Nice people there but I find it so annoying that you have to tell them, no I don’t want two of them, no I don’t need coils, no I don’t want any Delta8 etc. etc. every time I go in there. I worked @40 years in retail and I understand suggestive sales but I would suggest you all keep it to two items. Super annoying!

Love them when they have the juice i love. Lately they have changed ownership and they arw ALWAYs out of almost anything good. Sadly. The house juice is not good. I really wanted to love it. Tried every flavor they had and i really didnt enjoy any of them. I was bummed. But when they dl have the juice i love. I usually will get it here. They take card and cash

Best juice I ever tried. There homemade juice is just nicotine and flavor. Not full of chemicals like most juice. Berry Melon and Yum are the best its hard to try anything else. Also, customer service is great!My only request is that they would send coupons to my phone I always lose my punch card and too many stars needed to save money.

Customer service is terrible. I bought an overpriced atomizer that didnt work properly, when I brought it back a couple of days later to exchange it , some kid who knows nothing about customer service pointed to a hand written sign that said all sales are finial and there was nothing he could do. At least I got a sorry from him. I dont recommend doing business with this company. When you go into the store its not hard to understand why that sign was put up. I should have known better.

Asking for identification while looking at products and assuming i’m buying weed so refuses to provide service

They have good in-house juices but terrible return polices, they don’t exist. I bought 2 packs of some Valyrian 3 coils that they sweared they were good, but they were absolute trash, you can only taste the cotton, terrible flavor. And when I tried to return the one that I didn’t open they said they couldn’t. So don’t take any advice from them. Personally I’m going RTA like everyone should, or some variation of it (they will try to say that no one does it anymore only so they can keep selling you over priced coils)

I didn catch his name unfortunately but I had come in for a cart n he opened the door for me becuz I sprained my ankle a few days ago, we were talking about the great products yall have n I literally accidentally left my credit card in the machine and he called me a few moments later to let me kno! Thank goodness he is honest I would have literally been screwed being my only card I have! You are a lifesaver! Thank you so much! So considerate of their customers helping me in and out I am so grateful! Love their products wont go anywhere else!

Went in a couple days ago to buy a bidi stick (disposable), the owner was there at the time and explained to me harm they cause and how its better to buy a kit and choose your nicotine intake as well as flavor. He showed me the vape he was using and how good the quality was and how it works, ended up getting the double battery version, best purchase i ever made on a vape, hasnt failed me yet. Good Pricing, Quality Products, They Know Theyre Vapes.

This is the only vape shop I will go to for any vaping products! Their house juice is the best Ive had and Ive tried every vape shop around here from Vero to Hobe sound. They have a large variety of different juices and top of the line mods and tanks as well.. this place is a friend environment. Very respectful and highly educated on vaping products. I highly recommend this place and the one on prima Vista.. the prices you cant beat around town they are by far the cheapest

I was back in town to see family and needed a new tank. I wanted to get something local and reasonably priced. I decided to go with my brother to one of these shops as he mentioned it as where he went. I am very glad we visited. Patrick was extremely helpful and took his time fully explaining my new tank and other related topics on vaping. He in no way insulted me when he educated me on a few things my research on the Internet didnt reveal. This is my new local vape shop when I return for my next visit.You wont be disappointed, especially with Patrick on deck! 😎

Customer service sucks, overpriced house juice that you can sample only after you buy it....if its not what what was in description you are S.O.L. spend more $ to maybe find something to your liking... No Thanks. Really wanted to support local business but gotta work on customer service and if Im gonna buy juice without trying it first, plenty of online stores for half the price.

I called to see if they had a tank for my fiancee and they told me I had to come inside & validate my ID even though the purchase wasn’t for me. During a pandemic that is ridiculous. They didn’t even give him the right tank color. I didn’t have a mask & my animal was in the car it’s like 100 degrees out. They weren’t wearing masks in the store. We will keep going to our other vape store.

After moving from Miami I needed a new smoke shop. So glad I walked into this one. James was fantastic. Very knowledgeable & kind. Would definitely recommend & I will be back.

Stay away from this place. one person sold us a vape that didnt work, she even said if it didnt work we could back back in with receipt and swap it out. went in with receipt the next day, some guy working and he refused to swap it out. they will not help you after you buy something and walk out of the store. the guy couldnt even try fixing it lol, he said youll have to bring it home and try opening it with vise grips they dont even have the tools to fix the garbage they sell

All round good people. Not pushy on sells. More then happy to answer any and all questions. Very knowledgeable. And not afraid to say I cant do it but go talk to this people. I have found my new vape home

Terrible customer service, some steroid dude works there with a beard my guess from Boston and just got out of rehab.... rude and unprofessional... place is never consistent and prices are not competitive at all. Blown out vapor is the place to go! I will say James is a good dude.

Overpriced on everything. Aspire breeze coils, 5 pack for $25, mind you, $7.99 anywhere online. Higher prices for 60 ml of their house juice than you would pay for a 120 of premium e liquid. Highest nicotine content is 6 mg, they sell nothing for drippers and their juice is made on a plastic table in the back room. Stay far away from this place.

First time vaping, this is better than smoking cigarettes. Should have switched long ago. Store employee was awesome and showed me how to fill, prime, and operate the vape. Lots of ejuice selection. Will be coming back for ejuice.

It is over price bottle.BUT you get good discount 2 for one.i like it. but when it come to the vapor machine it sucks and battery messes up quickly.and then want you to pay for another one.watch they are NOT cheap or give you HALF off...or work a deal with you...😒😒😒..like i said o.k....

I went in to see if they had coils for my mod they didnt and when I asked to see tanks they told me not to bother they wouldnt fit my mod being it was like 10 years old. I did find a tank and it fit my mod just not spending 60$ where they didnt want my money to begin with
