two sessions. She is awesome!
