The area around the building is always littered with trash…& most of it is packages from the smoke shop. I wish they had more community spirit to keep their site & shop clean & protect the river as during a rain, it all goes to our river.

Went twice during my visit and customer service was great. Knowledgeable staff. Big selection. I will go back when in town.

One of my friends bought a BC5000 here, and it was obviously a fake. tasted terrible. we compared to my real one and it was so different. dont recommendedit:I work at a smoke shop, i do know the differences between a fake and a real one, and compared yours to one of ours btw :))

Employees are so chill , chatted with this one girl for like 15mins and gave me great recommendations. definitely my go-to smoke shop :) 10/10 recommend !!!

Didnt know why I was going near. But I do know why didnt have a lot of information. But the man that worked there helped me figure out what I needed.

They always have what I need at a fair price. The man was very nice and polite.

For what I got, pricing was a little high, but very clean. They have great customer service! The man helped me with exactly what I needed and sent me on my way very pleased. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!!😃

A bit bigger than their shop in New Braunfels. fully stocked almost always and they always have what i need. the shop runners and owners are always super nice to me when i come in and i’ve never had an issue. 10/10⭐️

The man behind the counter was nice both times I’ve gone. But I would not recommend buying puff bars from this location. I paid more for here than I have anywhere else and it crapped out on me within the first few seconds of smoking it. Maybe they are knock offs im not sure but it was pretty annoying.

My card was compromised here, and 327$ was taken from my account unauthorized. Do yourself a favor and use cash only, or just completely avoid going here. There is similar posts in this review section if you won’t take my word for it.

Unfriendly staff, usually normally very nice and welcoming but I think they hired some new people and I am not liking the change. Very rude and quick to the point.

DON’T GO to this location they will SCAM you. I’ve been to this location a few times this past month and every time I’m there, they make up prices.

He was rude. He over charged me for a CBd pen, a disposable one. 40 bucks he charged me. Every where else its 15 bucks. He said because he knew noone else had any. I will never go back. Its ratchet in there.

Friendly. Just needed batteries cause mine died they said they shouldve been charged but wasnt. Didnt have time to look around. They were very helpful

I understand some people run late but not having a reliable employee to opened the shop during the hours that It says it’ll be opened is unprofessional.

If you wish to continue the spread of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), look no further than Amsterdam Smoke.The counterman was brazenly unmasked and actively refused to put one on when questioned. Ultimately, we decided to take our business elsewhere, and they were happy to see us off.

My debit card was compromised here. Pay cash or better yet, avoid all together. SM has much higher quality shops.

All CBD products are way overpriced, you can find the same quality product online for half the price. Some disposable CBD vape pens in the store are faulty, so buying one is a gamble.

You have to be insane to buy anything from here. A 200 Dollar waterpipe here is 100 at any other smokeshop, 50 dollars on ebay, and 25 dollars on DHGate.

Small quiet place, the dude working there was so nice. I suggest checking this place out if youre in the area.

Selling fake puffbars. Edit: checked the verification online through the puffbar website. Theyre fake and the 3 I bought were burnt from the get go.

Store does not open at times that are posted online. You will be waiting outside

When college came back in town, they told us they doubled the price. So a bottle of vape juice that was once 18 is now 32, literally!! So for that, I wont be going back
