Lyse is AMAZING! Her massage studio is clean and her hands are magic. At times, I feel like I am wavering between barely awake and snoozing - the ultimate in relaxation.

By far the most relaxing, peaceful and thorough full body massage Ive ever had. From the start, she was so genuine, caring of my needs and attentive to details along the way. The atmosphere was pure zen. Much needed and Im thankful for my husband for finding her and booking this for me! Ill definitely be back!

Lyse is amazing at what she does and truly cares about her clients and the services she provides! I was recommended to her by a friend after I had surgery that left me with pain and headaches and she customized the massage to my restrictions and focused on the areas that needed the most work. I now go back for full body massages every 2-3 weeks after feeling the results of her therapy! My muscles feel great and my neck and lower back pain have lessened considerably. The atmosphere is beautiful and she can customize your experience to ensure total relaxation!

Had my first appointment with Lyse, and felt so rejuvenated! I’ve already set up my next appointment. Lyse was super sweet, attentive, and caring. The environment was clean and relaxing. It’s easy to get there and easy to park. No stairs and clear directory for where to go. From start to end the entire experience was pleasant and relaxing.

Lyse is absolutely amazing. She has a flow to her massage that is incomparable to others. It took me a while to find a massage therapist that I trusted and loved but that all changed with Lyse. She can get in to your tough places or just be gentle.

Lyse has been my massage therapist now for at least 10 years. I would follow her anywhere! Her new spot on Gay Street is very comfortable and relaxing. She has a very unique massage style that I find hard to equal with anyone else. Plus, shes added some new services. I highly recommend the hot towels and the special hair conditioning treatment.

I highly recommend Ascend Massage! I started getting massages due to issues with my neck and shoulders and Lyse has definitely helped ease the pain. The premises are very relaxing and clean. Lyse always asks what areas need to be worked on and makes it a point to fully understand my issues/pain. You can tell she cares and wants to make sure you leave comfortable and pain free. I leave after every massage feeling great! You can tell Lyse has a passion for what she does and genuinely cares about her clients’ experience.

I thoroughly enjoy my massage sessions with Lyse and I always leave feeling like I’m floating on clouds. Her office space is very tranquil and cozy. Lyse is awesome. I love her place! great vibes, just so serene and relaxing. And the massage was incredible- and I just bought two more. Yesterday I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I feel like a new person today. I have some back/hip injuries and I store a lot of emotion in my body that I’m working on releasing, and Lyse read my body well. She could tell what muscles needed some deep tissue work with this fancy massage tool and what muscles could just tolerate a hot towel (yes hot towels thru out the massage! Amazing. ) and gentle pressure. Really enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Lyse is amazing...with me having MS getting massages has always been tricky as the therapist always seemed to know more of what I needed than me...wrong...but with Lyse she took the time to address my needs and find what works for me. That has been simply amazing.She has given me something to help relieve some pain and just have a little me time.She is always so sweet and super accommodating and her new place on Gay St is perfect.
