I’ve had a few months of acupuncture treatments with Amie at Inner Ocean Center for Healing. Amie has been warm and welcoming from day 1. She is gentle and meticulous in her manner of administering acupuncture. She took care to ensure I was comfortable and warm and answered my questions about what each needle did, what body parts were affected, and even what supplements I could take to rebalance my body holistically.I loved my course of treatment with her and highly recommend her!

I have osteoarthritis in both knees and was concerned about having pain for my upcoming vacation. I saw Amie for acupuncture treatments starting a couple of months before my trip. What a difference it made! I started feeling better after a session or two and had minimal pain during the trip and we walked a lot! I am so glad that I made the decision to have this treatment. I’ve been seeing Veronica for a year or so and I absolutely love her. She’s super creative with her solutions and goes way out of her way to help me with specific things. More than that, she’s a delightful person who loves her work and is a natural healer. I definitely feel a million times better after seeing her. She’s helping me with nervous system issues and PTSD in addition to everyday muscle strains and such and has truly changed my life. I sometimes see her and Nyxi next door for craniosacral massage on the same day and let me tell you it’s the height of luxury. I’m able to do it because they accept HSA cards! I highly recommend for acupuncture and micro needling!!

Inner Ocean is high quality and healing at it’s best. Quite frankly they’re the best in all of Boulder County. I feel well cared for, especially massage therapist, Eric Brown, who listens to my needs and responds with an unparalleled energy that is consistent and delightful. Erick is absolutely amazing! He has a deep understanding of human anatomy and knows how to skillfully apply it. Every-time I get a massage, it is like going on vacation. I feel amazing for weeks! Not to mention, the place is super friendly, clean and welcoming. The front desk is accommodating, scheduling and re-schedule is super easy. And, you can also double-duty for an extra Pilates class and dont forget to get a few delicious vegan chocolate treats and amazing local teas!

The massages I have received from Jonathan and Eric are transformative.Collectively, they fixed not only my back, but also my neck, as well as other issues through their amazing talent and healing touch. Then there is Jessies acupuncture skills that help get the energy flowing again. IOCH is better than any spa I have ever gone to and I would highly recommend them.

It is hard to put into words the impactful healing this place had on my mind, body, and spirit in the time I lived close enough to go. It was my favorite monthly outing; probably because it felt like a spa for my soul haha. I remember feeling very much at ease, welcome, and like family.I received acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine & nutrition guidance. My health did a 180 in the 6 month period I was coming here. I wish I could take this clinic with me everywhere I move haha. I havent found a healing center quite like it since. A gem, for sure.

James Yardley at inner ocean healing was essential to my recovery. I was in a car accident and hit from behind. My neck was really messed up. Prior to seeing James I didn’t think I would ever recover. James knew exactly what to do and how to treat my neck trauma. He is very generous with his time and he cares. He is knowledgeable as to accuputure points and relieving tension and stressors. I have been going to Mindi for almost 6 months now after she came to me highly recommended from several close friends. I am incredibly grateful for her invaluable expertise, compassion, and support in my journey towards health and fertility. Mindi is not the first acupuncturist, or wholistic practitioner I have seen and she has exceeded my highest expectations in every way. In the past with other practitioners it often felt like I was a number in a busy office trying to turn out as many patients as possible. I often had to retell personal health details because the practitioner did not remember my issues and I did not feel my care was always tailored to my individual needs. From the moment I met Mindi I felt her deep presence and talent for individualized care. Due to Mindis ability to connect to people and attention to detail, I have never had to repeat myself and reexplain my health history -enabling us to quickly pick up where we left off from the previous session.I have struggled with infertility for two years and tried Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and fertility clinics with other specialists and no one was able to help me. After seeing Mindi for only a few months I was able to conceive for the first time! I had prolonged anosmia (loss of smell) from a COVID infection in 2020 and Veronica Simmons almost completely brought my smell back in about five sessions. Absolutely amazing work and this was honestly one of the most life changing experiences Ive ever had with any type of practitioner. After some body acupuncture on my first session with minimal results, we switched to scalp acupuncture and immediately there was a huge difference in my abilities to smell. Veronica is super talented and found healing results so quickly. She was dedicated to helping me get the majority of my smell back and has been super successful! With each session, I have been able to smell more and more. I highly recommend her to anyone who experienced COVID anosmia.

Mindi is a phenomenal partner in the pursuit of my health and wellness goals. When I first started working with Mindi I was getting 4 to 5 sinus infections a year. I was on a regular rotation of antibiotics. I had undergone so many allergy tests and sinus scopes- no doctor was able to help. Fast forward to the present, I haven’t touched an antibiotic or had a sinus infection since starting my journey with Mindi! One of the best things about Mindi is she combines treatment with tips and tricks you can do at home to enhance your health and wellness progress. Mindi also does a great job of explaining how the choices you make in your daily life impact your health. On top of all this, Mindi truly cares about each patient she treats. ❤️
